How come the banks are not cooperating with the early payment of salaries?

Some organizations have gone ahead to pay salaries earlier than normally scheduled but ….

Some salary accounts credited but employees have not received value.

Those that have received alerts cannot withdraw cash from banks.

Those that are using their bank cards have to do the “sign-of-the-cross” first before they use them so the transactions can go through. This isn’t funny again.

Even with funds in the account, some traders and stores don’t want transfer but CASH.

Nigerian Labour law actually allows verbal offers if the contract duration is less than 3 months.

Where the contract is longer than that, Employers also have up to 3 months to issue an offer letter.

Not supporting the oppression by Nigerian companies, just saying, it is not an illegality.
