Back then I used to eat lunch at work with 50 naira ... good food with 2 pieces of meat and a pepsi orobo.... I rented a BQ in VI for 35k x2years thats 70k...bought my first car in 2000 for 140k... a 6 year old daewoo racer still clean .....500 naira petrol could fill my tank...it was 11 naira per liter

Hire based on value rather than salary. When you hire based on how low the employee is willing to take, you get hungry and desperate cheapskates that will never give you their best. Most will only use the money they get from your job to print more CVs and pay transport fare to interviews.
