For girls nothing like love. If you don't want to regret for the rest of your life, do your own and send her away.
Did hear that!!!
jobportng: Good afternoon guys, so straight to the point guys.
I met this girl few months ago and we started talking, ended up asking her out, we started dating, at that time she told me she was single, honestly me too I was.
Fast forward to somedays back, she came to visit and we were cool and all suddenly she started having mood swings and all, I was worried, kept asking what is wrong and she always said nothing, surprisingly someone texted me on whatsapp and was telling me that she was dating her and many other talks, that night i almost had an heart attack. I was beyond surprised till now I am yet to recover from the shock.
When I asked her about the guy she first said that she doesn’t have any other person, when she knew it was very serious she then opened up to me, and told me she and the guy had issues and he broke up with her and that now the guy wants them to come back. I saw her chat with the guy, telling the guy she loves him and will never stop loving him bla bla and telling another person that she misses him but she has decided to stick with me because I've shown her so much love that no one has ever done, and honestly i love 10000%. I treat her like a queen.
Right now i am confused, i asked her now what do you want and she said she wants me, but then she still keeps communicating with the guy and the guy is in same state with her while me i'm far away from her, i don’t even know what do i'm so depressed i have never loved like this before and this is what is getting to me. I can’t even eat or sleep when i remember all of it, i confused if she wants me really or she’s just considering the fact that i'm wealthy.
Guys please constructive criticism are welcomed, please i need advice on what to do I’m madly confused.
When he get his fist pay cheque, you hear him sorosokey

Gbedulord: Reno Omokiri called out FFK on his IG handle about his old tweets about bbnaija
He wrote As bbnaija ends, Nigerians should be reminded that a year ago, Femi Fani- Kayodr was condemning Nigerian youths for not being patriotic enough to save their country from buhari, like colonel Assimi Goïta, the youthful Mali coup leader, and instead focusing on Big Brother Naija. Exactly a year after he made that statement, Big Brother Fani- Kayodr who condemned Nigerian youths, was himself Commending Buhari. No be JuJu be that?
There must be a good reason, otherwise, the affected people should head to the court for immediate compensation to temporary the settle and reconstruct their buildings!!!
mcdon024: For no reason El-Rufai decided to bring down people's houses...
So 10-15 trucks of fully armed soldiers where gathered in a small area of Graceland Zaria Kaduna state to supervise the bringing down of homes that is largely full of retired FG staffs who have laboured for 30-35 years in sweat and many have not even been given up to 4% of their retirement benefits since they left service…
Yet, 2 trucks of same armed uniform men can NEVER be sent to the southern part of the State to protect lives!!!
Graceland is a place made up of 80% Christians of which most of them are retired civil servants.
Elrufai decided to bring down those houses with a very short notice period.
Lenghty and excessive notes in write up eroded the important Ponts. Sumarry would have help to communicate better. This epistle is obviously meant for the course, elements of contract at the uni.
Its not for general public.
ReventifyCV: It is always a thrill to sign an employment contract, especially if you have been in the job market and sent out multiple job applications. However, the pile of paperwork, dotted lines, and text to read through is so much that most employees skip the read time for the signature. Well, before you think of signing the line, wait.
Why are these clauses in an employment contract? Employment contracts are the most important binding document between employees and employers. The most valuable for the employers too, yet many employees nonchalantly ignore the contents within the contract because of the excitement of getting a job after many job applications. Companies and good businesses know the impact and competitive edge the marketplace can cause an employee to leave. Hence there is the need for clauses to protect and safeguard their business, property, and good employees against future eventualities. So before you sign the contract, it is important to understand the restrictive clauses and have powerful negotiating skills. You can only have the best only before you sign the lines.
Employment Contracts – What Is It? There is always a contract between an employer and employee even if you didn’t sign one – it is good to sign one though. This document describes the relationship and condition agreed upon by both parties. Although the law favors the employers more, things can take a turn if the employee leaves. It is vital to keep the relationship productive and profitable, but also great to know the employment and labor laws too. Aside from detailing the responsibility of both parties, according to the Employment Act No.75 of 1997, the act also aims to establish the basic conditions for employment, including wages, dispute resolution, dismissal, leave, work hours, employee safety, and protection.
Other details in an employment contract are The job description – employers must explain and clarify the job requirements to prevent employee anger and a lawsuit in the future. Employees must also ensure that the description is not vague or misleading and demand more explanation if any area is not clear or detailed enough. Terms and conditions – most people NEVER read the terms and conditions in a contract, but you should never omit them. Now, this is where you see what is contained in the contract and also understand the mechanism and responsibility of the job. If the conditions do not fit your job application, this is the time to ask questions. Compensation – let’s discuss money! This is the most crucial part of any employment contract. It contains a lot of clauses you should pay attention to when reading through performance expectations, benefits, and non-compete agreements.
Dangerous terms to watch out for in an employment contract. 1. The Restrictive Covenant As simple as this clause seems, it has a lot attached to it. This clause allows businesses to protect themselves against the competition and the employee if you become the competition. This clause includes noncompete, nondisclosure, confidentiality, and non-solicitation clause. These clauses are becoming a common term in employment contracts and aimed at restricting the employee’s ability to opt for another job or start a business after resigning or quitting with the company. The nonsolicitation clause prevents the employee from dealing with people or companies that are competing directly or indirectly with the company after they leave. The non-solicitation clause also stops the employee from working with vendors, partners, or supplies of their former company for a stipulated time frame. If you intend to sign the contract despite this clause, it is better to negotiate for a shorter no-hire time frame or decline the offer for your own good.
2. Unrealistic and Unobtainable Key Performance Metrics This is a HUGE term in any employment contract. Most companies set standards and goals that are clearly unobtainable and while most job applicants never see this condition, it can lead to sack letters and even lawsuits. However, to prevent yourself from been caught in the trap of unrealistic expectations, you should get yourself acquainted with the Fair Labor Standard Acts that protects the employee from vague expectation but also against unlawfully terminating their jobs due to underperformance. The key performance metrics clause expects that employees must meet up with their targets and the consequences of not meeting their targets. The possible penalty for flaunting this clause is disciplinary action, suspension without pay, and/or termination of the contract.
3. Ownership, Invention Agreement, and Intellectual Property Clause For many businesses and companies, the fear of the competition is the beginning of wisdom. This clause takes particular aim at manufacturing and invention companies. The clause protects the companies from losing any of their intellectual property if they lose the employee that designed the project. If you sign an agreement with this clause, remember that you cannot disclose, take your invention or share your invention with another outside the current workforce if you leave. In fact, this clause takes total control and authority over all your inventions and intellectual property. However, some companies would likely offer a joint intellectual assignment clause in the agreement. This allows you to have a stake in the profit and also receive acknowledgment for using your ideas and intellectual property. It does still emphasize the fact that you cannot take it to the competition even if you leave in the future.
Termination or Cancelation Clause You must be wondering why this clause is significant in an employment contract. With the advancement in technology and innovation, it is very easy for employers and employees to walk out of a contract with ease. However, to protect both parties, the termination clause is added in every employment contract. The termination clause allows either party to terminate their working relationship with or without notice. However, attached to this clause are consequences for opting out before the due date? Actions can be left without pay, fines, and a lack of benefits. While the clause seems to support the employer, it also helps the employee is they have been unduly laid off or fired due to a breach resulting from the employer’s fault or accident at work.
Finally, employment contracts contain lots of restrictive clauses and terms, the four above are the strictest and often ones that can limit your ability to grow in a company or out of it. As important as this piece of paper is to the employers, as an employee, you should ensure it is well-read and does not limit or tie you down at a spot.
NEVER be in a hurry to sign an employment contract without properly reading or comprehending what is written. Your life could be put on hold for a few minutes of ignoring the texts in a contract.

I have basically ran out of some major foodstuffs like yam, bag of potatoes, paints of rice and garri.for some couple of days now I have been racking my brain on how to purchase those items without disturbing my husband because recently he has bn complaining of low patronage.even my soaps and body scrub don finish for days now.
Me,I am somehow broke and sales lately hasn't bn interesting.i run a street roadside hustle and I don't go to hustle on Sundays which is my rest days.
But as level come be nau...kids must chow anyhow e be.so I decided since last night to come to hustle today being Sunday, since I have what to sale so I could see money to purchase those items I mentioned earlier on.
The raw truth I don't know how to borrow money from somebody, infact no one would even agree to lend money to you.so I decided to use what I have to get what I need.
Immediately I appeared in my hustleville arena this morning, one righteous woman like that dressed in a very lovely gown and peacock hat was to the first to hunt me down.
Mind you this woman has been hunting me for months, she was the reason why I stopped selling on Sundays because her preaching wahala was too much.
Mummy zee why nau?why nau?I thought you ve stopped?,why did you come out today. Whilst she was busy asking me these questions,I bent down to lit my firewoods money must be made jare.
When she finished rapping, she looked at me,I looked at her,I carried my pan and placed it on the fire.in my mind I was like...hanty pls board your Keke and go,but for where.
I walked up to her and said.....pls ma'am cud you please lend me 30k?I need it to sort some things at home.madam said she doesn't have.
I left her there, went back to stir my beans paste in my mortal, madam borrowed herself sense then entered Keke and moooovv.
I settled down and sold maaad market,my money to buy those foodstuffs I mentioned is complete.i even bought succulent ripe plantains join to prepare correct plaintain and egg sauce for my family! Bag of potatoes is sure, paints of rice is sure, tubers of yam toh sure, paints of garri nko,it's the Lord's doing.
I can confidently get my soaps and body scrub now.
Now my question is.....just because today that I didn't go to church would God be so angry to throw me into hell fire knowing fully well that my family needs these basic items?
Why do some too churchy righteous Christians likes hunting people that doesn't go to church and if you meet them to help you with money instead they will quote excerpts from the Bible to you.
Na market I sell....no be thief I thief!
Food is ready. Indomie 3 eggs Carrots Green peas Plantain. Yum yum

Your story is not interesting, I must let you know. There are better ways to activate people interest in a topic than telling blatant lies
Tyranny: People are currently arguing heatedly about the best between this two. Matter of fact, this argument had created a lot of chaos and unpleasant scenes, just 'cause the people involved couldn't come to an understanding.
Over this argument, I've seen a son drain his father's bank account; I've seen a wife divorce his husband; I've seen friends disfigure each other's faces with bare knuckles; I've seen a boss put one of his employees behind bars; I've seen a Colonel riding on the back of a 2nd Lieutenant like he was a horse 'cause both sides couldn't reach an agreement.
I know most of you were unaware, fine, but I put it to you right now that people are in the middle of this argument, they're caught up in the heat of the moment and if the air is not cleared, could lead to a war.
Please, let's settle it once and for all. Which one is better?

This video of the country's Defence of Minister, Gen. Bashir Magashi carrying a gun himself, when he has tons of Army Officers around him shows that self defence may be the in thing in no distance future.
The Big Question now, is that if the Minister could carry Gun, what becomes the lot of many helpless and Defendless General public? Will they allow us to be securing ourselves too?
