The entire Okun land needs to wake up we keep electing our oppressors. |
Afang and Edikaikong soup are from the Akwa Ibom and Cross River people. |
Lol. My own ehn. But the come back was epic. |
Rotfl. Asides the fact that we don't need the same old cargoes that led us where we are, Buhari that is romancing the Nigeriens, isn't his ancestry questionable? Na when we dey witch hunt we dey try bring in ancestry. |
CivilzedTyger:He doesn't need the followers. He has enough, the new followers won't add anything to him, instead, na more give away and beggars e go bring to am. Not everyone needs clout. Not everyone lives for that. Don jazzy is the most down to earth and mature of all naija celebs. I don't follow any naija celeb but it's easy to catch up on their gist on social media. Let's just leave the man alone. |
CivilzedTyger:Wetin the cruise wan do for am? Is he an upcoming artist or producer? Or is he broke? |
CivilzedTyger:He doesn't need to clout chase or seek attention. Na so we dey talk when people wey dey go through hell dey rant for social media, till we hear say them commit suicide, everybody go come dey show fake love and dey pay yeye condolence. Let people vent. |
ikllbrokehoes:He's trying to make peace with himself and people he might have offended. There's nothing wrong with that. He's sharing part of himself that his fans never knew about. If he'll achieve growth by talking, I'm all for it. He was never the talkative type. There's something behind all of these. |
ikllbrokehoes:I think it's years of keeping quiet and bearing all the psychological and emotional load that's making him speak out. People expect black men to keep it all inside and not talk "like women". But talking about it is helping them. We don't have shrinks here like developed countries, or should I say it's not a common practice. Make e talk abeg. Imagine bottling things up for 18 years. |
MadamExcellency:Na so we see am. |
MadamExcellency:They don't o. |
bluskyee:It is a crappy culture. |
This same matter. Out of 70 tubers of yam, my mum got only 5. Out of several crates of soft drink, na only give pieces of Malta guinness them give my mama, then a bottle of palm oil out of 25 litres of oil. If those old men meet me on the road, they don't know me. They didn't know how I went to school from nursery to masters. But they collected everything in the bridal list. How long we wan continue like this. |
You never know the pain of people till they tell you and it's not easy to open up about pain. It's really important to be kind. |
I'm thankful it all led her to Jesus. |
This is s good testimony na. Unlike some state governors that are selling the destinies of their people for political gains. |
And he's fighting kwaruption |
We were matched by friends we had in common. Dude just wanted to see me based on pictures he saw and several chats we had. He picked a day, I agreed. On that day I was so broke, not even bike fare to go out and mumsie no dey for me to ask. The guy suggested an eatery, I said we should go on a stroll instead (as a rule, I no dey go on date if I no get my Tfare or money for food wey I go order, I hate see finish). Guy came for the stroll at my bus stop. I met him there and we strolled to two bus stops ahead of mine, talking and getting to know each other. When it was time to go, dude said he will put me on bike so I don't have to walk back alone, I told him not to worry, that I'd walk (as I know say I no get Tfare). This guy no gree o, was insisting. I said he should not worry. After the back and forth, this guy looked at me and said "ah, you don't have bike fare, why didn't you say so"? I now said I have bike fare, I just want to walk home. For bus stop, oga begin shout "where's the money, you must show me the money". I just left him there and jogged home. Got home and narrated the gist to my mum and sisters, they laughed hard and the guy earned the name "show me the money". That's how it didn't exceed the first date o. May his soul rest in peace cause he's late now. |
Even physical bank dey give problem, talk more of one wey we no fit see. May we not have issues with people or things we can't see o. |
ogelekpomgam:Leave the females in my house. What goes on in their marriage should stay there. Na the guy I blame. If the woman pays the bills on the house, it should stay in their marriage, if the man washes all the clothes plus under wear, it should stay there. Una fit lick woman nyash, na to wash pata Una dey flex for. For woman wey be wife. Abeg free me. |
ncoolsome:That's why I said he doesn't need to explain. |
Some have even decided that Rema is his son with the woman. |
Sis, move on. Some men married women that are 10 years younger than them and such women are a pain in their throat. If a man in this generation doesn't put aside age differences when he finds a woman that's his spec, make e go find younger woman. This same dating pool wey be like Jungle so. |
WesternOligarch:Na unhappy mother go dey about chooking mouth for her children marriage. |
Vinnie2000:You should both be able to wash each other's undies. As a mum, if I'm happy with my own life, I won't concern myself with the affairs of my son's marriage if he's happy. When I no be winch. |
WesternOligarch:What is my business with what goes on in my son's marriage if they are happy? |
Even Abacha performed better than Buhari, Corruption and massive looting aside. Even though the looting in both regimes no be here. |
yetunsbay:Before you peace out, your relationship with God reflect on your relationships and that's why you don't lie with someone you're not married to. Evaluate your relationship with God and see how differently you'll see relationships. Shalom. |
andrewbaba44:Issokay then. But it's a thing of convenience. Some store and wash over the weekend, some wash as they bathe. |
Vinnie2000:The man is not washing his gf's pant. She's his wife. He has known every part of her, probably also licked where the pant covers. All the vaginal juices and gbogbotigbo. Na pant come hard to wash? Make Una dey deceive unasef. |
andrewbaba44:Some women sundry their pants. It's actually the best practice. Sundry or iron once it's dry. It's more convenient to wash as you bathe but you men sef, how many of you also wash as you bathe? I guess it's a thing of convenience. |
