JideAmuGiaka:What if a bird picked it up and was feasting on it at a very high altitude and dropped it from there? |
$2 billion for 2nd Niger bridge? Oh my! This is fraud! 2 billion dollars? What's the length of the bridge? Despite the ancient design and stuff? They should go and compare what $2 billion will construct in other countries. That amount will surely build more than ome bridge. Even Osinbajo should know better. |
sayilousnwa:A friend I know just resumed at California Miramar. I don't know if he's on Nairaland. PM me |
Wao.....I was expecting Afe BABALOLA, OBJ or BAT to be the next Aare Ona Kakanfo but Alaafin and the Elders know better. Looking at it in a different perspective, Gani Adams has what it takes to command that title. Remember the title is the Military General of the Yoruba race. Adams has the Charisma and the leadership qualities to raise youth that can protect the interest of Yoruba race. Age is also on his side. So I guess it was a good decision. |
monistick:Does WES now send electronic reports? That's a good one. There's nothing wrong in whether the report is electronic or hard copy. Is it a problem? WES is trusted and reliable over there and they deal with many Schools there. |
michelcedric:Very true. |
HeWrites:Tell her she is a mistake to humanity. Her father ought to have made her an asset not a liability to any man. What value is she adding to humanity let alone her so called boyfriend? If its sex then she is a colossal waste. All these noodle filled skulls roaming about the surface of the earth. Anyways.... |
Ladson:University of Wyoming (UW) is your best bet. Google it, contact the school well ahead of time. |
KunkAcid:Its so sad what's happening on that road. And it seems the FG is not interested in fixing any road in the SS at all. For information sake, GEJ awarded the contract to dualize benin-auchi-abuja road. They started but stopped before 2015 elections and since then, no contractor returned to the road. To be honest, the last administration really buried this country with all the massive stealing. We have no idea now if monies meant for the road project have been taken away by the last administration, if so this present administration won't want to re-award the same contract. If not, then there is just a deliberate attempt by the present govt to avoid fixing many roads in SS and SE |
lareine:Honestly, without judging you. You have nothing to loose ow worry for. At this age, is it a must to be married? It is his loss. Brace up, have your child for it is a blessing. He must surely come around when he knows a part of him is missing. Be the matured one and muster strong. I won't sugar coat it, it won't be easy fending alone especially through the weaning. You will need a lot of assistance. After that phase is over, try to make ends meet. In few years you will be happier for it. Marriage in itself is overrated these days. Its not like before. So don't be fooled into thinking that marriage is an achievement as of now. If you don't have life goals that are outside marriage, then start creating one. I wish you well and wish you courage. |
Are you guys sure you want to read my own experiences? Hmm......I've had more than 10 traumatic experiences but let me choose one to share. Way back , when I was in SS3 about to write my SSCE. I remember I and my cousin went to a midweek all night church service somewhere distant from home. Preparation for the SSCE exam was in high gear and we couldn't afford to miss any revision class. At about past 12:00am I told my cousin we had to leave and go ho.e so we could make it to class later that nor ing else we would be late and the punishment unthinkable. As we made to leave, our next compound neighbour with whom we share same fence, a prince in the town noticed and joined us to go home. Seems he had been waiting for an opportunity to go home too. We were happy he joined us because he would help us all through the vigilante road blocks since he is a prince. Just as we were walking along the road were the general hospital morgue was, suddenly something appeared before the three of us.....glowing, in a white long dress with hair very close to the ground with a smaller being just like a kid in the same appearance. I remember the thing saying "hey we have met again" with arms spread out. Guys! The elderly man (prince) took off into the darkness, my cousin took off also, I just quietly froze and tiptoed away from their path. I felt my blood turn to ice that night. My head was heavy like it was filled with dead weight. I turned back if I could see anything. I didn't see a damn thing! When I later caught up with my cousin and the neighbour, I met them panting and asking what the thing was. How was I supposed to know? Imagine the agbaiya man asking me what it was. We couldn't sleep till daybreak. It wasn't hard to notice us in class that all wasn't well. Our countenance was dull. And one classmate asked why we were behaving as if we had seen a ghost. The way we turned and looked at the guy enh? Hahahaha. So when people with fixated beliefs about this world say all sorts, I just smile. If you haven't had first experience on some of these spooky stuff you may not believe let Aline understand. |
Mohwin:Try to observe the rpm when you turn in the AC and when you turn it off. Do you notice a difference in the rpm? It tells you of the load on the engine. |
Davido come and spend your money on this woman. Touch the Libes of those who really need it. Don't go around with policemen, clubbing and spending millions on wine without sincerely touching peoples lives positively. |
Will they ever stop? |
Informative |
I wish it continues diligently |
But for real, why are gospel healers leaving out Buhari and many guys out there with kidney and cancer problems |
See how useless our girls have become? Is this a child a mother trained and mentored? And she's not bothered about the fact that this video is now on record on social media for future reasons. Her future children will watch this. |
fingard02k:Does this state have an emergency response management agency yet? If no, then what are the enlightened ones there doing? |
MadCow1:So what do you people eat there? ![]() Don't joke with nicely formulated puff puff or dodo. It knows no boundaries |
AusterHeights:Hmm. This WES issue can raise one's blood pressure at times. It may take at least 2-3 weeks for the photocopies to reach your school for verification. You need to have a reliable contact at your school's exams and records office or registrar's office to follow up so they can confirm when it has arrived. WES doesn't send or receive verification via e-mails. They do hard copies and they may not use priority mailing service. I had similar experience. |
Nice ride Davido but hey, there are a few guys in Nollywood that need serious medical help, try to help them out. It will make more impact than them viewing your car from their sick beds. |
I'm still an advocate of rear wheel drive vehicles. Why the heck is so much emphasis placed on the front wheel. Ball joint issues are seen mostly on front wheel drives. Now its no longer a Honda issue alone. I've seen Toyotas having this problem. It may be due to poor maintenance though. Anyways, with the coming of electric cars, I don't think this problem will ever show up. |
kingsley666:You just spoke my mind. Recent structures built in our universities aren't worth shit! It tells us how poor we are in architecture and sense of beauty. Even our private schools can't match these schools in Ghana. We care much about profit and business such that education to Nigeria is rather a business venture than a means for nation building. |
Let's consider that the curriculum for both courses are not the same and uniform throughout our universities. The courses you will take as a chem engineering student in OAU is different from Uniben, Uniport and FUTmina. Though Civil engineering course structure looks more uniform across universities. A lot of factors play out when it comes to producing first class or third class. We know what studies in Nigeria is. So let's not even place emphasis on grades but in practice. If you takes away crucial subjects in chemical engineering and occupy students with just stories about plant operations, of courses even the laziest student will have an 'A' . No branch of engineering is easy. Our grading system is based on cram and pass not really critical thinking. |
Please I have a question for those who have used WES. Does WES also ask for Diploma transcripts for those who did direct entry to get their first degree ? Please I need opinion from those who have the experience |
Greetings to everyone here. Please I have a question for those who have used WES. Does WES also ask for Diploma transcripts for those who did direct entry to get their first degree ? Please I need opinion from those who have the experience |
This noise maker again? He has started again to make sure he continues to infect the minds of his senseless followers. The snare awaits his followers and then they will understand the one chance they entered. He is talking about islamization meanwhile he has gone to trade away his people's consent. He is now worshipped by some people. He has forgotten that biafrans don't practice Jewish religion yet he is associating Biafra to Jewish religion. When the smoke don comot people go know |
Is there anything wrong with that? What has age got to do with mutual activity between them? And this is labelled as crime? Haba!!!! Zoo animals. What happens under sheets between two consented adults remains their private right. |
Now let's think of how guilty those who were supposed to fix that road are. They will share in the punishment and karma. How long did they try to convince Abia state to do it's part of the road? Secondly if the passengers sit and allow transporters to gamble with their lives, they too share in the guilt. |
