my laptop shows a blue sceen and d message 'check 4 viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run chkdsk/f to check for hard drive corruption'. Pls help, its an hp dv6700

please kindly tell us what you installed last on your system be it hardware or software before you start experiencing this. if it is software kindly remove it from the control panel.

When did you start experiencing this? have you tried powering it alone without the adapter(thats if you your battery is fully charged)? have you worked on your power adapter before or try to use another same adapter to power it on?

The problem wit this pc is that it is very very slow and tends to hang almost everytime(i.e when browsing). Moxilla won't open any page. At times it would trip off to bring out an option where I've to type ctrl + alt + del. It's so frustrating, pls help.

well if you attach your self with a programmer without knowing a little in the programming world, you'll be a pest to the programmer because you'll keep asking him irritating questions in a every single world he/she says. that could be disgusting. why not contact Donpuzo to help you with some books to start with. that way you will have the basic knowledge and ask a programmer questions based on a particular issue or what you find difficult to do.

have not heard of SCREEN-DUMP before, if you are talking of print screen (i.e ) copying your current screen to use it for illustration or put it somewhere then press ctrl + print screen sometimes written like this prt sc, on your keyboard and paste it anywhere you like esp ms word, ms paint etc.

in terms of 3G internet browsing, GLO seems to be the best while etisalat is the best in terms of EDGE even faster than MTN 3G.

This GLO 150MB/N1000/1month plan will help me alot but i wonder why is not well known by poeple, looks like is secret plan or something of that nature.

from my understanding, you have enabled system password(power on) from BIOS which will ask for password each time you power on your system. simply go back to BIOS to disable/deactivate it by press any of the setup keys on the screen of your system when you power it on. if otherwise then you are probably talking of windows password which you can remove from user accounts from control panel.

SECONDLY, MY ELDER BROTHER LAPTOP PAKARDBELL IT WENT OF AND DIDNOT COMEUP WHEN THE POWER BOTTON IS PRESSED IT ONLY BLINK. SOME ONE SAID ITS BOARD PROBLEM THAT I HAVE TO SAVE IT.

what happened to you is a little bit tricky and serious.

If it's booting then simply uninstall the last programs you installed

thats from safe mode. you may still need vista installation cd for start up repair.

GLO goes for me because if unlocked will work for MTN, ZAIN plus ETISALAT but not sure if other will work on GLO in unlocked especially MTN because i have tried that before.
