Oil only account for about 90% forex, Do you realize how much government make from taxes, duties, levies on non oil products? Let's say 50% comes from oil. Also the bulk of money made from oil in recent times have been going back to the Niger delta what has your leaders done with those money for a state like bayelsa with just 8 local governments owing 5 months salaries.

These are painful decisions that have to be made in order to turn Lagos into a world class city . It's still the same we that will complain when statistics come out showing no world class cities in Nigeria and here we have Lagos state trying to make Lagos a world class city and we still complain.
