All my friends that were withdrawn from medicine to engineering graduated with flying grades. Medicine & surgery is the hardest course in this part of the world. It is not even debatable.

What is wrong in telling his brother he wanted to use the shoe for that Sunday, in case of next time, he can jokingly say it & they will laugh over it. However, if one is lucky to see a decent old flat with enough parking space (very important), just take it and upgrade to your taste.

I am even trying to explain to him because I know many people don't know how complex & how far bitcoinn have gone. I can run my own bitcoinn node & do my own thing. I can mix my transactions with a bitcoinn tumbler & no one will know where it is coming from or going to.
U can even associate ethereum with rug pull a little bit because the development of ethereum is largely associated with Vitalik Buterin, but not with bitcoinn. On daily basis institutions are acquiring bitcoinn, individuals are acquiring bitcoinn, it is one of the major means of payment across all major merchant online, I can't remember when last I bought something online with PayPal or credit card. Even nations are acquiring bitcoinn & he is talking about rug pull. How can u rug pull something that is already out of control?

Having a first hand experience from people who have retire will go a long away in preparing those coming behind. Eg
1. How much one have in his/her PFA and how much he/she get as monthly pension
2. Annuity payment from insurance, how much are pensioners getting in relation to their money invested
3.As a pensioner what you advice to those still working (as it relate to investment, hospital bill, payment of school fee, were to retire to village or stay in the city ) etc share personal experiences.

When it comes to retirement planning cannot be exhausted but getting a first hand experience will go a long way.
