Dittodat: He reasoning just like most of those from that side would have reacted if the list was mostly about the SE. In fact any bad news from that sidez they will blame thr OP and the news source instead of the real news itself. They only want to read bad news about other parts of Nigeria, they don't want anyone to report any bad news from the SE. It's either they will call it fake news or blame the reporters for being "jealous " of Igbos.. I don't think that was his motive. I also wondered why SE was not featured. Is it that the author is a S.E.ner protecting his people, or that their numbers are modest. We need to shame all of those governors. Only Peter Obi publicly made nonsense of long convoy during his time, and went ahead to reduce it. He made it such that you won't know a Nigerian governor was moving. Petrol is bought in his presence. We are yet to see governance-cost-cutting governors like that in Nigeria. They are all thieves. |

richmond500: Scarcity of cash is caused by all these POS operators
If bank put N5m in ATM, one POS operator can withdraw N400k from it and sometimes u may have like 20 POS operators that will collect average of N200k daily from that very ATM, then the rest of us will manage 1m. And banks don't even have much money cos people don't deposit money again, they now know that they can sell to POS, thanks to Emefiele wickedness.
They are a menace to the society I think we should stop blaming the former thief emefiole and focus on the current rogue. It is over one year, enough to to put a lot of things in order. They are all culpable (speak from experience). Banks bribe CBN to get mint, hawkers bribe banks to get mint. Even if you are a banker, you have to belong to the right clique to get mint. Nigeria is in a mess. But I blame any ordinary man going to buy cash, this is a time to live in austerity. |

Professional government blamer. The government did not stop other Nigerians from inventing and innovating, but it somehow stopped you.
Truth is NOBODY STOPPED YOU. It is your preference for imports and the assumption that invention and innovation are the preserve of 'white people' that stopped you.
''Most''? Did you count?
Or is that just your INFERIORITY COMPLEX talking?
By the way, I asked AI:
'Is an improvement of an existing invention classified as an invention?'
...............
AI Response:
Yes, an improvement of an existing invention is generally classified as an invention, provided it meets certain criteria. In intellectual property law, particularly patent law, an improvement can qualify as a patentable invention if it is novel, non-obvious, and useful. Here's a breakdown:
Novelty: The improvement must introduce something new that hasn't been disclosed or made public before.
Non-Obviousness: The improvement cannot be something that would be obvious to someone skilled in the relevant field. It must demonstrate an inventive step.
Utility: The improvement must be functional and provide a tangible benefit.
For example:
- Adding a new feature to an existing machine that increases efficiency. - Modifying an existing chemical formula to make it more stable or effective. - Introducing a new method of using an existing tool or device. - Improvements that significantly enhance the original invention or open up new applications are considered valuable innovations and can even receive independent patents. However, minor changes or optimizations that lack novelty or inventiveness may not qualify.
If the improvement builds on a patented invention, the new invention may still require permission (e.g., licensing) to use the original patent, depending on the scope of the original rights.

Looking4Trouble: You people don’t make sense at all. Let me remind you of one case which you all know.
Aregbesola versus Oyinlola. Oyinlola’s lawyer was proven to be communicating with the judges handling the election case. The senior lawyer was disbarred and cannot practice law in Nigeria forever.
So stop talking like market women. Opposing lawyers will not standby and watch while the other party is dancing disco with judges handling their case Hahahahahaha. So, you mean Nigerian judiciary is upright and uphold justice? Just pray you don't have an issue that lands you in a Nigerian court with your opponent being rich and you having no money to hire a lawyer, then you will have a glimpse of what we the 'market women' talk about. I don't really see anything wrong in this, except perhaps if the money spent is more than the basic. unless I am wrong, this is a new school. And there are basic infrastructure required to set up a school. You won't keep these things away because the number of students are few. Advertise it, give it some publicity (this is the first time I am hearing of the polytechnic). For the number of lecturers? They need to be hired before the students come, not the other way round. Just audit the 'spendings' of the managers and if they are clean, leave them alone jor. |
