My point though is that we Africans must learn tolerance and accept others ideas. That is the biggest single problem that faces the continent.

We are raised to be very intolerant and disrespectful of the fact that other people have a right to have differing opinions and attitudes that dont impede us in anyway. And we dont realise it

Im saying that what happened with CBS and the outcry cannot be compared with MNET

CBS can be watched for free like NTA in and is available on regular TV

HBO on the other hand is gotten by subscription and showcases popular shows like sopranos that families watch and also show nude programs and sex

Nobody, not even the goverment can say that because young people can watch HBO therefore dont show nudity


Measures are already in place. If you dont want to watch HBO,

1 change the channel,
2 off the TV or
3 end your subscription. Simple and short.

You dont go around demanding that because you dont like the nudity HBO shows, they should shut it down so everybody must do as you do.

IF BBA was on NTA then the argument for banning it might be valid.

But since you have to subscribe to MNET, the best thing might be to get MNET to use the style used in western countries so you can include or remove the channel from your subscription list. BUt NOT to go around and demand that everyother person must not watch something because you disapprove of it.

Ive seen men vow never to get married again because off having gotten married b/4 wholeheartedly either because of religious beliefs or otherwise, only to get thrown out of their own house and required to pay huge amounts of their ex who sleeps with their friends in his own house

Well the best Prenup is one that would state

1 A man is not required to pay a penny to any woman after divorce. They are both adults. If she does not have a job, she should get one

2 Since a man and a woman are 'equal', a woman should not have any special or first rights to custody. She gets to keep only the kids she can take care of on her own. No penny for any gold digger that wants to use kids as a mine. If she cant, then she should leave the childeren to the man. Equality at its best

3 No such thing as 50% division of wealth. If we did not contribute 50-50 we cannot divide 50-50. My house, car etc remain mine and you can go where you want


The rates of divorces in the west would automatically drop to a minimum if the above setting was invoked for all marriages

When i was in Uni in Nigeria, people could never believe that i was not an Arsenal or Man U fan

This weekend Roma -Milan, Arsenal-Liverpool and Sevilla-Valencia were all excellent matches of the highest order.

This season ive seen like 5 Bayern games, 6 Barcelona, 3 Real, 3 Juve, 4 Inter, 3 Arsenal, 4 Manu, 2 Liverpool, 2 Chelsea, 3 Lazio, 3 Roma, 3 Fiorentina, 2 Spurs, 3 Sevilla, 2 Valencia, Every Single Milan Game and so on


I try to see as much of every league as time would spare me.


some people on this forum just come here to make very blind arguments without knowledge of other teams or players

For example Zlatan is better in my opinion than any striker in the premiership, even Drogba. Most people here dont have an idea that he is one of the best magicians of all times.

I rate Iniesta higher than Vabregas for now even though i love Fabregas.
