My advise to you is very different from others. Being also a student in Germany since 2018, I have come to realize that no matter your resident status anywhere in the world, home is where the heart is. As a student, it is not mandatory to invest in Nigeria while studying but is is a very wise decision to take. Waiting until you get PR in Germany or Canada is like putting all your eggs in one basket. You can buy a plot of land in Nigeria and watch the value appreciate before you graduate!

Studying/working in Europe is not easy as many people assume. The system has been designed to take back a large chunk of your earnings (tax, health insurance/ bills etc) and you may be left with nothing to save. Also getting a PR does not guaranty that your income/savings will improve. Remember, after graduation, you will not be living in the subsidized student hostels anymore. There are lots of PR holders and citizens here that can barely get by with what they earn. Some can not go back home for a visit because they have nothing to show after staying for years in the West. If you invest early in Nigeria, your life will have a purpose here in the west. I know students who have real estate investments in Nigeria and they earn returns without breaking a sweat.

A wise investment in Nigeria may be your saving grace in case of emergency! Government policies in the West changes without notice and you need a solid backup at home! No investment is too early, only late investments are regrettable.

Basalt:
Goodmorning Ladies and Gentlemen.
I am Basalt by name and I came to Germany last year(2019) October for my MSc studies with a little amount of Money and a partially borrowed block account from my inlaw (his money and my money).
On arrival in Germany, I took only a few courses and got a job outside my city and also got a mini-job. I did all my monthly expenses from my Mini job and used my main job to completely pay back my debt within a few months of arrival.

Now, that's not the discussion at hand.
I need advice especially from people who have lived abroad or have many years of experience in life.
My visa still counts till 2022 and I can even extend it if I don't finish my studies by then.
According to German policy, once you graduate from the University, you will be given 18 months to get a professional job or return back to your country.
Returning back to Nigeria is totally out of my plan at least for now because I came from a very poor family without any job connection and I am really enjoying Europe.
I plan to buy land or start building a house (I saved millions of naira and will even save more as time goes) but my friend who is also a student here discouraged me against that saying that my root is not yet fixed abroad that I should wait and continue investing in myself and undergoing professional training until I get permanent residency before investing. That I should always keep saving because it is not certain that I will get a professional job after graduation since my course is not in Information Technology which is currently booming in Germany. That even if I don't get a job, I can use the money to migrate to Canada or any other country of my choice.
He asked What if you invest the money now and don't get a job after graduation, what will you do after the 18 months of post graduation visa since you don't have any backup from home who will help you out financially.

What do you guys think. I need opinions
Lease plots of land in Nigeria for personal/viable commercial use. Second, invest and/or trade assets in any of the global financial markets, and get proper professional advice and due dilligence. Third, largely follow your friend's advice. All the best.

Travel / Re: Canada Warns Nigerian Asylum Seekers Crossing From US 'No Free Ticket' by RuggedSniper: 11:38pm On Dec 13, 2020
LordCenturion:
*Nigerian asylum seekers arrive to Canada

Many of the asylum seekers take buses or taxis to a US border town, and walk over to the other side of the border, where they are intercepted by Canadian officials. Asylum seekers have pointed to their growing unease about the Trump administration's attitudes toward immigrants for leaving the US.

But in recent months, the cohort of who has been crossing into Canada has changed.

Many of those crossing now are Nigerian asylum seekers, who legally come to the US on a visa, stay briefly in the US and then cross the border into Canada, officials say.

"There is a small number that is abusing the US visa system. They don't have a desire to visit the United States. Their intention is to come to Canada and claim asylum," Canada's Immigration Minister Ahmed Hussen said in an interview with CNN partner CBC.

In an effort to stem those growing numbers, three Canadian officials have been stationed to work with US visa officials in Lagos, Nigeria, to prevent the abuse of US travel documents. And Hussen is scheduled to travel to Nigeria this month to meet with its officials there.

"Coming across the border in a way that seeks to circumvent our procedures is no free ticket to Canada," said Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, in a statement.

"We will continue to work with the United States to deter the misuse of travel documents that has helped drive the influx."
This is just a crazy behavior!

davodyguy:
There have been many attempts by people to leave the country, Nigeria, for so many reasons. These reasons range from corruption to poor governance. Hence, people are seeking for greener pastures where they will be a chance to put their talent to better use.

However, being a Nigeria has its disadvantages especially when it comes to gaining access to other countries. The good news is that you can purchase your citizenship for another country.

Below are some countries to consider:

Cyprus
If you are considering Cyprus, then be ready to dedicate 56 days. This citizenship requires an investment of €2m in real estate (806,269,459 naira), government bonds, a bank deposit in a Cyprus bank or investment in a new company. Candidates must also own a €500,000 home in Cyprus forever.

Turkey
Also in Turkey, to get citizenship, investing in the Turkish lira equivalent of £195,000 (78,768,671.96 naira) into real estate and keeping it for three years can earn you a Turkish passport in a matter of months.

Moldova
Becoming a Moldovan citizen requires a donation of €100,000 (40,396,721.25 naira) and a government fee or an investment of €250,000 in approved real estate. Once you do this, you are on your way to being a citizen.

So if you do not have a large chunk of money, it is better you work towards making Nigeria better at least.

Travel / Re: Nigerians Spent Over $1b Buying Foreign Citizenship In 2020 by RuggedSniper: 10:35pm On Dec 13, 2020
bestman09:
Nigerians spend over $1 billion buying foreign citizenship, golden visas – report
By Agencies -December 13, 2020

Some Nigerians have spent over $1billion this year, 2020, buying themselves citizenship of other countries or golden visas as they plan ahead for safe haven should Nigeria collapse as a nation.

The $1billion is a conservative estimate, given the number of applications processed by the citizenship advisory firms.

According to a report published by Al Jazeera, more Nigerians paid for citizenship or golden visas in 2020 more than any other year.

At London-based Henley & Partners, one of the world’s largest citizenship advisory firms, applications by Nigerians increased by 185% during the eight months to September 2020; making them the second-largest nationality to apply for such schemes after Indians.

More than 1,000 Nigerians have enquired about the citizenship of another country through Henley & Partners this year alone, which Paddy Blewer, Head of Marketing, said “is unheard of.”

“We’ve never had this many people contacting us”, Blewer said.

Arton Capital, a citizenship advisory group, said “demand from Nigerian families for Antigua and Barbuda citizenship is up 15% in 2020 compared with the last.”

St Lucia has also seen a record number of Nigerians applying in 2020. “It’s more than it’s ever been over the past four years,” says Nestor Alfred, CEO of the St Lucia Citizenship-by-Investment Unit.

The rush to escape from Nigeria reached the apogee in July, with the coronavirus epidemic raging.

Another propelling factor has been the recent #EndSARS protest, according to the report.

A Nigerian interviewed in the report, cited the escalation of COVID-19 cases as a reason wealthy Nigerians started looking more seriously at citizenship abroad.

“Those with medical conditions that could not fly out – a lot of them are buying passports just because if there is any problem they can fly out,” said Olusegun Paul Andrew, 56, a Nigerian entrepreneur and investor who spends much of the year in the Netherlands.

“Flying out” of Nigeria is hard and not just because of the coronavirus pandemic. Just 26 countries allow Nigerian passport holders visa-free entry, many of them part of West Africa’s ECOWAS arrangement. Both the United Kingdom and Europe’s Schengen zone require Nigerians to obtain visas ahead of travelling.

For the wealthy, this is too much hassle. “They don’t want to be queueing for visas for any EU country or whatever”, says Andrew. Instead, why not purchase the citizenship of a country with visa-free access to Europe?

According to the report, the destinations of Nigerians seeking citizenship or golden visas are Malta and many Caribbean nations.

In Malta, all they need to do for citizenship is to have an investment of between $100,000 to $800,000 in the country.

In St Kitts and Nevis, a passport can cost as much as $400,000.

The passport opens doors to Europe and America, where they do not to get visas anymore.

Bimpe, a wealthy Nigerian who was interviewed for the report said she has three passports. One Nigerian, which she says she never uses, and two from Caribbean nations: St Kitts and Nevis; and Grenada.

The St. Kitts and Nevis passport, which cost her $400,000 via a real estate investment programme, was useful when she travelled between London and New York on business as it allows for visa-free travel to the UK and Europe.

But now that she has retired in Abuja, Bimpe, whose husband has passed away, wants her three adult sons to have the same opportunities to travel and live abroad.

“My kids were interested in visa-free travel. They are young graduates, wanting to explore the world. So that was the reason for my investment”, she explains.

Her investment to gain a Grenada passport for herself and her sons took the form of a $300,000 stake in the Six Senses La Sagesse hotel on the Caribbean island, which she bought in 2015.

Romance / Re: 3 Things Women Do When They Are Cheating by RuggedSniper: 9:33pm On Dec 13, 2020
PG1. Can your relationship recover from cheating?

Cheating

People cheat for different reasons. The general consensus is that it's wrong. No ifs, and or buts.

If you've ever been cheated on, you know that it feels pretty awful. It's a blow to your ego and your self-esteem. If you are a man reading this article; here are subtle signs that your woman is cheating on you.

1) She is always lost in thought

Women are known to be attentive creatures and great listeners. They sacrifice a lot in relationships but if she barely pays attention to what their man is saying, that means something or someone else is playing on their minds.

In fact, sometimes she may be totally lost in thought and may even lose touch with reality. If she is cheating, she will also probably think of ways to break up and hence, may appear distracted.

2) She has lost interest in romance

No matter how good the lovemaking was, she will lose interest if she is dating another man. She will begin to act so cold and distant lately; finding excuses not to have intimate time with you.

3) Constantly asking about her man’s schedule

Most women inquire about their man’s daily itinerary to plan for surprises, prepare supper on time or go on dates. But if she suddenly takes too much interest in her man’s schedule, and wants to know exactly when he leaves and comes back home, she might be planning to have the other guy over for a visit.
The brutal end game!

Romance / Re: 7 Clear Signs You’re Ready For Marriage by RuggedSniper: 1:59am On Dec 11, 2020
dammy13:
The big question if one is Ready For Marriage keeps reoccurring and most people do not have an easy and direct answer to this question. Though you would need to know that there are some noticeable signs which can help one get a concluding answer. Marriage is not a bed of roses as many people imagine and it is a life long experience full of its own highs and lows making it is a very bold step for you to say Yes to that special someone in your life.

In this post we will be discussing the 7 signs that shows you are ready for marriage.

1. You Decide to Focus Only on One Person: This is quite different for everybody but switching gears and lanes from one individual to another can be very exhausting as relationships take a lot of time and energy. So when you finally decide you are fed up of jumping from one person to another and decide to give one person your undivided attention, this is a clear sign that you are ready to focus only on one person and is the number one sign you are now getting serious about a relationship and ready for marriage.

2. You Are Happy With That Person: When a person finds true happiness, it is extremely hard to hide from people around you as your facial expression and body language can show numerous signs that you are happy. When you discover that you are always happy around that special someone then it is a good sign you are not in for just any relationship but that person impacts positively into your life. And someone who make you happy would surely make a good life partner.

3. You Are Nervous About Committing to Marriage: Commitment is never a easy thing to give no matter the level, even when you tick all the check boxes of this list you might still get nervous about committing your life and future to that one person. This can be seen as a good sign as it also shows you care and you do not want to disappoint that special one.

4. You Have Gained Knowledge to Sail Through the Bumps: Arguments and disagreements are statics in every relationship and they are sometimes healthy. So when you develop the skills or ability to resolve this issues without any sign of aggression then you are ready to face the storm when you finally commit the your life to that special one person.

5. Life With Your Partner is Better Than Without: When you are in a long term relationship you should be able to tell if that person is making a positive or negative impact on your life. On the long run if you realize you handle difficult times, or make better decisions with your partner then it is a good sign that you two are good for each other and ready for marriage.

6. You Can Sit in Silence Together: This is a bit awkward but it happens a lot of times. Sometimes we meet with a friend or a colleague, and talk but at some point we run out of topics and there’s this silence that feels so awkward. This happens a lot but when you meet that person you can just lay back, do nothing, not even talking and yet still feels great with then you guys are perfect fit for marriage.

7. You Have the Same Vision about Life: It’s very hard to make a relationship work when your visions on life and views about this are different and the both of you want different things out of it. This can make relationships though and marriage even thougher. When you find that someone who looks in the same direction as you, has the same life goals as you and works together with you to achieve the same things; then you should know it’s a sure sign that the person is suitable to be your marriage partner.

Romance / Re: Worst Thing You’ve Found, From Checking Your Partner’s Phone by RuggedSniper: 1:49am On Dec 11, 2020
oyalunasamuel:
Mine was a very terrible experience...OK this is how it happened I noticed she had a frequent whatsapp phone call with someone so I asked who the person was and she said that he was just a friend. I checked her message with the guy and everything had been deleted. It was then I suspected a fowl play.
I begged her to tell me the truth so I don’t get to find out myself and she kept denying. Well I took the phone with her consent and retrieved all her deleted WhatsApp messages for a year through the database of the phone and restored the message she could believe this was possible and that I could do it... damn It was one of the most painful memory I hold in my entire life. I found out at some point that she was pregnant for this same guy, who was even a married man with kids and she even took 40k from him to abort the baby. Same time she told me she was pregnant and I was responsible. I found out series of sex chat messages nude exchange with different guys I couldn’t believe my eyes, like this is the girl I was gonna make my wife...

I often hear different opinions and perspectives on privacy of a partners phone. But take for a second and imagine I never found out those messages I would have married a wolf thinking it was a sheep.

Well I forgave her after that and wanted us to continue our relationship because I thought it was easier to fix a leaking roof than demolish and entire building all because of a leaking roof. But I was wrong. She never changed. Well it’s all in the past now.

In retrospect I fear women they hold secrets you can never imagine.
WTF... Female predators gone wild! Lessons learned.grin

TAO11:
Considering the repeated slander, misrepresentation, and sheer straw-man of my position by tollyboy-the-impostor (who also admitted to being a historical illiterate); I implore every fair reader here to visit the link below and see firsthand for themselves what my (scientific) position is on the origin of the Ife-Yoruba people and of all Yoruba people for that matter:

In other words; contrary to his lies, misrepresentations, and straw-man of my position:

(1) I never claimed that the Ife-Yoruba people literally descended to Ile-Ife from the sky.

(2) Neither did I claim anywhere that all Yorubaland was peopled from Ile-Ife.

Rather, I simply echoed the prevailing historical position — which is based on archaeological, linguistic, and ethnographic evidence — that:

(1) The “Yoruba” language, cultural identity, and hence people was first evolved around the banks of the Middle-Niger — mostly in the area of the Niger-Benue confluence and above it.

(2) Following the southward and westward spread of these “Yoruba” peoples from that initial centre to their respective locations; the Ife-Yoruba people became the first to foster a highly civilized polity — Ife thus emerged as a commercial and military power in the region, as well as a center of fluorescence.

(3) Ife evolved what is now known as “monarchy” and its princes and peoples thus fanned out in different waves of kingdom-founding migrations to establish monarchies upon and amidst the different Yoruba-subgroups (and some non-Yoruba subgroups) who have (generally-speaking) also already long occupied their respective autochthonous lands.

————————
Lastly, I then clarified that the different honorific epithets reserved for Ife in the extant traditional accounts of the diverse Yoruba-subgroups actually relate originally to these historical realities about Ife.

These historical realities include its early primacy and imperialism in our region, as well as the diverse waves of kingdom-founding migrations that went out of it.

Some of these honorific epithets reserved for Ife in the extant traditional account of the diverse Yoruba subgroups (as well as of some non-Yoruba subgroups) include:

Orirun [The source], Ondaiye [The architect of [our] world], and Ibi ojumo tii mo wa [Whence comes illumination (lit. dawn)], amongst others.

Peace!

Romance / Re: How To Get Pregnant With Twins: Doctors Reveal Tricks! by RuggedSniper: 6:58am On Dec 08, 2020
Fattycoal9:
Many couples around the world that are trying to get pregnant, and are hoping for twins. Although the chances of getting pregnant with twins naturally are only 3%, according to experts, there are things that we can do to better these odds. For example, diet, ethnicity, genetics and lifestyle all play a role in whether a woman is more suitable to allow you to conceive twin kids.

Conceiving twins: secrets revealed

The chances are higher, if you follow these steps.

UNDERSTANDING WHAT YOUR CHANCES CURRENTLY ARE

Understand that the average person’s chance of having twins is about 3%. Not so high. But it is highly probable that you are not average. If you have any of the below, your chances increase. If you have a lot or all of the below, your chance gets higher a lot. The opposite is also true, if you do not have any of the below, then the chances of you twinning are extremely low.

Having twins “in the family,” especially on your mother’s side. Iif you already have twins, the chances increase quadrupled.
People of African descent are known to be of the highest probability to conceive twin kids. These are followed by Europeans. Caucasian and Asians have the lowest chance of having twins.

Your chances are better, if you are tall or well nourished, or even overweight.
It also helps if the woman has been pregnant before. Women with 4 or more pregnancies increase their chances of twins dramatically. It seems that the body is more likely to have twins after it knows you “can take it.” In the families that have a dozen children or more, the numbers of twin births are much higher as they have more pregnancies.

Know that even though older women are less probable to get pregnant, however, if they do, they have a better probability to have twins. The older you are, the probability of you conceiving twin kids increases a lot. At the age of about 40, your chances are higher and jump to 7%. If you manage to get pregnant at 45, the chances are about 17%. Older women are most likely to get IVF and IVF is also known to increase your chance of twinning.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO BETTER YOUR CHANCES

Do not forget the vitamins

People low on nutrition are less likely to have twins.

All the vitamins are good for you, but folic acid in particular helps the most. You can get them at any pharmacy.
Folic acid is recommended for all pregnant women, because it is known to prevent birth defects. However, you should not take more than the optimum 1000mg a day.
Ensure that you are well nourished, and eat particular foods

Underweight or malnourished people are less likely to have twins.

Being well nourished or overweight may increase your chances.
Consult your doctor about any plans for weight gain. Make sure that you are not just overweight, but also healthily nourished.

Eat lots of dairy and yams

In some cultures, these foods are linked to better chances of twins.

A study conducted by a leading fertility specialist found that women who consume dairy products while trying to get pregnant, increase their chances of having twins by as much as 5 times over women who do not consume such foods.
Insulin-like Growth Factor (IGF) is produced in the livers of cows, is believed to be the chemical catalyst in this process.
According to some other studies, drinking the milk of cows treated with rBGH hormones can influence human women to have twins more frequently.
An African tribe has a diet rich in wild yams. They have a twin birth rate 4 times higher than the global average. Nutrients in the vegetable are believed to stimulate the ovaries into producing more than a single egg during the ovulation period.
While there are certain doctors who remain skeptical of this, there does not seem to be any harm in trying, yams happen to be delicious.

Knowing what is the right time to stop the birth control

You should not take the birth control pills right before trying to get pregnant. When you stop taking these pills, the body goes into overdrive. It tries hard to re-regulate the hormones. It is said that during the first couple of months, the ramped up ovaries, sometimes release 2 eggs.

You should consult your OB/GYN before attempting these to remain safe. There are artificial means to do this as well. Like IVF and other medicines. Good Luck!

JustinNepolian:
The problem is that most Nigerians here don't make deep research about their intended destinations ( Canada, US & parts of Europe)... Those guys over there live a very private life and not being related to any of them makes it difficult to accept you, of which most have trust issues if you happen to be a person of colour.

Your only hope of acceptance is from the church particularly Pentecostals but you've got to prove yourself worthy of their trust like being very committed or joining any department in the church... Too bad if you ain't a church goer of which most indulge to kill boredom.

School is a very good avenue to showcase yourself and talent of which you've got to be at the top of your game...before they somehow get to accept you and as for marriage, those guys are afraid of anything beginning with M- word.

Truth is many people that moved there are surprised, disappointed and depressed with what the got upon arrival. Weather nkwanu...is discouraging because you can't put up with the snow for too long.

If you're a student try to have a girlfriend particularly blacks that are citizens before you graduate... It will help you to break the barrier easily and don't be greedy because it will kill your chances...and this is my conclusion Canada is better than US..100times and that's if you want peace of mind.

A couple of reasons. They don't know how to approach, since they have never approached a man all their life. Na una Naija guys dey rush them na, lol.
Two, the white guys don't really find them attractive. Some asian men do though. Some Nigerian men also do. But because most Nigerian guys are not stable (i..e they are still working survival jobs), they are not ready to marry.
Trust me , these Nigerian girls are in serious dilemma.

Again, if you are a Nigerian girl thinking of immigrating to Canada. Think twice about it. Be sure that's what you really want.
grin... Working survival jobs.

The positive thing is that they are able to earn well. I met one that was working in first bank back in Nigeria and earning about 120k a month. Now she earns a little over 3.5k canadian dollars on the average working customer service after a lot of overtime. She is always stressed out sha. 3.5k is about 980k.
It looks like she is on course to save a lot of money before mid-year, and plans to visit Nigeria by July. She didn't tell me explicitly, but clearly she's going back to see how she can revive a few friendships back home that may lead to marriage. She is soooooo lonely. She cried sef. Eyah!

I visit Canada and the US from time to time, but on this my last trip I could not but observe just how extremely lonely Nigerian girls are there. Why did they immigrate in the first place? What did they expect what waiting for them on the other side? A man gift wrapped in iced sugar?

They all have Youtube channels now, or Instagram channels and release video or vlogs every other day. I guess it is the easiest way to stop themselves from going crazy over the dreary loneliness.

But the problem doesn't even stop there. Normally, I would have been interested sef. But many of them are actually not so good-looking or resourceful. Too bad!

If you are a Nigerian girl thinking of immigrating to Canada, make sure you consider it hard and deep. You could end up being just as lonely and dejected. Am not kidding when I say this. If you aren't there, you have no idea how tough it can get.

Women lives matters A must read for every woman
Female fertility and why you don't ovulate
26/10/2020

Why lifestyle choices count
Lifestyle choices can affect a woman's ability to conceive. Consider some simple steps if you hope to get pregnant.

Doctors Online Health Care
If you're hoping to get pregnant, you might wonder about your fertility and whether you can improve it. Some factors might be beyond your control, such as medical issues that affect the ability to conceive. But your lifestyle choices can have an effect on your fertility, too.

What is female fertility?
Female fertility is a woman's ability to conceive a biological child. You and your partner might question your fertility if you've been trying to get pregnant with frequent, unprotected sex for at least one year — or at least six months if you're older than 35 — with no success.

What causes female fertility problems?
Various medical issues can contribute to female fertility problems, including:

Ovulation disorders, which affect the release of eggs from the ovaries. These include hormonal disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia and thyroid problems (hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism).
Uterine or cervical abnormalities, such as polyps or fibroids in the uterus.
Fallopian tube damage or blockage, which is often caused by pelvic inflammatory disease.
Endometriosis, which occurs when tissue that normally lines the inside of the uterus grows outside the uterus.
Primary ovarian insufficiency (early menopause), which occurs when the ovaries stop working and menstruation ends before age 40.
Pelvic adhesions — bands of scar tissue that bind organs after pelvic infection, appendicitis, or abdominal or pelvic surgery.
Medical conditions associated with the absence of menstruation, such as poorly controlled diabetes, celiac disease and some autoimmune diseases such as lupus.
Age also plays a role. Delaying pregnancy can decrease the likelihood that you'll be able to conceive. A decline in the quantity and quality of your eggs with age makes it harder to conceive.

What can I do to promote female fertility?
Healthy lifestyle choices can help you promote fertility. Take steps to:

Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight or significantly underweight can inhibit normal ovulation.
Prevent sexually transmitted infections. Infections such as chlamydia and gonorrhea are a leading cause of infertility for women.
Avoid the night shift, if possible. Regularly working the night shift might put you at higher risk of infertility, possibly by affecting hormone production. If you do work the night shift, try to get enough sleep when you're not working.
While stress won't keep you from getting pregnant, consider minimizing stress and practicing healthy coping methods — such as relaxation techniques — when you're trying to conceive.

Don't smoke. Tobacco use is associated with lower fertility. Smoking ages your ovaries and depletes your eggs prematurely. If you smoke, ask your health care provider to help you quit.
Limit the amount of alcohol you drink. Heavy drinking is associated with an increased risk of ovulation disorders. If you'd like to get pregnant, consider avoiding alcohol completely. Abstinence at conception and during pregnancy is generally recommended because a safe level of fetal alcohol consumption hasn't been established.
.

Women generally find dominant men attractive. The part of a woman's brain that detects aggressive and dominant men is linked to the part that creates attraction towards men. This has evolutionary underpinnings. So if a woman finds a guy to look dominant and aggressive, which is a stereotypical trait of the typical rapist, she'd also find him sexually attractive. If a woman finds a man attractive, she'd imagine having sex with him. When a woman imagines having sex with a dominant and aggressive man, she always plays the submissive role.

From 6 ft and above, a man is considered tall, especially in a country like Nigeria where there are lots of men of average height.

Short for men is 5'7 and below.
Average for men is 5'8 - 5'11

For women however:

Short is 5'4 and below.
Average is 5'5 - 5' 8
Tall is 5'9 and above.
5'11, Male grin
Romance / Re: 10 Sure Signs She’s Truly In Love With You by RuggedSniper: 9:58am On Dec 07, 2020
EntertainingYou:
Do you want to know whether She really loves you? There are so many telltale signs that will indicate your girlfriend really cares about you, but here are the top ten sure signs to check whether your relationship will stand the test of time.

1. SHE Looks Into Your Eyes When You Talk

This sign is all about the body language. If she looks into your eyes when you talk, you know she is paying full attention to you. Obviously, this is not always practical for every conversation, especially if you are driving somewhere. However, whenever you really want to have a heart to heart discussion, she gives you her full attention, by turning her body towards you, and watching the expression on your face. This is a sign she wants to know what you are really thinking.

Be careful about this after the seven year itch. She may be checking for things to tell her lawyer.

2. SHE Wants To Know About You

If your girlfriend asks about your past, your dreams, your desires (not just sexual), your wants, your needs, how you feel inspired, what you love, or anything about you that relates to your thoughts intimately as an individual, you can be very sure that she wants what is best for you. This is a very good indication she loves you.

THIS woman REALLY loves you. Hold on to her. But if one day she decides to leave: let her go. Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all! Alfred, Lord Tennyson

3. SHE Gives You Cuddles and Caresses

While touch is more important to some people than others, casual touches that are not necessarily sexual in nature are definitely signs she is letting you know that she loves you. If she wants to hold your hand when you walk anywhere together, you can be sure she is saying with her body language that she wants to be with you.

Alas! This too will pass!

4. SHE Can Comfort You When You Have a Bad Day

This is one of the most important indicators of a relationship that will stand the test of time. If you feel you can automatically turn to her when ‘times are tuff’, and she is able to give you comfort and help you to feel better, not worse, you have a gal who really loves you. If she gets uncomfortable when you are upset, or doesn’t know what will comfort you, she is not really putting you first in the relationship. If she at least tries to comfort you, there is hope for the future.

True! True!

5. SHE Gives You the Best Presents

Presents do not have to be expensive to be heartfelt. A present can be as simple as an email, a homemade card, or a wildflower picked from the roadside. The essence of this sign is that whenever she does give you a present, whether it is for a special event such as a birthday, or if it is just an off the cuff small gift, it is a gift that means something to you personally. She shows she cares about you by the depth of thought that goes into what you will like and she delights in giving you gifts that you just love.

Gotta take time to appreciate those!

6. SHE Makes You Feel Special

Giving you compliments about how beautiful you look is one way she will make you feel special. It may just be that simple phone call, an email, or even a formal love letter. Whatever she does, she wants to give you pleasure and to build you up as a person. She wants to make you feel like you are the most wonderful man in the world.

Wow!

7. SHE Wants You to Meet Her Friends and Wants to Meet Yours

Meeting friends is about wanting to be a part of each other’s lives. If she wants to meet your friends, and spends time getting to know the people who are important in your life, she really does love you. If she enjoys being with your friends, and makes you feel comfortable and a part of the group when you are with her friends, you can be sure she wants to be in your life for a long time.

Wow!

8. SHE Makes You Laugh and Enjoy Life
You actually look forward to spending time with her, because you know you will have fun. Being able to laugh together and have fun is part of every good relationship. If she cannot share the joy of life with you easily, she won’t be able to cope with the hard times that will inevitably come your way too. Even in the difficult times, she somehow can make you smile, through your tears. This is because she loves you and wants you to be happy. She gets a joy from seeing the excitement and pleasure in your expression, so she works to make you laugh.

Pinch me: I must be dreaming!

9. SHE Loves Spending Time with You
She treats you as her best friend. She can be quite happy spending time with just the two of you, and doesn’t have to have a million other people around all the time. She makes excuses to see you, and just thoroughly enjoys being around you. She tells you her own thoughts, dreams, and is able to share ideas with you comfortably. She also turns to you when she is sad, or needs comfort too.

Where can I find her? Don’t tell me that this too shall pass.

10. SHE Says She Loves You after the 7th year, and means it.
Okay, it can be very easy to say those three words “I love you”, but if she says it when you are not expecting it, or if she says it first, she wants to tell you that she really cares about you. If she only says I love you when she wants to be physically intimate with you, or if you always say it first, and she only says it in reply, because that is what you expect, she may not really care deeply. She may not even need to say the words, because she knows you know how she feels about you, but just has to say it anyway.

If you see evidence of these ten signs in your relationship, and you know the signs are done without purpose or gain, your relationship is built on the foundation of true love. You can be sure of your relationship when she truly wants to please you, and honestly shows that she enjoys being with you in many ways.

Sigh
