Hello nairalanders, professionals and legal practitioners. I need your legal advice. Let me go straight to the point.
I have rented an apartment 6 years ago which no matter how bad the situation i found myself, i must make sure i paid my house rent at when it due though few moments I do paid in two instalment like paying 70% and after a month completed the remaining 30% the rent is 500k.
My rent is due 1st November that's in a week time. So yesterday the landlord came to my house and infomed me that he wants the house that he want to remove and use for personal use. He gave me two months noticed to look for an alternative. The major problem is that he's no longer using any lawyer or any agency that is handling his properties.
Please i need your professional advice on how to handle this issue.

I remembered when i offered an admission to study Bsc Library and Information Science, i felt humiliated and depressed and most of my family members rejected it. I later accepted it but i am currently working with one of the juicy FG agency and in fact I'm one of those managing the IT in my organization. Just devote, concentrate and put a lot of determination.

I have seeing many cases worsed than yours. Example the case of Garba Amuda and others vs University of Maiduguri. Which they won at the supreme court against the University of maiduguri.

But why are they recruiting almost everyday. When you go almost all the MDAs are recruiting. So who is to blame?

Not just Kaduna state but just about all 36 states and the federal government. The civil service is overbloated with personnel who hardly do anything but just take salaries. And when a new government comes in, the only thing our leaders know how to do in the area of unemployment, is to cluelessly recruit thousands into an already redundant civil service.

I think the organization has their own Condition of service and salary scale difference from normal civil service. So ur salary grade is NSI 03 02.

Unity schools are federal government owned secondary schools across the nation . Why it's called unity school is because it was formed out of the same ideology NYSC was formed ,to Foster unity amongst Nigerians regardless of your cultural or social background. Students are sent to different states to school .

But what is the difference between federal government colleges and unity secondary schools?
