Language Requirement

A number of French higher institutions offer courses taught in English. A language proficiency certificate like IELTS or TOEFL is not required. This is not usually required for English-speaking countries as Nigeria.

If you wish to study in French however, you are required to have attained a B2 Level in DELF, TCF or TEF. This is the requirement for most institutions.

For anyone who wants to migrate to portugal through study. The first thing you should do is to
1. Apply to the school (you must have searched out the school you feel that you can afford) and wait for names to be published. Once your name comes out, then you can the begin the real process.

Next is to
Take all educational certificate to the Ministry of education and foreign affairs (both can be done same day, for those who stays outside Abuja.

When you are thru there, you will then begin with the embassy
At the embassy, you will have to do the verification process when you submit your documents(Result) there. The embassy will send your documents to NUC, then the NUC will then send it to your school, then when the school finishes, the school will send it back to NUC, then NUC will send it to the Embassy. If everything goes well, it is then that the embassy will give you a call to come and apply.

what you need are
1. a valid passport (make copies of the data page when going there)
2. a completed application form (you can watch my video on my youtube channel (How to fill out Portugal visa application )
3. two coloured passport photographs
4. copy of the school certificates that was authenticated(stamped) at the foreign affairs. For those who did their BSc outside Nigeria, you have to get from the country where you finished from
5. Acceptance letter from the school you applied in Portugal
6. Evidence of accommodation in Portugal ( you can go to booking.com and do that, then later cancel it or you request from the school you applied to, they might help you)
7. Proof of financial capability

You can as well go online, all are listed there. You will see all

You`re welcome! I would always advise you and anyone else interested to move abroad, to do your own research.

There are many websites with available information to everyone, including the official Immigration Office of the respective country... there are companies specialised in assisting NON EU citizens to move & settle in EU.
There are legal ways and not so "legal" ways... but in the end, any non EU citizen who wants to live, work & do business in any EU country, needs DOCUMENT aka Residence Permit.

All human beings want a better living (from basic needs like food, water & shelter to easy access to electricity, education, better healthcare system, roads, safety, etc.) so I totally understand anyone having a desire to move to "greener pastures".
Romania just like Nigeria has been blessed with many resources, but unfortunately both countries suffer from the same terminal disease: CORRUPTION right at the top!

I wish you lots of success in your journey! And if you are a Christian, remember Matthew 19:26 "With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible."

Those loan apps are devilish end of discussion. I needed money to pay my fees and I downloaded one app the name is “borrownow". What they showed me was 24k but what was disbursed into my account was 14k to pay back 24k in 7 days. I sent an email to them that I don't want that kind of devilish loan, how will I pay 10k as interest on a 14k loan in seven days?

Thankfully, I was able to pay back 2 days before the due date because my mind was not even at rest at all. Only for me to get an alert of 20k on my phone a few minutes after I paid back and a message from them that my loan application was successful and my loan has been disbursed into my account.

I went to the app and I saw that I am owing them 33k, I started calling them, they did not answer, sent them emails, no reply. I just put the money aside and I did not touch it. A day before the loan got due, not even on the due date they started threatening me and I told them that I can send their money to them because I never asked for it and I did not touch it.

These people then sent messages to almost everyone on my contact list that I'm a criminal on the run with their money and I'm wanted, people should stay away from me and if I don't pay, those people they sent the messages to will be in trouble. I cried eh, even missed my exam in school because of the embarrassment. I had to go and pay back a stupid loan I did not ask for immediately.

Please just stay away from these online loans if you want peace of mind. If there is any way to bring them down, I'm in full support.

Went through a Masters degree, then got a software developer job 16days after landing paying *2.5 of the remote job I was doing back home and just working 20hrs with less stress and workload.

Thanks to all the guys that saved me from putting my money in the building project back home it would have been a terrible mistake.

Thank you all for the advice here it helped me in making the best decision of my life.

I eventually moved to the UK and in just 1 month I have a good software developer job supporting my Masters's Degree.

Please move from Nigeria if you have the means, am sorry to say this but just staying out side Nigeria for less than 2months I can Nigeria is cursed.

People work so hard but the money they make can't give them good food, here in the UK a cleaner can afford good food and basic needs.

I have had something similar before when I slept over at a friend's house .mine was at my back but I got rid of it by applying hydraulic oil.buy original hydraulic oil (too many fake products out there on the street)


It will clear in a week and few days time.trust me it works like magic.

My own is Nigerians that live abroad that will still be lying to Nigerians about bills. Those people are satanic. I work with westerners and they save so much money they pay much less for everything. Electricity nko. Prepaid Meter gulps at least 50k every month with no light and I have to top it up with gen which I buy fuel 1500 daily. 100k on just electricity every month. My German colleague was shocked when I told him I spend 200 USD equivalent on electricity and it's still not constant for me.

It's not automatic o but my company's own hiring window is closed. I put it up on WhatsApp groups I am active in when it was open and two people got in. I don't know where they are from though but they were the only ones who did well in our coding test.
