N when u realise ALIENS exist......n u are ONE!!!!

SO WHO MADE THEM?? wink

Why who? why not what? Religion has programmed your mind to believe that there must be a creator. Why not creators? Why not something? What if time is only a manmade construct? what if the world is self existing and was never created nor had a beginning? All these questions are what you need to open your mind to. You shouldn't think narrowly, this world is more than some written books. We discover everyday.

I still don't understand how people become atheist. I need to be convinced.

You will become an atheist when you realize the bible is Manmade fiction. Not just the Christian book, the Muslim book, Judaist book and a lot of other manmade religions. Nothing like talking snakes, or division of red sea.

When you realize this world was not made in seven days, but have been existing for billions of years- Science

When you understand that you could have been worshiping cow or elephant till you die if you were born an Indian.

When you can no longer justify the killings, temperament or ignorance in the bible, the Christian doctrine.

When you see that religion is doing more harm than good in this world.

When you realize that the concept of heaven or hell is senseless or evil and that they simply do not exist and that when you die, you simply stop existing, just like you never existed before you were born.

When you understand that you are just an animal but with higher intelligence.

When you understand that prayer does not work and an answered prayer is simply luck.

When you see that ALL the miracles your dear pastors have been doing are staged. Proof? Ask them to regrow a cutoff limb. Miracles do not exist, but chances and coincidence does.

It takes guts to be an atheist, doubt for a second and search for the truth.

By next year October she would receive a honorary doctorate degree from the University of West Indies.

She will now be addressed as Ambassador Dr. Robyn rihanna Fenty.

It's remaining Nobel peace price for her humanitarian efforts. Good girl gone bad, turned good again. My humble fave.

I have lost interest in pop culture and celebrity affairs. I only follow Rihanna now, my fave for life wink

I have lost interest in watching music stations. Used to be an addict, now I'm only interested in new music from Rihanna.

I lost interest in hoping for better. Since I became atheist, I just take and see things the way they are.

I have lost interest in trying to please people, caring or smiling all the time. I want to do me.

I have lost interest in trying to prove a point. Just take it or leave it. I no longer care to be perfect, in fact I hate perfect.

Is it usual or normal not being able to log into my kpmg portal because some days after receiving my reference number via mail I tried to login to my portal but it kept on saying temporarily unable to log in...is it usual

Once you been given a reference number it means your submission is through and under review, so you can't do anything about it. You don't need to anyway. Just wait for their next email.

None yet, i think they are still busy with the new recruits. Moreover, if it is until next year sept. for another batch, then they may be relax for now.

Nah. I heard they accept new intakes all year round for audit, not necessarily by September. You will be made to attend the training still the next September if you are accepted before then.

Chukwumapromise:
Please guys I need tips on how an audit assessment center is being conducted and how to ace it.

I mailed this to someone the other day, so I'm just going to paste it here.

In AC, there are three stages

Stage 1: Personal Presentation;

Choose one topic out of five, you would be given 7 to 8 minutes to prepare. Presentation is just one minute.

Make sure you stick to time, it will be terrible if you are asked to stop. Lol

For me, I chose 'should PMB run for a second term in office? Why?'

Stage 2: Group Task/Presentation;

Your team, usually made up of 5 to 8 persons, would together solve a puzzle or task. The HR will be in the same room with your team watching. The task is usually 20 minutes. Then in a minute someone from your team will present the results/findings.

Do NOT exceed the time limit, even if your team could not come up with the complete result, present what you have.

Stage 3: Panel/HR interview

You will be interviewed by the same three HRs. Confidence is KEY. Don't lie about anything.

This Panel interview could last up to 30 minutes.

The most important question is; How does your course relate with audit? That is the most important. You must be able to relate your course one way or the other with the role of audit.
(tip: No knowledge in any course whatsoever is useless to audit. They need a broad range of perspective, that is why every discipline was permitted to apply for the role of audit.

If you are asked why audit?

Make them understand it's because you understand or realized it's importance.
Audit is important in all facet of life. It basically means evaluation. If you want to do better in what ever you plan to do, you need audit to find out your loopholes, outliers or even your best practices.)

Also,

You must be able to know what audit is all about. Also know what Kpmg is all about, the head of audit, and National senior partner.

Lastly, they will ask you a lot of questions based on situations. Think about your life, all the things you have done in life before you go for this AC. If you've never been in such situation, just say it. But it's best to give a situation no matter how small or impactful it was.

Tell us a time you....

Example:

Motivated a team member

Lead a team and achieved great result

When you brought in a better approach to a situation

A time you resolved a conflict/misconception.

A time you lost money you invested.

I was asked all those plus-

Tell us about your final year project in school.

Tell us about yourself

Tell us about your family.

Also study your CV, you should be able to defend your skills. Although I wasn't asked anything from my CV, I heard some persons were.

A tag number will be given to each of your team members. You will go in turns. You will not be able to interact with each other after the panel interview.

When you meet for the first time, make sure you are all friendly with each other, know all your names, where you are from, gist plenty and share things together. It will help a lot.

In my team of Eight people, Seven passed the AC.

In some teams, out of, lets say five to seven only two will pass, or even zero, possibly.

You just should be able to work together, ease tension and make friends.

Our success message came in the next morning.

Good luck and remember, BE CONFIDENT!

Honestly you are narrow minded. Racism affects you even from across the oceans.

Countries make policies that advance their white people and race but disadvantage Africans from across the ocean.

From the weakening of your currency to trade deficits etc. To funding towards women education and empowerment. I repeat these countries are quick to fund birth control and vaccination campaigns in Africa, but will never fund any campaign to build a better equipped University in Nigeria or any other country.

You have no ally in white women or any other race. White woman are better empowered and are in better position than you. Their basic rights are met through white privilege.

They just use African/Black women to bargain more from their men. Since African women are so stupid you like joining any struggle even that which is against you, you become good bargaining chip for them.

White women will never even advocate that all women of all races get the same rights as them. Feminisn is their battle not yours. You are not even closer to them in equality.

Lol. All these your talk is not racism. It's more like people scrambling for limited resources. Why are you crying that other countries want to gain world power? Direct your rant at the leaders of our nation who cannot make effective policies. We are our own problem not the whites.

See me here thinking you even had an iota of sense.

Your narrow minded made you assume that the suffix SA means I am South African. Yes in paper but not ethnically. That's rubbish.

African woman have always had their roles clear and defined AND there were never serious issues. Yes there have always been bad men in our communities, but not exceeding good men. 99% of my relatives are good men who support women empowerment and never stands in the way of their women's individual progress. I am a living example and my female relatives too.

When men hand over their roles e.g. being a provider or 50/50 financial responsibility you cry foul. You want to be equal and take over some manly roles yet you don't want to carry the responsibilities that come with the roles.

I said I refuse to include any race in our gender issues and debates. That include Whites, Arabs, Asians, Chinese etc. We are different and we will never be the same and our battles are not equal. They are more advantaged than you. Don't think you are equal. The US is likely to deport you than an Asian women.

Black women are so quick to buy other races battles when not even once other races bought your battles and fought for you. Instead they join in and oppress you.

Asians, Indian, Chinese join in and oppress you. You people think it is being educated and enlightened to fight for other races that oppress you and fight your existence.

You can never join forces with any race that:
1. joins in and oppress you
2. that already has other privileges that you don't have.

RACISM IS A PROBLEM. IT CREATES INEQUALITY.

AFRICANS focus on racism and not FEMINISM that seeks to create division between you and your MEN.

African Men have always empowered us because they know it's for their benefit too.

Stop looking for a problem where it doesn't exist. Racism is a problem.

I assumed with the way you were fighting racism in a Nigerian Forum. Racism in Nigeria is close to nonexistent. We have tribalism, Nepotism, Religion and Misogyny, not racism. Any Nigerian fighting racism is outside the country or doing so for those outside the country.

We have a lot of problems in Nigeria, racism is the least.

Also tell me ways we can fight racism. This problem is something even the minority cannot fight on their own. We can drive away racists, we can suppress their actions, but we cannot change their mindset.

Gender Inequality on the other hand can make do with just the women. If every woman, including you see reasons, and put in action, it would be fought and defeated TODAY!

Tell me, do you think African women have the same/equal opportunities with White women as we speak?

You are South African, I can understand your plight with white people. But most Africans in Africa do not deal with racism. It usually happens outside of Africa.

The major issue here in Africa, also Asia, is suppression, absence or lack of presence of the rights of women. This is what we are fighting against, it is what feminism is all about. If you ask me, isn't that a good thing?

Yeah, racism is a global issue which should be fought, but not exclusively. Gender inequality is also a major issue in today's world, no? You haven't experienced suffering for being a woman, doesn't mean you should turn a blind eye to the millions of women going through it.

From your post, I deduce you reek of selfishness and pride. Your narrow mindedness did not make you see that you are giving whites more power than they possess.

I support women empowerment, but I am no Feminist.

I will join Feminists the day we eradicate racism on the face of the earth.

We will then have gender problems only. All women of all races will be fighting to be equal to men of all races.

Feminism is a white women's battle and has got nothing to do with us. Where we stand now white women are using us to fight their battles when Africans are fighting bigger battles of racism. Racism meted to us by white women.

Black( Africans ) face racism from all races and they want to divert our attention from that big problem which is even perpetuated by white women.

Let's equalise race first before gender.

All white people should fight to remove all privileges meant for them before we remove privileges meant for all men.

As far as I am concerned African men are equally victims. They get discrimated again from all angles. African men and women are fighting the same battle of racism against us.

White people use feminism to remove attention from racism that they daily commit against us.

Bleep them.

Which racism we dey face for Africa? If anything, African women should embrace feminism more than the whites that have enough privilege for being a woman. In Africa, it's close to zero.

To the rest of the posters, rant from now till tomorrow about who she chooses to be. It doesn't change anything.

even Linda ikeji has come to realize that you can't change somethings in this world that why she decided to settle for a baby daddy instead of a husband(this shows a sign of desperation to me) why didn't she make the identity of her husband known? I guess because she doesn't want other women to come snatch him from her but she was the one forming self made woman, I can live without a man. then why is she protecting the identity of her husband.
I just hope it doesn't get too late before you read between the lines.[/s]

it's plain truth if we are being honest. The Jewish testament especially, is full of hate, bias and degradation of women.

To cut the long story short, the bible is a piece of shit. If you claim to be a Christian, you have to believe what the bible says, but the bible never advocated for the rights of women, instead it tried to place women as inferior beings, made just for men.

You can't be a strong adherent of Christianity and be a Feminist. Choose one.

It's fun. Hahaha

I love the comments I have seen so far. More and more women are beginning to realize that marriage is not a do or die affair, it's a choice. Knowing this, there would be more respect in relationships, especially coming from the men, as time goes on.
