Well Some people think sex is overrated in a relationship, while others think there are many reasons why sex is important with your spouse. When you are in love, it can connect the two of you in a way unlike any other. Aside from the obvious connecting part to having that time with your partner, there are some great medical benefits as well. Here are 19 legit reasons why sex is important, although there are many more I’m sure. 1. CONNECTS YOU: This is one of the most obvious reasons why sex is important I think. Of course being intimate with one another is going to bring you two closer. The simple fact that you are seeing each other naked is enough to bring you closer. Sometimes being very much in love and being attracted to each other, doesn’t mean the sexual chemistry is there. Once you two have found your groove in the bedroom, you should see that chemistry coming together. 2. STRESS RELEASE: I mean, who doesn’t want to come home after a long stressful day and release that with some loud Os? This is a great way to put a new hop in your step and restore your energy, and of course to forget about your long day.Experts say people who have regular sex respond better to stress than people who don’t. 3. LIVE LONGER: Having one orgasm a day can keep the doctor away. In order for the optimal health benefits, having an orgasm every 24 hours keeps the health benefits at their maximum and the levels of oxytocin, estrogen and testosterone consistently flowing. Not only that, but regular sex can improve cardiovascular health, reduce risks of prostate cancer and even reduce the possibility of osteoporosis. Why not help your partner live longer? 4. EXERCISE: Make your sexy time into an exercise! You actually burn 144+ calories per half-hour every time you get down and dirty according to studies, and who doesn’t love burning calories? (ESPECIALLY while having sexy time!) The key for high-calorie-burning sex is making it hot and making it last, say experts. You can also add a little moaning and sighing, which can help you burn an extra 18 to 30 #calories. 5. GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP: Who isn’t tired after some time between the sheets? This is a fantastic way to help you close those heavy eyes before your usual time. Sex is said to cause a drop in body temperature, and also appears to induce a deep sleep. Experts usually discourage exercise within a few hours of bedtime but the physical activity of sex seems to be a positive exception to that rule. 6. BETTER SELF ESTEEM: If you are making love with your partner, you feel great about yourself, right? If you aren’t, you wonder where else he is getting it. Having that time together shows each other that you are committed and you are in love with each other. Now of course, if you aren’t having sex yet with your partner, that is fine! Having some quality lip locking time does the trick just as well. 7. KEEPS THINGS HOT: Sex is a great way to recharge at the end of the day and to break up your routine. If you do the usual routine every day, try throwing in sexy time randomly. This will keep your relationship hot and spontaneous. Which guy doesn’t love that? You will too! 8. IMPROVES BLADDER CONTROL: You might not have issues holding your bladder now, but it's bound to happen in the future. However, if you have sex often enough, your bladder control will improve. It's probably not your main reason for having intercourse, but it's certainly a great benefit! 9. BOOSTS LIBIDO: The more you have sex, the more you'll want to have sex. So even if you're a bit iffy on intercourse now, you'll end up being as eager as a little bunny rabbit. The same will happen with your partner, so you two won't want to keep your hands off of each other. 10. GLOWING SKIN: Don't you love looking in the mirror to see flawless skin? Well, you'll be halfway there once you start having sex frequently. The more you do it, the better your skin will look. You'll have a certain glow to you that isn't only due to your happiness. 11. RELIEVES PAIN: Having a headache is a horrible excuse for skipping out on sex. Why? Because sex can actually cure a migraine. It makes the pain disappear, so if you're not feeling the greatest, having sex could be a good move. 12. IT'S FUN: Why would you stop yourself from doing something fun? When you're with the right person, you'll love every second you spend with them--especially the time you spend naked. A relationship is meant to make you happier, so all the fun is part of a job. 13. EASIER TO BREATHE: Sex is "a natural antihistamine, helping to combat hay fever and asthma symptoms." That means that it makes it easier for you to breathe. So if you've been having problems with your allergies lately, a good roll in the hay could be the cure you've been looking for. 14. FEELING OF WELL-BEING: Having sex frequently will create a feeling of well-being, which is why you fall asleep so easily after doing it. That means that intercourse helps both your body and your mind. There's nothing unhealthy about it. 15. STRENGTHENS CARDIAC MUSCLES: Sex isn't only good for your heart in terms of your emotional state. It's also good for your physical health. If you want your heart to stay strong, sex is a great way to make sure that your blood keeps pumping. 16. INTELLIGENCE: Sex can potentially boost your intelligence. There are studies that show that it can "accelerate brain cell growth." So if you're hoping to ace a test, you can take a break from studying to have some sex. Hey, it's worth a shot, isn't it? 17. STOPS BOREDOM: When you spend tons of time with your spouse, things can get boring. When you run out of things to do, sex is always a great activity to resort to. Its something that'll never get stale, because there will always be plenty of new moves to try out. 18. HELPS YOU KNOW ONE ANOTHER BETTER: You want your partner to know you inside and out. That means that he should learn how to pleasure you. The more often you have sex, the better he'll get at making you happy. That's why you should strip off your clothes whenever you can. 19. YOU'LL LOOK YOUNGER: All of the things on this list combined will help you look younger. This is actually for the " Old mama youngy" type, they can explain to you better. Right now, you might not be worried about wrinkles, but you will be in the future. That's why having as much sex as you can while you can is a great idea. I think we all know sex is important in a relationship, but of course if you aren’t at that stage yet, don’t take this write up the wrong way.But if you are, then the above tips are all true. I stumbled on this somewhere and decided to share with you guys. This is for married people but the grown up adults can also learn one or two things. Some marriages has disconnected because of lack of connection in the relationship. couples should know and learn the importance of being connected. |
More of positive than negative. |
Hmmm.... She is having sex with the other guy. Trust me, I know these things. You are a back up "UPS" that she cannot let go. If I were you, I'll chill and be collecting all collectibles. Going forward, regulate your feelings for her so that you don't hurt too bad when she decides to quit the game she is playing with you. |

I will start with the benefits of getting M.sc 1. It stands you out. 2. It makes you more professional. 3. It makes you an expert in that field. 4. It enhances your career. 5. It brings promotion fast. 6. Enjoy higher job security and lower unemployment. 7. You Master skills that open doors to more challenging and satisfying work. 8. It earns you competency and trust. 9. It gives you CLASS. 10. It widens your knowledge. Just to mention but a few....... Yes! some will say who masters degree epp? I'll tell you that it has helped so MANY people. Show me any Managing Director or Chairman of any VERY BIG organisation that has not gotten a masters degree. So many people; entrepreneurs, businessmen, founders of organisation have seen the need to acquire more knowledge by getting post graduate degrees. It depends on the mindset of an individual, it is your choice of course ...... you can decide to be where you are. I am not saying without postgraduate degree you cannot make money or be rich. The average mindset here thinks why waste money and time to do masters (It is never a waste) when my first degree i suffered to get can land me a job. Yes, your first degree can get you a job, your professional certification can also get you a job, but your postgraduate degree(s) (added advantage) can push you steps further with promotions . I have seen admirable senior colleagues with very nice career path with postgraduate degrees soaring high like phoenix. I have a friend who was working with a financial firm before he resigned and went for his masters; If this guy apply for any of these financial firm, they will give him position 2x where he was which is a gain/plus for him. Where I was working before my current job, I got admission to study M.Tech Control & Instrumentation but I could not continue because of my new job and the location was kinda far and it is a full-time program. I have reapplied again hopefully to begin next academic session. I don't mind if I have no option than to resign (that's worst case) and finish this one which was the first mistake I did. People get scared with "what if after the program I don't get a job?" I bet you, if you know what you are doing and you are good at doing it and you know what you have studied.... you will surely get a better job. Employers are crazy people..... they will always look for ways to relief or sack employees. I have a policy; I don't allow employers sack me, I sack employers with my wealth of experience and knowledge; before they know it, my CV is out and the next job is waiting while I tender my resignation. That's how I roll. My advise to you out there, if you are a career person and wish to further your education and enhance your skills; do it before you start working. It is not easy working and doing a full-time masters program. Let no one discourage you that it is not worth it. For you that is working and thinking if it is worth it... yes it is worth it. so many have combined the two together and I know it is not easy but you can do it. For those of you waiting for that job that is not forthcoming, you can take up the challenge too while you wait for the job; before you know it you are almost done with the program with no time lost. They will discourage you not to, but even the rich without undergraduate or postgraduate degree envy and admire you with degree. Masters degree is a prestige! Finally, study selling courses like Engineering, Law, Medicine, MBA.... Etc. |

HateU2:"New bie" indeed. |
joliyp:Such fuckery...... |
kenonze:How blessed? Anyways..... Don't try to proof it. |
Hmmmm..... the hustle is paying blood money. |
Benita27:You don't actually know people behind some monikers. ...... because he gave you 50k for a pressing need you consider him a man? and helping him out when he is down makes you less a woman or makes him a boy? smh. You are selfishly broke mentally. |
Benita27:Would you advise your bro or want your bf to help you in school fees or rent? |
Benita27:When people are broke (Physically & mindset) they can say worst things. My prayers everyday not to meet such category of people. "Some" ladies spend because they want something in return. What happened to doing it freely whether he is your bf or not? This same guy will spend more than 5x of what you spend without expecting any sort of returns or favor when you are not not even yet his wife. What happened to the saying "Givers Never Lack". This is a natural law; It works very well for me. You must learn how to give for you to receive. I will share this experience..... there is this female friend I have that kills me with her surprise( not like she has given me the highest gift, but because of the way she does it). One day I went to pick her at the airport, as we are about to leave after having lunch that she paid, she opened her bag and brought out an expensive already-made senators-wear and Puma footwear (Till now I do not know how she got my size). Aside different occasions she has offered to pay for our food, buy me drink, brought cakes to my Bday and even tried to take me clubbing which I have declined severally. Mind you, she is not even my gf even though I want her to be my gf. I have had gf's that have bought much expensive gifts which sometimes I declined. She has the heart of giving and that is my point. No matter how little the gift is in your capacity, try and do it. Now, this is what I do....... whenever I go out with a lady and she offers to pay, what I do is I'll make sure I contribute minimum of 40% of what ever we spend; sometimes I do it 50 - 50; most of them don't like the idea but that is my own thingy. This same particular girl will sneak and pay for the bills at my back but I still have a way to give her my own contribution and that is one thing she hates about me. However, when ladies picks up bills for outing or shopping.... the smiles on the guys face is awesome. You don't have to wait until he is your husband; I doubt if you can even spoil your husband with gifts with this stingy mindset. |
braine:Most times they say it is fulltime but the students do fix their classes. Now you do the weekend class, is the stress worth it? Do you see yourself finishing the program? |
I have been thinking how you combine your job and your Masters (full time) program. I know some people that have started their M.sc but could not complete it because of their job. Some of them say they could not create time to attend 50% of lectures. Most times they go into the exam not knowing what to write. One of my close pal even tried to finish but did not write his thesis because there was no time for him to do it. Now, over to you that have been combining your job and your Masters program and those that have completed theirs while working; How did you combine both? |

Even your name is a lie. Oh lawd! why are they like this? I know you did not create them this way |
IBOGIRL1:Are you now a girl? Did they ask you to help them answer the question? Why are you so quick to come to their aid? suddenly you have developed V-jay? Just wondering |
PrettyClare7:Stick to the topic. "Why do you people lie on such things" |
Estharfabian:Really? Is it all about the 6uselesspacks? I don't have potbelly, I am physically fit. Having 6packs does not make you look good. I look good and I don't have 6packs. I have seen some guys with 6packs and their body build is fuglee. "Looking good is a good business"; I hope the business pays well. How about "looking good is my hobby". |
Estharfabian:When they (The lazy ones) are busy building 6packs, the real gentlemen are busy hustling; trying to make their bank accounts be like mobile telephone numbers. ![]() |
KINGinVAHALA:Hey Kingin. Rugged you? How are you? |
ruggedboy01:He is the main G.... You are a boy. |
Cleoo:How can I help you? |
