Jobs/VacanciesRe: Do You Know That Some Job Seekers Pay 50 Million Naira For Job? by richiepolymer(m): 12:56pm On May 24, 2016
shocked oh boy!
And ignoramuses would gone and queue under the sun to apply for already sold out jobs? If a board member buys his seat with 50million naira, he sure can influence the intake process into those agencies. Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
It has always been all about the money. Juicy jobs are most times for sale.

TravelRe: Accident Along Umuahia Road (Pictured) by richiepolymer(m): 7:27pm On May 22, 2016
May the souls of the departed find peace. There are some transport companies that Nigerians should be wary of. I don't want to mention names to demarket any of them but truth be said, some of them don't train their errant drivers, no adherence to speed limit and safety consciousness. Many if us leave the driver alone to do the driving....tufiakwa. Whenever you travel make sure you observe what your driver is doing behind the wheels, observe the decisions he's making on the road. How does he overtake? Is he behaving like optimus prime or 007? Is he giving enough distance from the vehicle in front of him? Is he having signs of fatigue? Is his speed above speed limit? On Nigerian roads, drivers switch lane at will. Some even take the opposite lane and drive like its their lane not minding that other vehicles may be coming on top speed.
Yes there's God factor but many lives have been cut short due to out own making.
I wish we start paying more attention.
Peace
CrimeRe: Woman Dies After Husband Beat Her While Defending His Lover In Port Harcourt by richiepolymer(m): 10:28am On May 14, 2016
Is that why you insult me? My comments warrant the insults you pour on me? Why can't you be civil? My brain is shallow and I'm a chauvinist right? Thanks very much. My opinion remains mine and you have a right to walk past my comments without reacting to it. 'Brilliant and intelligent brain' smiley

adorable29:
Oh please should shut up already.

Your brain is so shallow I cant even begin to dissect it. Stup_id chauvinistic pig.

So if a wife fcuks her neighbour with the knowledge of the husband who comes home after carrying blocks all day just so the family can eat and then meets his wife's boyfriend in his house feeding his children.

He confronts the wife's boyfriend and he calls herbon phone and she
starts running home to pour hot water on her husband for "insulting" her boyfriend in thier matrimonial home. Locks him outside even tho pple are begging her to help her husband who is showing signs of hbp. THEN HE DIES IN THE COLD.

Then all u can say is "its men's evil to men" that caused it. Abi? Abi?

SCUMBAG!

Its one thing to be an unfaithful husband but to be extremely wicked without conscience to the woman who bore you 5 kids and goes out daily to hussle for the family is devilish.
The wife was killed. That is the crux here. If the present sidechic wasnt in the picture, another sidechic wul have also been in the picture. The idiat who is suppose to protect his wife killed her and for what?

Eleyi gidi gan. Phew!
The lady didn't even need to curse him. I'm sure the guy deep in his heart knows that he was definitely going to pay for his deeds. Every man has a conscience even when we try to surpress it, it still stares us in the face every noe and then. Even without her curses, from the moment the guy broke it off he was already roped in. Whether we believe karma or not, it surely comes around.
No pastor or bishop can save the guy in question. To build is very difficult and challenging, but to destroy just takes a few minutes. Now that the lady has even multiplied his woes, the only solution for his is to go back and make peace with his ex.
After thorough and genuine quest for forgiveness, if she ever forgives him, there has to be a symbolic act carried out by the lady in which she will nullify the words she has issued against him. The lady too is roping herself too by placing curses, it binds her to this realm until the effect on the victim wears off. I can't blame her though. He who wears the shoes knows better.
Guy! Save yourself now!!!!

Naija9090:
Niger Delta oil money as expected...used in developing the North. After they are finished developing the North, and either oil is finished or lost its monetary value, they will propose to break up this country. If you refuse to leave the North, Fulani will slice you like suya. Then Niger Delta will look like big useless F00ls...used and dumped like a F00l. People are suffering in Niger delta, most can't even eat yet you have billions of dollars of your oil money used in developing the North...Something is inherently wrong.
Have you for once held any of the SS governors accountable? Does it not bother you that bayelsa with a population less than 5 million and with very high allocation and oil derivation fund is owing salaries? How come? The FG never ceases to do its part. Start holding your immediate govt accountable right from the local govt.

CultureRe: Oba of benin Erediauwa Visit The Ooni Of Ife On His Ascension To The Throne by richiepolymer(m): 4:50pm On May 04, 2016
I'm yet to see the Oba of Benin visit any other traditional ruler in nigeria. The crown prince can do that. Its rare for the Oba of Benin to visit anyone....only heard of him visiting the British Royal palace. All those who are still engaged in supremacy battle should continue oh. Nothing can change what is.
CultureRe: Oba of benin Erediauwa Visit The Ooni Of Ife On His Ascension To The Throne by richiepolymer(m): 4:46pm On May 04, 2016
Nah....don't get it twisted at all. The Oba of Benin passed on early in 2015 but for some hidden traditional rites it couldn't be announced until recently. Actually the reverse is the case. The previous Ooni passed on months later. So who's the abobaku? cheesy

CACAWA:
If this story is true, then I have a question.

According to the picture above, the Oba of Benin was newly installed meaning his predecessor had just died, and the Ooni of Ife died the next year.

In 2015 also, a new Ooni of Ife was installed and the Oba of Benin died about same time.

Also, this Ooni of Ife has married a Benin woman....hmmmm

Something tells me that the Oba of Benin is an ab_OBA_ku of the Ooni of Ife.

Especially when you recall that the reward for an abobaku is that he must also enjoy life like the King.
PropertiesRe: Abuja: Many Houses, No Tenants • Changing Face Of A Federal Capital by richiepolymer(m): 1:19am On May 03, 2016
We still have same issues in ikoyi, and some parts of lekki too. Uninhabited houses all because of unreasonable rent meanwhile many workers travel all the way from Ogun state to work in these places. If the rents can be brought down to a reasonable amount, people will rather live just a few blocks away from their place of work hence it will reduce the wasted hours spent in traffic and also help to stop the terrible idea of jumping out of bed by 4:30am. Yuck! angry
PoliticsRe: ‘Decomposing Bodies’ Of Nigerian Soldiers In Gubio -TheCable by richiepolymer(m): 9:25pm On Apr 29, 2016
I don't doubt this story at all. I encountered one soldier last year, very young dude with steel implant inside his leg thus I guess he's been excused from fighting or any active military duty. The stories I heard from him were so touching. The stories are similar to this one the OP posted. As if that wasn't enough, I heard another story from a close pal 2 months back about some happenings at the battle front with BH guys.
In all, I could gather from the stories that the Nigerian military is compromised (if their stories are true). The BH war is fought from inside the Nigerian armed forces and on the battle field. There us deliberate attempt to waste the lives of many fine soldiers. Those soldiers who still uphold their love for country and refuse to be saboteurs are strategically deleted using the biblical David's method. Doesn't it bother you why the army shows us pictures of some fees rounds of ammo and some helpless desert men, and a few weak riffles claiming those are the guys over powering our soldiers? So many conspiracies abound. huh

domack99:
Why is it that our Engineers don't design a central Air conditioning systems in our high rise buildings. Is it that they are not cost effective or difficult to maintain?
It is very cost effective in terms of maintenance .Most times we aren't eager to try something new because of the huge initial cost of installation.
PropertiesRe: Why Not A Central AC System? (Photos} by richiepolymer(m): 11:56pm On Apr 26, 2016
Yes you are very correct. Central systems are most cost effective in terms of maintenance.

semitunde:
Bro. Those cooling systems are probably due for change. Though durable HVAC (Central AC) systems last for a much as 30 or more years; the maintenance and spare parts needed ( if the product is shipped from abroad) might become a problem.

@op the client determines (finally) if a building is going to have central AC or not.

HVAC systems have high initial financial outlay, but over time, compared to split ACs, their mmaintenance are more cost effective. Many clients however like to cut costs hence the choice for splits.

Hope you know the new senate building has been reverted to split AC system. Cost cutting measures.

Do you know what VRF is?

msogunro:
Hahahahahahaha!!!! One of the outdoor units is covering a window. Hilarious. How is it even secured. They should invest in a multi split system.

With central a/c units, you cool/heat an entire house when you only need the room you're in conditioned.

Splits are more effecient because you can cool just the zone that you're in.

As we all criticize ourselves and inhuman behavior of others, let's also not forget to search ourselves to be sure that we don't possess the same inhuman behaviors. It may be in different doses.
She was helpless and hungry, yet she was beaten to pulp just because she needed food to eat meanwhile those who beat her up will readily clap and shower praises on the big thieves who have pocketed the money meant for providing healthcare and welfare for us all. Are we not in deed hypocrites? Let's search ourselves oh, because divine justice is incorruptible whether you are religious or not. What is our attitude towards fellow humans? Do you oppress others and cause harm to other just so you can make profit and live ostentatiously? And in the end you think your fat donations and tithes will give you salvation while you have no love in your heart?
If she indeed had a husband, why was she abandoned by him? Because she has HIV? Does the man know what his own health status might be in the next few years? Man.....oh man. Hmm.
Do whatever you can to show love to fellow humans. Stop jungle justice and barbaric acts.
