What do you load it with that makes the voltage drop? You should contact firman service centre to get the very AVR you seek. The dropping voltage might even be from your new AVR.

Thanks @gptech for ur reply, I only use it to charge my inverter when there's no grid power for long periods of time, the inverter consumes about 1500w and an additional 300w for deep freezer.

As for the Firman service centre,can I get their contact details please, thanks for your response, I do appreciate

I beg to differ with the advice given up there, recalibration of batteries which is the same as draining the battery to 0% then charging it back to 100% works best with the old NiMH batteries.

Lithium batteries uses better technology and do not have battery memory, hence there is absolutely no need to charge-discharge.

@Snapchat, just charge your powerbank , and use it normally and also never allow it get to 0% as this affects the cells in the battery. Goodluck

While you might be right, can you please explain to me why lithium chemistries advocate for "top" and "bottom" balancing of cells?

A manufacturer giving you a manual and asking you to perform a process is for a reason, make we dey calm down, we don't know better than the manufacturers. Cheers...

I'm guessing the max PV input for ur CC @24v 60a should be 100v 1440w according to spec sheets, since u have 6pcs 300w panels which VOC should max out at 40v, u can only do 2pcs in series and 3pcs in parallel to give credence to ur original idea of 2s3p just as @valto has also confirmed.

This procedure aids to calibrate the powerbank, even on phones u're advised to do this once in awhile, drain ur battery to 0% and then charge to full with ur phone turned off, it's good practice.

So go ahead and use ur powerbank,no need to charge first before u use.

It's also note worthy to state that lithium chemistries being used in batteries these days do not require the "first charge before use" procedure of the past.. lolz....
