RomanceRe: You Will Be Surprised. Some Things Guys Look At First On A Woman. by Ryabcool(m):
Lord knows its the HIPS and BUTT i look at whenever i first see a girl. Nothing more heavenly than a girl endowed with hips and that wonderful mound of flesh behind her. Its after i check out her hips that i move my eyes to her face. Hehe!

Most importantly, its what comes out of her mouth that will make me determine if she's a keeper or just another fling with no attachments whatsoever.

Ehen! Datalossvictim1 , I'm yet to see that beautiful shape of yours o! Been waiting for ages to see it. Oya o! Ima hit you up via pm. cheesy

If you have different opinions and ideas from him, you are free to constructively make your argument. Unless you weren't trained at home to respect your elders, then you have no right to insult your father's mate.

Wait, the FG is threatening to shut down DSTV and MTN because South Africa refused to allow money be laundered in their country? So South Africa is supposed to allow shady business in their country because they own companies in Nigeria? South Africa must accept illegalities in thier country because Nigeria helped fight for the abolishment of Aparthied? I just don't get it.

Anybody that supports this will never do well in life.

nope. Ever walked into FCMB? You'd feel like you're in an actual bank. The first time i walked in there, i felt like i was in the midst of real business men who commanded power. Everyone who queued coincidentally wore suits. I was the only odd one wearing casuals. I walked outta there feeling like i had just been to Pearson Specter to see Harvey.. grin

Keystone Bank! Formally Bank PHB. Have been with them for years and I haven't had any reason to want to leave em.

But generally speaking, I think it depends on the branch or something. You might go to GT Wuse branch and the service would be superb. But go to their Garki branch and encounter problems.

Or you might meet some customer care lady who is pregnant or whose boyfriend has just disappointed and she would certainly take the frustration out on you.

Most of these banks are great!
Keystone/PHB was my sole bank since 2008 until around May. Someone sent a considerable amount of money and i intended to use it asap. Could you believe the money didn't get credited into my account for 5 days? They fed me a story about server being upgraded. When i was finally able to withdraw, i calmly walked into UBA, Diamond and FCMB and opened new bank accounts that very day. Learned to not put all my eggs in one basket.

PoliticsRe: Leadership Crisis Brews In Ondo PDP Over Mimiko’s Defection by Ryabcool(m): 11:13pm On Oct 04, 2014
Michdear:
you actually right on some points, but sometimes I do ask myself why we all think a certain town is not important or relevant akungba akoko is a town in ondo state I see no reason why we can't have the state uni there but it will have been better if the school was sited in ikare or oka that's the two biggest town in akoko land, but in my own case I will never support that decision to site in akure,we have futa and federal college of agriculture there already, other major towns need the economic of value of the uni than akure with is capital status ondo state is not imo state where all tertiary institututions are sited in owerri,,well agagu decided to locate osustech @ okitipupa cause the engineering department @ aaua wasn't active but he should have done something about it instead of creating another uni,we all know that game, college of medicine would have been better instead of osustech that what mimiko will eventually did though, back to what you said well I doubt if another governor will dare try to build a new uni that will sound insane,we all know will need university teaching hospital/college of medicine that's still reasonable, note:all the senatorial districts now have a state institutions,by the way agagu was able to do much in okitipupa and coastal area than other part of the state ,well won't blame him much and for mimiko political game, mehnnnn you can't blame that man we all need to stop sounding like a hypocrite.
you made a lot of sense in your post. But the problem was that the locations weren't sited properly. Adeyemi would have best been placed at Owo and Rufus Giwa should have been at Akg/Ikare.

It just hurts me because AAUA was abandoned. Its just too far from the eyes of the government. Anyway i'm grateful Prof Mimiko made a lot of efforts at revamping the school.

As for Agagu, i was opportuned to have seen him twice while he was Governor. The man seemed like a good man but he wasn't right for the job. A lot of my friends used to kid around saying what was a Geology man looking for at Guber post when he should be exploring rocks somewhere. Lol! Back to my point, he was just too biased. If he had extended his good deeds to every other part of the state like he did with Okitipupa, PDP would still be controling Ondo by now. Labour party would have probably dissolved. A lot of people were upset with Agagu because of his biased nature. It's just like imagining Akapbio limiting all the development to his hometown. Akwa Ibom people would be really pissed. You understand? It was too painful.

As for Mimiko, he is just a liar. He is way worse than Agagu. Agagu meant well, but he was partial with his development, whereas Mimiko does not mean well at all. He just covers it up with whitewashed projects. He beautified Akure with fountains, gardens and roundabouts and gave Ondo people zobo to drink that he's the Messiah.

Akungba to Ikare road was a very big eyesore in his first tenure. Complaints and Complaints were made for years about it but he didn't listen. It was less than 6 months to election that contractors miraculously showed up and started work on the road. That was the zobo he used to decieve Akoko people and they rallied and voted for him. Well, Not up to a year after his reelection, the road was back to what it was; all dusty and riddled with gallops.

It is one thing to loot some state cake, play politics but still take care of the people who elected you. It's another thing to lie, betray, peddle falsehoods and decieve the electorates while they suffer and lack development.

I do not hate him, but he's not a good man. Ondo needs better.

i don't c anything wrong with him citing AAUA in Akungba since FUTA is already in Akure, same way Agagu cited OSUSTECH in okitipupa, his LGA
its the State University for crying out loud. It is supposed to be the pride of the state and should have been put at the centre or somewhere close to it where it would have been appreciated by all and sundry. How can the once famous OSUA still not have a medical faculty by now? How can a whole OSUA not have an engineering faculty by now?

I'll tell you this for sure; If AAUA/OSUA had been at Akure, it would have developed far beyond what it is now.

Universities are too valuable to be sited and built based on tribal/selfish interests. Its Polys and Colleges of education that should be done based on that shhitt.

Agagu abandoned AAUA for OSUSTECH and poured all his money there, Mimiko abandoned both and is building a nursing(or whatever the hell that is) school in his hometown.

Now tell me, is that how its supposed to be run? If an Ilaje man becomes the next governor, he'll very likely build a bogus school at Ilaje and pour all the State's purse into it. Common bro! Open your eyes!
