Google HCPC UK and download the forms. It's an easy DIY process. I don't know about Non-medical professions.

Between 2017 - 2019, there was a wave of Doctors fleeing abroad. However some of us stayed behind for one reason or the other, many of whom are now left with regrets. I personally had the opportunity to leave for the UK but couldn't due to my wife's sentiments (I have a previous thread on this).

My fellow medical practitioners, if you are still in Nigeria, what is keeping you here? Do you plan on leaving once the global state of affairs return back to normal?

I am a Physiotherapist... I have experienced the rot in the Health sector having trained and worked a bit in a Teaching Hospital which is the face of what Nigeria parades as her best level of health delivery.

I wish I left 2015 when I was told and begged by senior colleagues and my cousins who were in the NHS and other developed countries.I bought the NIGERIA will Change dream and after the fall of the GEJ administration, I knew I had goofed.

It will only take the audible voice of God to keep me here after this whole confusion in the world is over. Come on, don't you know your worth overseas? UK has made it easier for health care practitioners.

After two weeks, at about 2100hr in the evening I got a knock on the door. It was a delivery man with the lost luggage, I was overwhelmed and tired from the days work, so I was not really thinking straight. When I opened the bag most of the items were missing, the rest were spoiled. I signed for it and the delivery man left before I realized I should have used my phone to take a picture of what was remaining in the bag with the digital gadgets supplied for me to sign on. That would have been good evidence of inventory of what was returned with the bag. However, we took inventory of what was missing and the spoilt items.
After the delivery, it became very difficult to contact the airline as the email we were using to communicate with them was no longer active until I dragged them on twitter, they sent a PM for me to supply the details of the flight and luggage, then they promised to investigate and revert. They made contact two weeks later that the complaints have been resolved and closed. I dragged them again on twitter and the same process ensued till I got tired. My wife kept following up with some aviation complaints watchdog, but I have given up on it, unfortunately..

The moment I saw Turkish Airline.....I shook my head.. Those guys are just not it. There would always be luggage issues. If you have power, keep dragging them on Twitter , they must pay.

I was back to my primary job on 30th of December, it was a beautiful day worked with nice set of nurses and hca and we had fun. I worked long day again the second day, that was the 31st of December,

I have worked 4 lond days in a row, i am having three days off. the first day of off, i went to see my friend, the one i travelled with from Nigeria.
She was planning to travel back to Nigeria. During our preparartion for the OSCE, she lost her Dad. That partiuclar day, i discovered she was nowhere to be found in the class, so i asked around and was told she has gone back home. After we closed the class, another friend told me that she went home because she got a call from Nigeria that her dad died. We informed the facilitator who was really shaken. So i organised everyone to say their thought in a video and posted it to her on her WhatsApp. When we got back to Noble house, four of us went to her room. She did not even close her door. She was still crying, i gave her tissues to clean up. and sat down with her for hours. She did not want to eat but we managed to persuade her to eat a little noodles. We supported her through the week-end. By next monday she was fit enough to continue class. She told the family back in Nigeria to post-pone the burial till when she wil be available. So this January after settling down well and was able to save some money, she was travelling to attend the burial of her father, i visited to bid her journey mercies

You process in either Oyo or Kwara state for offtakers to buy and then export to Europe or the Middle east.

As I speak to you now I have about #3.1 million tied up on export of 2 container loads of restaurant grade charcoal to Romania.

Export sounds easy on paper in Nigeria until you actually try it.

Transporting a 40 foot container from Oyo state to Apapa Port alone will cost you about #450K then when it gets there it may spend about 2 weeks before it gains entry to go and offload.

My advise to anyone who is considering this business is to make sure he gets a confirmed letter of credit from the buyer in Europe before shipping if not na you go dey beg make dem pay you your money.

You also need to have lots of patience and be ready to spend plenty of money.

UK is best choice for an immigrant doctor. With 1 year NHS experience, go to Australia.

Canada in reality is not so wonderful for doctors based on their exam pass rate and selection process too. You won't be allowed into some specialities as an immigrant.

However, anything is possible. No be book? No be exam?
