prince3009: His father is a Nigerian and the mum is a Briton. His ties to britain is maternal only so he is biologically an Igbo man. Stop displaying your illiteracy in a public forum. Is he a Nigerian Lawmaker or a British Parliamentarian?
Is he a Nigerian Citizen by Birth, Naturalisation or otherwise?
is he carrying a British or Nigerian passport?
Does he know his father's village in Eastern Nigeria?
the answer to all these questions is NO.
So who is the illiterate here? |

prince3009: Chuka Umunna is the son of Late Ben Osi Umunna who hails from Ogbunka, Orumba South LGA of Anambra State. He married a Briton name Patricia who is a solicitor. The marraige was blessed with a boy and a girl Chuka and Chinwe Umunna.
He is a full blooded Nigerian and happens to be from my town.
https://www.homelandnewsng.com/sites/default/files/field/image/ben%20osi%20umunna.jpg He was born there in the UK.Right now he carries a British Passport and has a British Oyinbo woman as his mother. By the time you start preaching he is from your hometown, you will find yourself embarrased. So still on my point, is he British or Nigerian? |

Everybody is entitled to his opinion. But his family's attitude has affected his career so much psychologically.
If i were in his shoes, i will stay and live my life far from them because they have nothing good to offer me except problems.
And to all future Adebayors and Dangotes, this is a lesson for us all. |

At all times the truth hurts. The average Nigerian billionaire buys a business that is either making money or profitably running. Most Nigerian business men dont have the heart to run a business like a football club. The truth is it is a business that pays back in the long term. The article is spot on. |

Stan Kroenke and the Russian guy owns 90% of the club. How can he buy the majority shares of that club without Kroenke selling some of his shares? These whites will also bring the racism card on the table in a sophisticated way than you and I can imagine.
A Nigeria, late Ben Osi Umunna was once the major shareholder in Queens Park Rangers in the 80s and there is nothing wrong in a Nigerian owning a club in the UK or anywhere else. |

Dera25: My wife says I should be greeting her each time I finish eating, if not for anything but for the sake that she take her time prepare the food and serve me. She says that she deserves a greeting from me.
I said okay, just that it is not part of our culture and I don't think I will be keep up greeting her each time she gives me food.
It is not that greeting her will reduce anything from me but the issue is that I don't usually remember this greeting after eating because it is not part of me, although I do greet sometimes for peace to reign, but the way she reminds me of this greeting of a thing gets me angry, as if it is mandatory or something to the extent that sometimes we've had issues because of it.
So daddies and mummies in the house, do you greet your wife after she has given you food? Or do your husband greet you after eating? If yes is it a mandate or just for fun?
Please let me remind you that this is not the issue of been a breadwinner or not. I beg you to forgive my long story and wrong grammer for I am not a grammerian.
Thanks in advance. I learnt this from my parents to say thank you for every kind gesture in marriage. Say it always to appreciate Our Creator for choosing a beautiful woman amongst the hundreds of millions of women to be your life partner. |

Cherlene: Good evening each and everyone,
Why do YOU think most Nigerian men esteem in FOREIGN ladies, and why do Nigerian men find them exotic?
JUST TO CLARIFY: Foreign as in explicit a non-native/non nigerian female.
NOTE: Only SENSIBLE responses, THANK YOU!
Regards, Cherlene.
I have had relationships with three foreign women in my younger years: An indian, an American and Chinese women. My choice of them as against my Nigerian girl is quite simple. Three reason; they are focused, hardworking and they really carry their men along in what they do. If you are a very honest person they tend to stay longer in relationships. Money hardly plays the game when love is involved with these three women.
One thing though, they can cope under relationship pressure. Above all they are a protective set of lovers and they tend to learn more about their host communities and culture.
If i have to date a non Nigerian again, it will be one of these three,
Cheers Cherlenne |
