You need help seriously.

I won't go back and forth trying to explain basic things to you. Go back to your history books and understand why the middle east has been an hot bed for war and destruction.

I say it again no war is based on Religion. Forget the rhetoric you here on TV. The use of religion is a means to a political and self end. Not a single leader of such groups believes they are fighting for God but you need a rallying call to get foot soldiers and you use what some people are passionate about to get them to fight on your side. Shout Nnamdi Kanu or Biafra now and MOST people of the east would limp into the fight without questioning why they are supporting such.

Religion has been a very necessary tool and a very good one at that because it's highly unlikey for lackeys to question their religion and ask whatever the leader rallying them to such conclusions is saying. Once someone at the top said "God said this" no one wants to question it and you alluding this same fact is one of the major problems against winning the waragaijst terrorism and radicalim because the ground forces believe they are doing it for God thanks to gullible people like you..
If you forgot....We have many phrases like "Touch not my annointed"

People need to see the truth for what it is.

I can see you're so deep in your own delusions, you can keep them to yourself.

I have no more words to trade with you. Have a good day.

You should keep shut and not talk about what you don't know.

Turkey's case is a thorny issue with lots of dimensions.

First you have the Kurds who have been Massacred for a long time trying to gain independence.

You have the ISIS trying to gain revenge for whatever political reasons they have.

You have the Russian angle and you have Erdogan himself fanning the embers of fire and destruction.

No war in the world is based on religion. If you had any iota of sense you should know that. Religion is just a tool to get some people behind other's political posturing. Same way some people rally support using race, colour or hate speech. You would do well to reason more logically than just opening your mouths and spilling out hogwash.

RIP to those dead. Wish this could have been averted. Heard the Club owner was tipped by CIA of a possible attack. Sadly we are in a world that can know no peace as of now. Too many crazy people with different ideologies walking the streets and in high places making decisions that cause hate, divisions amongst people.

Would you shut up and stop living in your little twisted fantasy. come here, spewing shit saying no war has been fought based on religion.

In that case, you might as well say Boko haram, Al Shabaab, Isis, Al Qaeda etc aren't Islamic terrorist group then; They are just mere just REBELS who just use religion as a cover up.

Hear this grown-ass man saying no war has ever been fought based on religion. I would advise you to go back in time and read history starting from the days of the Crusade in the 11th century.

Religious wars have always been an undertone for political movements and vice versa. The two of them go hand in hand.

I'm sure you're part of the moderate Moslems I talked about, who instead of condemning these acts, they just keep mute or keep dodging the topic.

Don't just come here and spew ignorance all over the forum for people to pick up.

Sir, i'm very sorry for my recent opinions. What's on ground needs serious attention by the central government. The president is just postponing the doom day which no one will ever pray for. This is not the time to keep given out excuses but time to free the economy with free trade policy, starting from our foreign exchange. We are import consuming country...95% of what we consume here is imported and we are not producing anything that will be self sufficient. Forget crude oil price volatility, USA shale wouldn't allow OPEC to have a laugh last. If the economy is free with free trade policy (Not controlled economy that we operate presently) everything will start normalizing. Don't expect FDI and FPI as long as our dear "Do nothing" President is still operating on economy policy deficiency syndrome? Once again, I'm sorry but i have to let everyone know that 2017 might be tougher(We are praying and hoping not to be so) if drastic changes are not implemented ASAP.

Let's remember, HOPE is bad for investment and business!

You couldn't have said it any better, my brother. This government and its back flip economic policies like gymnastics are scaring away investors who are even meant to pour dollar into the system.

In June, major stakeholder in Federal Palace Hotel pulled out because our econosphere wasn't condusive; Last month, Erisco foods said they were shutting down in Nigeria and moving to China because FG renege on its promise to supply the manufacturing sector dollars; Now it's May and Baker; Banks sacking workers every week just so they still continue operating; In March, He went to China for currency swap deal and we have seen nothing about it since then; You claim you recovered trillions from recovered loots, subsidy removal and TSA, yet you still want to loan $29billion.

I could go on to list and list, list no go finish.

We are an import-based economy and with the little companies we have here pulling out, what does the FG do? They keep blaming GEJ and also looking for running mate for 2019. I mean, don't get me wrong, GEJ was underperforming but many people felt he wasn't doing enough. I, for one, wanted him out on that. But, mehn, was I wrong!

Inflation Rate: 18.3%, Growth Output: -2.1%. 2017 is going to be a tougher for investors. Save all you can and cut down on loss/spending.

I just regret helping to bring this man to power. Ironically he still has unwavering support from certain types of people and he may just be in power till 2023.

Science/Technology / Re: 10 Amazing Things We’ve Learned About The Solar System In 2016 by richie9093(m): 4:08pm On Dec 19, 2016
There are 8 planets in our solar system. In 2005, Pluto was declassified as a planet and made a "dwarf planet".

Just as the earth and other planets revolve around the sun, our galaxy -- milky way-- also revolves around the centre of the universe.

It is postulated that in the outskirts of our galaxy, there is a black hole which sucks everything it comes in context with. this includes light.

Nobody know what's in black holes but it has been theorised that black holes are supernovae of some kind.

Our galaxy is one of the smallest galaxies out there. The biggest is the Andromeda Galaxy (can't really remember).

All those stars you see at night are actually suns and planets that gave up their lights over a million years ago.

There are over a billion celestial bodies in the universe. And our solar system is one of the smallest of them all.

Except the Time's person of the year award, according to CNN, is given to someone who affects the news positively/negatively.

Even though we don't like Trump, what we can agree on is that the way he won the election changed the way the whole world looked at America. He uprooted the establishment in America and won the election against all odds.

I, personally, feels like he deserves it. Some people who were behind him to win it were Hilary and Putin.

you support violence against women shocked

oh please. stop with this nonsense rhetoric. can't you see what the woman did to the man? wasn't she being violent? what is a little backhand slap compared to a stab.

I am surprised you didn't fault the woman's actions.

if she wants to act all manly, then she should be treated as a man and receive the same beating.

Let's learn to keep our hands to ourselves (woman or man).

But for me oo, if a woman hits me first, I'll assume she's already a man and treat her like one.

Respect yourself and gender, I'll respect you too. She can't go around stabbing men hoping she won't receive a heavy beating herself.

Let's stop the "I don't support violence against women" rhetoric if the woman was the one who instigated the violence in the first place.

Imagine it was the guy that stabbed the woman all those feminists will crawl out of their safe space with pitchforks calling for the head of the man.

Why the double standard and biasedness against men when it is the man who is being abused? why?!?!

While our Nairaland sisters carry feminism for head like gala.

Chimamanda is a feminist in writing not in practice. That's why she's still married but our sisters will not see beyond the fantasies created through literary expression of illusion much to their detriment.

It was the white women who brought about the idea of feminism and sold it to the black women. These same white women (majority of them) turned their backs on the black women and voted in Trump (although I'm not saying they should have voted on Hillary based on gender alone).

This is how these white people keep selling these ideology to us and we we'll be carrying it on our heads like they were the ones that formed it in the first place. meanwhile the white people will drop this same ideology when it does favor them.

They did the same thing to us with religion too. Now they've dropped religion would we are still caring it on our heads. I'm really sorry for the black race, we keep following these people every where while they leave us behind.
