Assuming I'm to give this building plan as a contract to a mason, how much should be my budget?

The mason will be in charge of everything from the foundation to the parapet. He's the one to bring iron bender, carpenter and he's the one to pay for every labour involved. How much should I budget?

Note; The project is in the Masaka/Uke axis of Abuja.

Why can’t you give your project to a professional instead of bricklayer , you mean this bricklayer will also supervise iron bender, plumber, electrician, etc,
My advise to you is to engage a professional to supervise the project for you in your area there.

Please how much is the projected cost of the carcas and what will be the budget for a fair finishing.

We are looking at 35m for the carcass/ plus few additional finishings
Like all entrance door and windows and bore hole with water tank

Not a bad concept. But I personally think you should eliminate the Guest Toilet in a one bedroom apartment, it is overkill.
One toilet should be enough for the Occupant and the Visitor. Thank you.

Good sir,
I did same in my his project (the project is 4unit of 2bedroom and 4units of Mini flat.

But if client says he is she need it, what can say than to abide with his/ she choice.

It is obvious the guy may not understand the tiling process or may just be joking. You for cool down explain the process and others go learn from your education and confirm the situation that you know what you are doing. Nothing beats a calm measured response. Actually I don’t use to talk or comment in such way, the way the guy comment caused it “it a pure rubbish, why bcs he is not a CLIENT here if you don’t know he is using idea to know how it’s been done.
He has a building problem he is facing here , he as not done with that and he get gouts to yearn anyhow here.
The things is that “nobody has monopoly of wisdom”
If you don’t know something or you see something strange ask question about it.

Don’t be surprised they are many like that here acted as CLIENT but outside they paraded themself as contractors rush here to borrow idea and some will evening called you post like client after you might labour your self to give the quotation and idea fiannnnm they will go. Another day they will come again for another question . I beg make I stop here jorr

Boss, thats not cement ooo - it is a mixture of cement and sand and the thickness depends on the level of the doors and the german floor levels...
