Lol,I regretted investing in cryptos 2021,the only people who have benefitted greatly from cryptos are those who bought bitcoins early.

Cryptos is suffering from acceptance from most governments around the world, crypto gurus will tell you to buy the dip,but once you buy the dip it keeps dipping more.

It's better to invest in real estate than doing cryptos, especially land investment,a land bought in 2021 with 500k will appreciate in price the next 3 years while cryptos bought with 500k can become 100k in the next 3 years.

For me cryptos is a big gamble no matter how people might try to sugarcoat it.

I don't know about other coins, but u see bitcoinn, I doubt! The issue with investing in bitcoinn is that a lot of people just want to invest today & earn tomorrow, it doesn't work that way!!!

The first house I built was at my place, the first house my brother built was also at our place, before we started building in city. There is nothing wrong in building a house for your mom, all u need now is to go back home & reorganize yourself. Once things start picking up, u won't even remember this experience.

If your salary is a 100k, then you should be living in a 100k per annum house, if you want to get ahead in life. The problem is that a lot of young people are too proud to know where they really belong. If you are earning 100k, get a self contained or two rooms face me i face you for 100k. If you are earning around 300k get a one bedroom flat or a two room and parlour face me i face you. Don't go and spend your life working for a landlord. Your landlord does not deserve more than your one month salary. Please, be wise!!!

Also be careful. Some the people telling you that your one month salary cannot cover your rent are estate agent and greedy landlords. They are here to lie and deceive you. Be wise!!

Family men who are civil servants in this country are even earning less than 100k, do u expect them to stay in a self contain with their family? This your one month salary for house rent won't work for the low income & average earners! Which are the majority.

Many civil servants with family living in flat are earning around 100k. This one month salary to cover rent is only applicable to those with good pay, not the average earners which are majority.
