The exercise so far has been somewhat free and fair. |
It was later we heard of violence from other parts of the state. |
otokx:I think they want to share with our brothers in the North, before a new train arrives for them. |
The election was very peaceful in Ochiri ward, Elekahia. There was no o brawl whatsoever, save for one boy called Ovundah, who took it upon himself to rain shouts, like a man fully soaked in thick ganja smoke, on the INEC guys, he was an agent of one of the parties. Below are the digits: the ward comprises four units, 34,38, 39 and 43;

The best way to handle such men is to cut off the financial resources, place him on salary, with his consent though (he is desperate and would accept anything, so long as the cash would flow again), for about 3 or 6 months. He would in turn go to his mistress and explain, who may in turn just agree to endure a while. Then on expiration, extend the time again. That would infuriate them, his mistress especially, and cause a relationship implosion on them. He won't be able to manage that. He needs to be frustrated, not just in small measure. The salary should be between 50-100k, some heartlessness needs to be meted out on him. |
candy:No wahala. Keep the interesting ball rolling. |
candy:Perhaps you didn't see the last question I asked, Candy. |
ok |
Amaechi said violence cannot be ruled out,... Are you the one sponsoring it? The President is not too happy. They are conducting polls. But, the actual poll does not favour the President. We are the one to say that, not you. But my question is: Is it not the same Amaechi that was ready to lead protests. My advise: Amaechi, don't worry, the President has not talked to you much since you have been courting his attention. You and I know what the President before Yar'adua would have done to you. But, if your hands are not clean, which may not be, then be ready to dance to any song meant for you. But for killing you? I don't think it would be of much weight. But improsonment? a propable just course of action. |
fulfillment22:Lol! I just love people who are appreciative. You just made my day. God bless you. |
Lionize, good your trip was fruitful. |
Hello Candy, No name was attached to the guest-turned-carpenter? |
Op is either a student or graduate of either Futo or Unical. My opinion though. |
There may be some sponsors in the dark. |
This is a wowing piece, Candy, you are just good. But, Wande should be careful living in the same house with the new Tade. The fury of a scorned man, who is falling so gracelessly, may be hard to fathom. Go Candy! |
I guess they are not just happy things are working in Nigeria. These are the same kind of people who'll vandalise gas pipelines and keep us in darkness, without any benefit to them. Nature will always make them suffer more than those they think they are victimising. |
Its disheartening that Nigerians sabotage Nigeria, for a gain I do not figure. I felt so bad this morning, after preparing myself for a trip to Enugu by rail, only to be told when I got to the PH station that the train did not arrive yesterday. On further enquiry, I was told that the rail track was vandalised somewhere in the North, and since the train travelled to Kafanchan, it got stuck and has not returned yet. When the train only covered the PH-Enugu route, this kind of ugly incident never happened. One would then ask, why such act of vandalism? I opine the government should provide more trains for different routes, any people who do not really need it can go ahead and destroy the lines. I'm really saddened by this. We are always quick at throwing blame punches at the government, but they are frustrated by the people they are looking out for. Must we continue like this? For how long? |
Nigeria! Did the owner of the money not 'appreciate' her? If he didn't, then that's not fair. For her level, she has received a fair pay raise, double, and a promotion. The Ugwu lady said it all, she's happy with her company's management, she prefers integrity to riches, but she wouldn't mind if the govt offers her a better job. Some people would, like some of her colleagues have said, not return the money if in her shoes. But the truth is, not returning the money would be attended with grave consequences, noticed or unnoticed at this time, which ultimately may lead to a greater loss, or even death. So, I expect even private employers to go after such character and offer her a better job, not just the government: because such quality brings one before Kings and Princes, not before mean men. I think her employer has encouraged her, it is now left for 'other parties', which include you and I, to encourage her. Doing the opposite of what she did is never a good option. |
Could she have given more than she knew? From where na? |
Stagnated promotions and stale salaries, layoffs and rumours of layoffs; that's the order of the day. At the same time, movements, connected and unconnected, thrive: for those privillegded. |
candy:Nice work Candy. More inspiration. |

T.A. Orji and his team must leave Abia, even his appointee/godson. T.A. Orji is the worse performing governor in the annals of Nigerian politics, prove me wrong if I am. |
candy:You can always count on me Candy. |
welcome back Candy. Good work. |
Kakpos:But they have also told him to meet them at Chatham House. |
