There is only one official source of kenya figures. Census.
The rest were using wrong projections.
Somalis in 2009 rigged census - Nigeria style.

Every KCPE (BECE) is placed into secondary education by an information system based on their choice.

From January when our academic here begin - enrollment is monitored.

All schools - both primary and secondary - have to key in enrollment figures - because every school get funding based on it (capitation).

And you cannot fake - every kid must have their birth certificate, index number, parents details and their pictures taken.
