1.The tarrif increase was part of the enabling law that brought the DISCOS into existence...which was formulated and signed by GEJ in 2014. There was nothing the current govt could do....short of renationalising the whole power sector...which would have led to them facing lawsuits in court.

That is why we must stop relying on oil, mining and agric...and start focusing on innovation and science. It may mean some few decades of hardship....but the rewards are great.

Defending a failed system can't be an exception in polarized society where many focus on interest and selfish gains. What can you do to bring back to life those dying of the ongoing suffering?

While building new universities is good development, govt should not relent in proper funding of the existing ones.

If I may understand you very well charcoal will serve as an antidote for poison --- but this treatment will only work for poison swallowed where charcoal can work as a neutralizer. Any issues that could plunged a nation into war should be attended to by the government and checked by the structure put in place. It is wrong for an individual to pick up arms and start fighting to preach the message of God. If such happens, it must be for selfish gains.
