A very disgusting video of 5 teenage boys raping 2 girls went viral some days ago. It has now been alleged that the boys were arrested following the release of the video but have now been released, and this has generated massive outrage.


The boys, who are all reportedly below 20, allegedly invited a girl over, and order to protect herself, the girl decided to go with another friend. On getting there, they were drugged and raped and the sexual assault was filmed and later released online to shame the girls.

A Facebook user shared photos of the boys so that they may be made to face justice, but other Facebook users left a comment alleging that the boys were arrested and were released immediately.

When a 20-year-old man suffering from schizophrenia threw his 4-year-old brother off a 7-story high building, his first reaction was to walk up to cops and confess his deeds. .

Shawn Smith led cops to where his brother Shimron's broken body lay in a trash-strewn Midwood courtyard, Brooklyn. He reportedly said, "I just killed my brother — I took my brother up to the roof and I threw him off." .

Following the incident which took place at 2:45 am, on Saturday, he was charged with alleged murder. The suspect does not have any prior criminal record or history of violence.

Smith had confessed to his family that it was the voices in his head that compelled him to do it. He was hospitalized for three weeks following a mental-health episode in July and had gone off his prescribed medication a few days before the killing, his mom said.

An 8-year-old Brielle Minia has been hailed for fearlessly attempting to fight off some armed robbers who attacked her father.

Brielle was playing in the driveway outside her home when four men walked past. The men were camouflaging as DVD sellers in Cavite, Philippines when they approached her father as he returned home in a white 4×4 car.
Three of the men held the father at gun point and the fourth went and raided his family home. The schoolgirl turned around to see what was happening as the robbers started to run towards her.

She bravely lunged at one of the robbers who was holding a silver semi-automatic handgun and ripped open his blue backpack. The stolen goods were spilled onto the floor as the little girl tried to pick up as many of the items as she could.

Then the robbers tried to get away by running back to their motorcycles and the youngster went at them a second time. Brielle fearlessly attacked the robbers and was then kicked to the ground. She suffered cuts and bruises to her face and hands and has a suspected broken nose.

After spending two nights in hospital she returned home. Brielle bravely vowed: “I’ll get them next time.” She also said was not afraid of the cowards and said she would do it again. The little girl added: “I’m so angry they stole my daddy’s money.

A suspected criminal got more than he bargained for after he was caught trying to rob an old couple.

According to reports, the suspect attacked the couple while withdrawing money at an ATM in Soweto area in South Africa before he was caught and beaten mercilessly by the community.

A U.S. Supreme Court Nominee has fought back tears while denying allegations that he sexually assaulted some women many years ago.


Fighting to salvage his U.S. Supreme Court nomination, Brett Kavanaugh angrily denied on Thursday a university professor’s accusation that he sexually assaulted her 36 years ago in a day of dramatic testimony that gripped the country.

Christine Blasey Ford, her voice sometimes cracking with emotion, appeared in public for the first time to detail her allegation against Kavanaugh, a conservative federal appeals court judge chosen by President Donald Trump for a lifetime job on the top U.S. court.

Ford told the Senate Judiciary Committee she feared Kavanaugh would r-pe and accidentally kill her during the alleged assault in 1982, when both were high school students in Maryland.
She said she was “100 percent certain” it was Kavanaugh who assaulted her.

Kavanaugh testified after Ford finished her appearance, claiming he was the victim of “ grotesque and obvious character assassination” orchestrated by Senate Democrats. He said he “unequivocally and categorically” denied Ford’s allegation and vowed he would not back down.
“I will not be intimidated into withdrawing from this process,” Kavanaugh added.

Some political thugs have attacked an aspirant's supporters in Ondo state, setting their campaign vehicle ablaze.

Two supporters of a House of Representatives aspirant in Ondo State, Olatayo Aribo, have been allegedly attacked by some suspected hoodlums.
The political supporters were said to have been lucky to have escaped the attack believed to have been carried out by political thugs, but the branded campaign vehicle they were in was not spared as it was set ablaze by the suspected hoodlums.

According to eyewitness accounts, the suspected thugs opened fire on the vehicle when its two occupants identified as Lanre Kako and Tope, were on their way home and stopped at the post office area to buy suya between 10pm and 11pm when they were attacked.
One of the eyewitnesses who preferred anonymity stated that the vehicle was set ablaze after the two victims had escaped from the scene of the attack.

“The two men were driving one campaign vehicle and they stopped to buy suya around the post office at Owo.
“But some guys came and shot at the vehicle. They had to run away but their attackers set the vehicle on fire.

“Those around put off the fire but these boys reinforced and came back to set the vehicle on fire again,” an eyewitness stated.
According to Arobo who spoke on the incident, the police have been notified.
“We’ve reported to the police. Police were invited and they witnessed the burning of the bus.

“It is now left for the police to investigate and take action. For now, we don’t suspect anybody. We will forward a petition to the State Commissioner of Police and the state governor.
“I am sure the governor will not be happy about this. And I am sure he also will investigate and find the cause of the attack.
“If the attack came from my political opponents, my advice is that this is not the way to do it. They should go out and campaign in order to win,” he said.

Aribo is seeking the ticket of the All Progressives Congress, APC, to contest the seat of Owo/Ose federal constituency in next year’s National Assembly elections.
Confirming the attack, the Ondo State Police Public Relations Officer, Femi Joseph disclosed that investigation has commenced towards apprehending the perpetrators.

He maintained that the attack was politically motivated.
“It’s purely interparty affair. But not withstanding, whether they are of the same political family or not, we don’t condone any act of violence or thuggery.
“We have commenced investigation on the matter, whatever is the outcome we would let you know,” the PPRO stated.

Men of the Nigerian army have killed notorious Boko Haram members terrorising Borno residents.

Troops of 145 Battalion deployed in Operation LAFIYA DOLE to conduct Counter terrorism and Counter insurgency operations in Borno State yesterday routed Boko Haram insurgents on rampage in Garshigar community of Mobar Local Government Area in Northern Borno.

The insurgents mounted on 9 trucks attacked the community in the evening of Wednesday 26 September 2018, but met with fierce resistance and heavy superior power of the vigilant troops.
Preliminary battle damage assessment reveals that the overwhelming superior power of the troops devastated the insurgents, inflicting human and equipment casualty on them and forcing the insurgents to withdraw in disarray.

The gallant troops have regrouped after the fierce encounter and are dominating the general area of Garshigar and its environ with fighting patrols.

A 31-year old notorious cultist/robber,Olamide Oloruntobi, who is a well known cultist in Ishashi, a suburb of Lagos State, has been killed during a shootout with the police.

The late notorious cultist, who was the leader of the dreaded Aiye confraternity in the area, met his Waterloo at Durosooto street, Celenizer, New Mebamu, Ishashi, at about 8pm last night, when the police were alerted that the group, led by the deceased were terrorising residents of the area.

Based on the information, the Divisional Police Officer in charge of Ishashi Division, SP Amuda Abolaji, led a team of policemen to the scene. On arrival, the hoodlums sighted the police team and opened fire on them. This led to a hot exchange of gunfire. When the dust settled, Olamide Oloruntobi was found dead.

Meanwhile, his locally made pistol with one live ammunition had been recovered while the corpse had been deposited at Badagry General Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Edgal Imohimi has charged the DPO, to do all he can to arrest fleeing members of the gang.

He has equally directed the head of the Intelligence Unit of the Command to assist the DPO in that regard. The CP said that the death of a cultist is not a thing of joy. He therefore calls on parents and community leaders to prevail on their children or subjects who are members of these unlawful groups to renounce cultism and surrender their weapons to the police. He added that he will personally receive them and together with other stakeholders, ensure their reintegration into the society.

Reports reaching us from Oral Estate, Lekki, indicate that a certain houseboy who was sacked by his boss for stealing and planning to kill him, has mobilised soldiers to beat up the boss.

Some weeks back, Gideon was nabbed and beaten up for stealing some valuable items from his boss. He did it alongside two of his gang members.
While being interrogated after being caught, he confessed that one of his gang members had advised that they should kill the boss, but he (Gideon) refused.

He added that he refused killing his boss because he can’t kill someone over money, even though he had killed many Fulanis during fights in Plateau State.
Eventually, the boss paid him off and sent him packing. However, today, the houseboy mobilized some soldiers from his state, but based in Lagos, to beat up the boss.

The boss and his brother were mercilessly harassed and have now been whisked away to an undisclosed location.

One of the witnesses at the scene said:
THE HOUSE BOY STOLE FROM HIS OGA, AND THEY CAUGHT HIM, SO THEY PAID HIM TO GO AND COLLECTED THE ITEM FROM HIM. TODAY, THE BOY WENT TO BRING ARMY MEN WHO ARE FROM HIS TOWN TO BEAT, AND HARASSED THE OGA. THEY TOOK THE OGA AND HIS BROTHER AWAY.

Transportation Minister, Rotimi Amaechi has alleged that Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, and Senator Magnus Abe, are conspiring and plotting to defame him.

Minister of Transportation, Hon. Chibuike Amaechi, has alleged that Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) Senator, representing Rivers South-east in the Senate, Magnus Abe, were conniving and conspiring to disparage and defame him.

The immediate past governor of Rivers State and the leader of the APC in Rivers State, also alleged that the duo of Abe and Wike were plotting to use his former cabinet members to tell fake, concocted and distorted stories to the media that were meant to “denigrate him, impugn his unblemished integrity and paint a very terrible image of him to members of the public.”

In a statement released by his Media Office in Port Harcourt yesterday, Amaechi alleged the plot to defame him was already far-gone and that persons were being coached on what to say and how to say it.

The statement read:

“I am aware that two former commissioners who served in the State Executive Council when I was governor have been procured by Wike and Abe, jointly and collaboratively, to carry out this hatchet job of ‘hack Amaechi down’ campaign. The plan is to throw as much dirt at me as possible and rubbish my image.

“While one is being coached in Rivers State Government House of what to say to the press and how to say it, to do maximum damage; the other one is busy distorting, concocting and fabricating fake screenshots, text messages, documents and all sorts in Senator Abe’s Freedom House campaign office in Port Harcourt; that they intend to release to the media to tarnish my image.

“I want to alert the media and members of the public of the smear plot by these two political collaborators (Wike and Abe), to unjustly discredit and smear me for their selfish political reasons.”
Amaechi stated that he would not be distracted by any “cheap, fake smear campaign of calumny” against him, while urging Rivers people to pay no heed to the desperate attention-seeking duo of Wike and Abe and all of their fabricated lies, but focus on the goal of ensuring that Rivers State got a better leader that would turn around the fortune of the state and its people for good, come 2019.

He insisted that no amount of sabotage and fake stories would deter him and all genuine APC members, supporters and Rivers people from changing and voting out the inept government in Rivers State, next year.

It was gathered that the Youth Corper identified as Babatunde Sodiq Bello, said to be a graduate of University of Benin, Edo state and passed out from the Adamawa orientation camp, was found laying on the ground after urinating on himself in an ‘unconscious state’.

Passersby who saw him – got his identity from the ID card found in his waist purse.
It was revealed that the corper was rushed to the general hospital in Gbagada by Lagos Neighborhood cops.
While some think that the corper was seriously sick, others have argued that he might have taken hard drugs before the collapse.
No further report has been given about his condition.

This is the moment some Uniosun students improvised by using candles to prepare stew after their gas finished around 11pm, on Wednesday.

According to an eyewitness, the gas finished shortly after they finished preparing rice and, left with no where to refill the cylinder at that time of the day, they used some candles to prepare fish sauce and it came out fine.

Typically reminds me of this adage..
