Politics / Re: Obasanjo Says: Adedibu Is The Father Of Pdp by saintchux(m): 3:48pm On Nov 12, 2007
Why should you guys be surprised. Do you think that PDP will have a gentle and a refined man as a father. A father who is a thug will have a thug as a son, A thief will begot a thief as a son. So am not surprised that the PDP today should have Adedibu as a father. There is no better word to describe PDP than Adedibu son.

Still on topic--good for you.  Please give your password to your pastor and all your husband's relatives too. cheesy  Why is it important to you that this your whole "village" should have your password? undecided What exactly is the thrill here?

I no send!!!!!!

If u can not share commmon email password, only God know what you will share with your husband.

almondjoy:

No ves sir! cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy cheesy--it does not have to be a personal matter.  I am not saying I am the first to get married.  Just advising that before anyone discusses matters of marriage, one should be careful not to take certain things for granted you have not experienced yet.  You really have no authority to do so. kiss

I no send!!!!!!

Why should I allow my self to experience everything other married couples have experienced before, you should learn from the experince of older couples. I advice you to join couples fellowship in your church. I invite to ours. We discuss marital issue there. If you attend couple fellowship, you won't have anything to hide, and you will hear other marital problem and solutions to it and you will not fall into that problems. Are advcing that we keep on re-iventing the wheel.

almondjoy:

All I am saying is that leave all these ideologies and when you get married come back and let us compare notes. wink  If you notice here all who have worn those shoes, advocate the need for privacy in any relationship--especially marriage. Do you think they are mad?  Then single students constantly in "valentine" mood will come and be telling us about "having no privacy" in marriage and the need to share e-mails to show the world that we have nothing to hide.  The reality of it all is that by the time you have lived a successful marriage--you will have had too many skeletons in your cupboard that the cupboard will eventually fall apart. grin

Please when you have lived successfully in the same house for about 2 years without killing yourselves over whose turn it is to take out the thrash, then talk about sharing e-mail passwords.  Most of you cannot even spend your weekend sleep over sessions without escaping for a breath of fresh air and you are talking of "no need for privacy" and living the ideal life of dreams in your mind.

I no send!!!!!!

What privacy do someone I live in the same room, sleep in the same bed, change clothes in my presence, took bath with me requires. What privacy are you talking about? Please give us example may we do not understand.

almondjoy:

Yes oh!  I have a lot to hide--so I can never share my e-mails with anybody.  Totally off limits.  And if you snoop--you do so at your own risk--just talk to your pastor about it not to me, since you got what you asked for. kiss

I no send!!!!!!

Good for you. If what is in your e-mail can not be shared with your husband you claim to love, then it is not marriage or love you are in. If my wife hides anything from me, then she can kill me. She is the one that pack my parachute.

Nobody is advocating for spying the wife. What we are saying is sharing. Checking your wife e-mail is for good not to check whether any guy send her a mail, what of office mail, I don't have access to my office mail at home, likewise my wife. Everything is understanding, even if she gave out her password under duress, she will open another one.

Whenever you email her, do ask after her husband? Do u ask afer her kids? etc

nwando:

Some things are just private and email is one of them.
It is not okay for a man to snoop around and read the wife's email without her permission.
This should be a no brainer!!

What is privacy in marriage. Once privacy came in, wahala don come be dat. In marriage, there should be no privacy, no secret. Everything belong to both.

If you can't check ur wife's mail or your wife check your mail, something is wrong. Is the marraige hidden. Don't people  know that she is marriage. What is she hidding in her e-mail, that she does not want the husband to see.

Anyway, I don't have problem with that as I check my wife's mail everyday, inshort we have the same password for all our e-mail, I also reply her mail.

Any day she raise objecction to that, I know that something is fishy.
Politics / Re: Wilbros: Efcc Set To Prosecute Indicted Nigerians by saintchux(m): 5:05pm On Nov 09, 2007
debosky:

Andy Uba was not 'indicted' and prosecuted, he broke US law regarding how much cash can be brought into the country without being declared. . .and for breaking that law he was made to forfeit a portion of the funds to the US govt.

The origin of the funds was never investigated and was not an issue in the US case.

Wilbros paying bribes is a totally different case - If it can be traced appropriately, the officials involved should be prosecuted.

@ BigB

because EFCC is not doing things with your espoused 'perfection' eh?

Just wait till they decide to come after daddy IBB grin

Let them go after them one after the other. . .the fact that they are not prosecuting the ones you want doesn't change the fact that all those that have fallen under their spotlight so far and indicted are also corrupt. Let the ICPC handle the cases that EFCC has not touched - they are there to complement each other.

What Andy Uba did is money Laundary, the same offence that sent Alamasieyea to Prison, the same offence Joshua Dariye is facing, So what made Andy Uba more Nigerian than those guys, that EFCC is looking the other way toward his case.

What spoil a Job is not the job done very well but those Jobs left undone. So EFCC not prosecuting Andy Uba will keep on giving them bad names.

Is that possible? Rotimi Amaechi didn't take part in the last election.
if the Supreme court decides that Rotimi's name was removed illegally, the best that can happen is for a fresh election to be called for.

Omeha did not participate in the primaries either. It is the wrong done by using Omeha to substitute Amaechi that is been upturn now. That is good. Next time PDP should follow the rule in substituting candidates.

to work in a Bank or oil firm, choice is urs! ur career goal should be ur watch word. If i am in ur shoe, i will go for commuincation / telecom industries, that is where u belong. go for cisco certification and u will see that MTN, GLO & co will be looking for u. A friend of my who is an engineer was employed as a teller in a bank, from there to fund transfer and now to marketing. He is making money but he is complaining everyday about his career. But he don't want to resign b/c of d money.

I don't understand why Bill Gate should just be granted Visa to Nigeria b/c he is a multi billionaire. If it is money that is required to grant a Visa, why do UK refused visa to student with enough money to pay their school fees, and carter for themselves till the end of the study. Is it because is Nigeria that refused the Visa. If UK refuse Visa to Dangote or Adenuga will we question them?

All said i have only one question.

Is it compulsory that i have a degree in the sciences or engineering (plus the certifications) before i can work in the IT Dept of the Banking Sector. Or will any degree do (Considering what jamb has done to some of us)

Need a response soonest. Cos i need to make a life changing decision

There is a big discrimination in degree and HND in banking sector. Have the whole IT certification with HND some bank will not look at u, but with degree in engineering, computer science and related course will do. I don't want to list any bank here. If u want to know more of those banks send me mail. my address is on my profile. IT certification is more of an added advantage to the place am working, not compulsory.

he dumped u, he didnt break your heart. if u dumped him first he would go drinking and tell himself pussy comes pussy goes. so u should do d same, go shopping or whatever u girls do have fun and forget about him

It is so unfortunate. Is not easy but you have to make up your mind to continue with ur life. It is ur feelings that is affected, not ur pussy, so going for the next available guy will not solve your problem. Rather you will still get the same result, a broken heart.

If he left you, will you leave yourself, the best thing thing you will do is to check what you have, and upgrade yourself to next level. Work hard on yourself, make yourself more valuable. So cheer up. Prays for u!

babasin:

You guys stop being emotional!

I don't care about Ibori. He could got to hell but damn 'rule of law' must be followed at all times

The answer provided by AGF is PERFECTLY correct!

1. Chief James Onanefe Ibori, has been charged to any court of law in Nigeria? NO

2. Chief James Onanefe Ibori, has  been tried and/or convicted by any court of law in Nigeria for any offence relating to money laundering? NO

3. was there a request for a freezing order emanating from my office(AGF) against your client(IBORI)? NO

So please lets open-eyes and think. Sometime criminals gets away if we don't prepare our case very well. So EFCC/Ribadu screwed up.

EFCC should have atleast charged him to court since May 29th. They did nothing and hoping the UK will just follow any nonsense.

Romance / Re: Hello Girls Please Help Me Out Here. by saintchux(m): 1:46pm On Oct 04, 2007
What is garri. It is derived from cassava. By grinding it and later frying it. I know that many of you condeming soaked garri will pay through your noose to buy soaked garri with chicken or fish at Taste fried chicken or sweet sensation. Why can't we accept what we have.

crazykid:

A guy shouldn’t offer soaked garri to his girl; even if you are financially broke, there are snacks, which are affordable. Offering a girl garri simply shows that you have poverty written all over you and most girls won’t remain in that relationship.

If you have a girl, treat her with love and respect so that even though you’re poor, she would in turn love and respect you.

Do you know how much they sell garri? Soaked garri have nothing to do with poverty. I hate when people are trying to belong. What is wrong that I offereed my friend soaked garri. If my friend can not accept what I can offer then he/she is not my friend.

crazykid:

Everything isn't wrong with it. But offering it to someone you love is very bad.

If you love me, why won't you take soaked garri with me.
