You don't know anything yet you're feigning your ignorance on my mention. How many boutiques have stood the test of time say 5-6years in Lagos despite the investment put in? Except you go into branding like David Wej or making clothes like Seyicasual, you'll just be scratching the surface.

Have you ever thought about other investors, who would come to your shop & size up your market & improve on it by opening another larger shop on the same street you have your business thereby send you out of business or reduce your customers ?
Have you ever thought about dowdowntimes, where there would be low sales which could result in not being able to meet up with his rent & salaries?
Have u thought about that?
Have you thought about other factors like loosing his shop to fire outrage or theft (Do you read about the End Sars protest where shop were looted) ? Don't you read? Are you in Nigeria?
Go out there and do your feasibility studies before you pee on my mention.
If you Do your research about Copart, you'll know that your money is safe as long as they confirm your payment. Few months ago, their yard got burnt & alot of people fell victim, someone so close to me got a refund. It took months but he got his money back.
As the exchange fluctuates, so shall your price & market sales fluctuates.
Read & do your research my friend!

You don't need a carlot to import cars, just do your due diligence, have a trusted ally that can inspect it for you in the US & get a competent Clearing Agent do the business for you in Naija.
You won't regret it. Do Toyota Corolla & Camry for starters, you'd be glad.

Shoo! Na by force? You go face your Toyota make the guyman face him boutique na.

@OP why do you want to expend huge monies for an offline setup when you can actually get a better sales process via online(eCommerce)....and make as much as $1k monthly.
With the write tools(Platform, Sales Funnel, Freebies & Customer retainership procedure) you can have 1k persons buy @least a product from you even if it's just one a month and if your profit margin is just a dollar multiply it by 1k customers ....
To get 1k customers is easy with a special sales funnel blue print.
Let me give you an insight...imagine you exposed to a blueprint architecture that helps secure 250 students from 4 Nigerian Tertiary Institutions that's 1k customer base and all they do is buy just one of your wears once a month from your eCommerce platform and you pegged your profit @as low as #500 after delivery(some may even foot the delivery cost) ....do the maths as regards your profit monthly....FYI they will keep increasing as long as you deliver and you keep given the freebies in the Sales Blueprint!
Enough said....if you are interested in acquiring or getting the know how to this special sales process kindly reach out via the facebook ID on my profile's personal text stating your NL moniker with the word CONCEPT!

@SENIORWRITER

Abeg getat! Op do not listen to scammers like this. If you was making so much money with you online cap, you won't be here looking for someone to deceive and get money from . Go and continue your online bull.shi.t and make all the money alone.

It is extremely important to have a physical store if you want to make money from selling clothes especially in a useless country like Nigeria. Most people don't even trust buying sh.it online. OP open your boutique first and then you can begin to advertise and sell on both Instagram and your store. Most serious buyers will always ask you for your store location and will visit. There are so many mad time wasters online who will just waste your time by asking senseless questions even when you post all necessary details.
Please don't listen to con men. Anybody that cannot give you any info here on this thread should phuck off.

Religion is not the problem. The problem is the too many senseless ab.okis we have up north and the cursed leaders in the south who will accept all sorts of rubbish thrown at them because of money.

The southern leaders need to wake up and have this useless country divided. You can imagine crazy humans abandoning their jobs all in the name of going to pray. They do it in every govt parastatal in this useless country. They can even leave a security post to go and pray. No common sense. Just bunch of cows.

Useless grammar all the type. It's always the southerners that like to play the nonsense maturity or diplomacy. The northerners don't phucking care.
We need to stop this stinking attitude in the south and come to the reality that we are entirely different people and it will be best to live separately.

Mumu youths will start arguing about the tribe wey get money pass. The question you should be asking yourselves is ' do I have money' if the answer is no, keep your mouth shut and go and work and manage your life. There are rich and poo people in every tribe . Moreover a billionaire's money is not your money because he is from your village.

These ab.oki people are getting close day by day in destroying this country completely and rendering other progressive regions useless like the North. Almost 8months after the #Endsars protest, lemme tell you what has changed. SARS ended and do you know ever since then till now there have not been any news hitting FP of police killing the Nigerian Youth or illegal arrest with impunity cuz Guys dress nice and uses an IPhone?? well if I'm wrong dig out the thread and correct me. why I'm telling y'all this is not to believe anyone who tells you Endsars protest achieved nothing.

Moreso, Do you know either you come out to protest or not Hunger is coming to hit us all next year due to food crisis cuz why? our farmers can't really go to farms without getting hacked to death. Just Incase you feel ur rich and it doesn't concern you, next year you'll pay X5 to buy food. Now how bout those who can't afford to buy food, what would be their fate? About last year a crate of egg sells for #900 today it's being sold for #1500 cuz farmers are closing farms, bad government policy. don't say Egg is of less concern. It applies to many Agricultural product. My people Garri don dey nak 1k. it's gradually becoming the food of the rich in this same Nigeria.

Do you know this problem keep getting worse cuz you n I is scared n fearful to talk? do you know its also our right to hit the street and demand for a better governance?? If this June 12th protest was only a Lagos thing we might say it's not a serious one yet, but as at now over 20states has given locations. Nigerians in UK, US, Germany, France, Brazil, Canada has also given locations. Do you want to be left behind?? Just Incase you forget, if you are to big or scared to come out and protest then feel to Big to complain or criticize when the hardship n oppression gets tougher

#Join the moving train
#Come out #June 12th and tell Buhari #We are tired
#You and I can bring bout a change if we refuse to be cowards, fearful and docile
#Come out #June 12th and protest, You and I deserve better #We are not Animals

Stop organising useless protests that will yield no results. Useless protest that will eventually turn violent. You all know deep down in your minds that your useless politicians will send soldiers and police to kill many of you. Why wasting your lives doing the same stu.pid protests over and over again with same results.
If ya'll truly serious as you claim, you will all face your politicians. Your politicians are not spirits, many of you see them in church and bow to greet and hail them. You even call them daddy and do sir sir sir like slaves. Let every state face their politicians. Start from your councillors and LG chairmen. You know where they live, go and deal with them mercilessly, beat them to coma, blind one of their eyes or break their legs to show them how serious you are. When you start from the grassroots, others will know how serious you are. Stop chasing shadows with protests that will end up affecting the common man. All the buses burnt in Lagos and destruction did not affect Sanwoolu or Tinubu. It affected the ordinary man on the streets. Ya'll need to begin to target your commissioners, state reps, LG chairmen , councillors. Be specific and face the people causing you pains instead of creating more pains for yourselves and the poor masses. If you are not scared to organise your unproductive protests, then don't be scared to specifically face, target and attack the politicians stealing your money and causing you pains. Stop using protest to suffer the common man. It will never yield any result.

What do you expect from a state that celebrates touts and give them mobile policemen to secure them. Most yoruba teenagers in Lagos do not want to go to school, learn a skill or work any more. They all want to become touts like their mentor oluomo.
The useless APC govt also do not care about security. All they want is to steal ,steal and steal from the masses. You go to almost every corner in Lagos and you find people sleeping under the bridges, open roads ,uncompleted buildings and even bus terminals built by govt. People come all the way from Chad to Lagos to roam around and sleep anywhere they find. People
The Lagos state govt is so irresponsible that they intentionally sit back, feel so relaxed not bothered about the robbery going on in every part of Lagos on a daily basis. They fo.ol.shly look away to justify the end SARS protest and probably make people feel guilty for protesting against SARS. Infact it's beginning to look like the Lagos state govt intentionally want people to suffer and get robbed. Notice how they claim to be fixing different roads at the same time ,thereby causing traffic jam so that their useless touts can rob people? You will never see any police on sight. Yet the waste tax payers money investing of RRS only for the goats to be roaming around the streets of lekki looking for Yahoo boys to extort instead going on the bridges and roads where these robbers are.
When the useless APC govt is ready, they'll have the RRS flush out the touts and every phucking id.iot sleeping under the bridges and roadside. Why won't they destroy properties when you allow them sleep anywhere they like. How can anybody just wake up, leave their home and travel from a far away distance to come sleep under the bridges and streets all in the name of hustling? The useless nigerian politicians too need to develop their states and the entire country so that people can stay back and enjoy basic amenities that a responsible govt should provide.
Sanwoolu and the yoruba obas and elders really need to start arresting these useless teenage boys who have turned to touts overnight. They should be taken to some far away island to go and work as cheap labour on plantations. You treat them like slaves and lash them with koboko while they work their phucking, lazy as.ses out.

It hard launching a reprisal on fulanis because they live scatteredly across communities in the bush, the most you find in an area is maybe three or less @ a time which makes it hard for reprisal. even if people get ready fulanis won't launch any attack now they will wait till we loose guard again, it will be another community they don't attack a community twice.
The solutuon is state govt should fortify local securities like vigilantes & amotekun with beta arms across all yoruba communities. let these local securities be the ones handling our borders, the police & army are compromised already they answer to FG. we all know FG would rather ban nigerians than launch an arrest on fulani bandits

Then send amotekun into the bushes and flush out the Fulani terrorists. It's as simple as that.

They continue to push every region to the wall while the Fulani president continues to aid and back them.....

Why are you waiting for someday to repay them their loan? When people like igboho stand up to flush these animals out of southwest, it's the same yoruba people that will open their dirty mouth and criticize him. Let the senseless southwest leaders wake up and ensure the Fulani animals are flushed out totally out of the south. How can they come to your house and kill you and escape? None of then should be allowed to escape, capture them and waste them.
I really pity a lot of lagosians because they don't know they are sitting on a time bomb. The id.iotic SW politicians don't care because they have police to protect them. All the hausa/fulanis that have been banned from riding bikes in their useless states have all moved to Lagos and Ogun state. The useless governors keep speaking grammar about how they are accommodating. You are accommodating hopeless and jobless terrorists who do not have any property to their name, people who don't have anything to lose, no house, no job, no car, no clothes, absolutely nothing . They just wake up and come to the SW in trailers loaded with animals and bikes. They are getting bold now that they fight the policemen when they attempt to ban them in certain parts of Lagos. When they get the order from their masters, they will attack, kill and destroy as many as possible and the evil, selfish ,idi.otic governors will not be affected and as usual, they will still call for calm and peace. These terrorists are not just hiding in the forest in the south, many of them are in the city sleeping under the bridges especially in Lagos. I really pity the SW. We go speak grammar and call for peace till them wipe out everybody.
