By this special grace of God, no life will be lost to stray bullet that day. I believe that God give power, If it the will of God that Yar Adua will be President not matter how he won the election, let it be so. My pray is for God to take control

MAMAJAMA:

saintchux why are you talking like an illiterate fellow? tell me what is the correlation between corruption and lobbying? or elevating your girlfriend? there is no parallel line to this two issue, so read on the issue before you talk next time

if u should have said otherwise, i would have been surprised. Thank God this time around u did not call me dude or illiterate. U just said am talking like an illiterate

When OBJ bribes National Assembly, it is called lobbying, When another person does it, it is called corruption.
So Ribadu is lobbying for a corrupt person. Then why are u attacking people lobbying for Atiku? Is it not a free country?, with freedom of speech.
Nigeria is a free country with freedom of speech when it favours u, but when it goes against u, it is blasphemy abi?
Politics / Re: Ribadu Pleads For Wolfowitz by saintchux(m): 8:16pm On May 22, 2007
MAMAJAMA:

initiate is Nigeria not a free country? don't you have freedome of speech? your comments are outrageous and should be removed by the ADMIN, RIBADU is entitle to his opinion just like you are.

@ mamajama

Na wa oo, I thought u are an advocate of OBJ & fighting corruption. If Ribadu should plead for Wolfowitz, why not he plead for Atiku too, after all they are from the same state.

Family / Re: Should A Husband And Wife Operate A Joint Account? by saintchux(m): 6:55pm On May 18, 2007
seun001:

lets say for example we have a joint accoount, abi

decided to buy something for my mother,do i have to explain y and justify my purchase to my wife.am sure she too will occasionally have extraordinary purchases to make,so she will have to justify it also.joint accounts may be the harbinger of untrustworthiness instead of bringing the couple together ,may become their nemesis.don't suscribe to it.there is no need for it.

Taliban:

[Unquestioned authority. So people like this still exist? Well, your wife equally deserves her own private account.]

Men some guys never open their eyes to reality e be like say them still dey inside their mama womb, wake up its the real world, it's a man's world. my guy i mean mr nice guy, are u a sissy or a mr "do righteous" when u mak all ya moni go give everythin to y wife and ask her to give u ya pocket money for the month.

Please don't misunderstand joint account. It does not mean that the husband or wife won't have other accounts. But they will have a joint account where they pull resources together to develop their family.

So if u want to buy anything to ur mother secretly without ur wife knowledge, good!. use money from ur personal account not joint account.

If u operate a joint account, at the end of the month u will pay in the house keep money for the month into the account. And i bet u, nobody will worry u for money through out the month unless their an emergency. This will help u to plan and invest which other money u have. But if on ur way home, ur wife will call u & tell u to buy bread, milk and sugar while coming home, u will end up spending the whole money u earn.

do nigerian ATM accept foriegn card(Credit, Pre-Paid and Debit Cards).

It accepts Master card and Visa cards
Business / Re: Beware Of Diamond Bank Atm Machines, Dont Fall Victim by saintchux(m): 10:55am On May 18, 2007
Aproko:

@ poster,
this has happened to my sister at diamond atm at the palms. she lodged a complain with her bank (gtb), filled a form and in about 48hrs she got a mail that her money has been credited. so go back to intercontinental and complain(try not to be rude oh). it will be sorted out don't worry.

I work in a bank (not diamond bank)and managing ATM is one of my core duty. The problem we have here is that some people do not do what they suppose to do, only to go home and complain. They told u that u collected money, why not make an official complaint and go to ur bank and complain too.

I have about 3 cases of ATM not paying a customer since this year and within 48 hrs, their account were credited. Even if u did not complain, our report will show that a reversal was done on ur account and the point of dispensing. But when u complain it will be easier and faster for us to credit ur account.

There is one particular case we have when a customer did a transaction and the ATM was taking long to pay, it is still showing " Transaction processing" and the guy left and after, d money was dispensed. the next person that want to use d ATM was a good Nigerian who called d attention of the security man on duty. So when the guy came back to complain of not been paid, after questioning, he agree that the ATN was still showing "Transaction proessing" when he left. You have to be careful when u use ATM.

TIPS USING ATM
1. Check ur balance before withdrawing any amount.
2. Carry out ur transaction.
3. Check ur balance after withdrawing.
4. If the transaction stay long, wait until it completes.
5. Seek help from security men or any staff around - this is important, I watch many people from camera and see d nonsense they are doing with the ATM especially the big girls.
6. count ur money, b/4 u leave.
7. Always protect ur pin code. watch ur back, especially if u are withdrawing from ATM in open place
8. Wait for ur ATM card to come out if u are using wincor type, some guy have left their card after collecting money.
9.If you card is seize by ATM report immediately, if working day, you will retrieve immediately, if weekend go their on Monday or report to ur bank.

If need any help, let me know. Enjoy!
Politics / Re: Who Took The Loans And Where Was It Spent? by saintchux(m): 4:15pm On May 17, 2007
MAMAJAMA:

Impressive. what could the consequences be if we refused to pay this debt? they can have sanctions on us but at

least our country will be fully developed. The presidency should have embark on investigation to find out who took the

loans and what purpose was the loan for. and was it utilized to the full ability?

Is this an indictment on the president for not investigating and just giving out our money?
Family / Re: Should A Husband And Wife Operate A Joint Account? by saintchux(m): 1:46pm On May 17, 2007
I think that having a joint account should be a necessity in the family. All my school fees was paid from my parents joint a/c. The family s maintained from family joint a/c.

Just as seun said, it is only a dysfunctional family that will be against joint a/c

@MamaJama

What is your interest in all these? U talk like a typical PDP board of trustee member.

U attack anyone against ur view.

Mind u that the majority of the senate that voted for Atiku indictment and gave OBJ clean bill of health is just like the Majority that killed constitution amendment bill just because of the third term on it, not minding other amendment that will benefit Nigerians. Now we are suffering because of it.
U are hear jubilating that two thieves were caught and on escaped.

Politics / Re: Tinubu Condemn's Yar'adua! by saintchux(m): 5:51pm On May 09, 2007
Dis Guy:

I don't think you should make a point in reference to anybody's family

I mentioned d family because he used to show that he has presence in Lagos. I live in lagos too, and my own environment is not dirty. We pay PSP people to dispose our waste.

Dis Guy:

Are you saying crime rate in other states are relatively low because the FG pay more attention to them?

FG should know that Lagos is not Bola Tinubu, any disagreement they have with Bola Tinubu should not affect Nigerians living in Lagos. They refuse to give Lagos what is due to them. Lagos is not just a state, but former Nigeria Capital. It should be taken care of more than every other state.
Lagos is the economic capital of Nigeria. If anything happens to Lagos, Nigeria is doomed economically.

Dis Guy:

the private sector are obviously paying extra for security of their own property and business

Extra for security, to who are they paying. Where am working, we spend a lot in security, none of it goes to Lagos state government. It all goes to Police and FG. We pay for MOPOL both day and night to guard our office. Lagos state government has no say on it.
Politics / Re: Tinubu Condemn's Yar'adua! by saintchux(m): 3:14pm On May 09, 2007
So if i say Tinubu did well, am now tinubu boy. Sorry u disappoint me.

MAMAJAMA:

DUDE I was just in LAGOS in January and I will be in Lagos again next month. My family reside in Lagos and I know what Lagos look like in the 90's compare to what we have today

If ur family is living in lagos and the area they are living is dirty, will Tinubu come and keep ur compound clean 4 u. Is ur family that is dirtying the environment, they should keep it clean.

MAMAJAMA:

Please leave that noise maker alone, TINUBU my ass, look for a governor with credibility and action, tinubu is a failure, why is the transportation and all the housing so dilapidated? how many years did Jakanded spend in office and his impact was enormous. boy you better check your facts before you start talking About issues, have you been to TAQUA BAY OF the 90's compare to what we have now? have you been to IKOYI of the 90's compare to what we have now? i am not here to trade word with you but I can appreciate a good governor when I see one. go to ABUJA and CROSS RIVER and see what action and progress is like.

What is the problem with Ikoyi?

What is in Abuja?

Just as you complain, have u been to Kubwa, dutse alhaji and the environs.

Cross river yes? Did you go to Ikom, ogoja etc.

You people forgot that Lagos is a state not a city. When you mention Abuja, you should compare it with lekki, Ikoyi, V/I. When u mention calabar, you should compare it with Ikeja & not with Ajengule.

Lagos is a state with 20 LG and all are mega city. Name one state in the country that have as many developed city like lagos. Apart from calabar town which other city do we have in cross river that u should compare with lagos. If Tinubu should leave Badagry, Apapa, Agege, etc and come and focus on Ikoyi and V/I alone, then Lagos would have been better than London.

Dis Guy:

have you been to other states at all?

Crime in lagos have sky rocketed!
The only thing saving lagos is the private sector that have been there right from day one!
I hope someone is monitoring the loans the state govt is signing up for

Which other state. Oyo?

Is Tinubu in charge of Nigeria Police that control crime?
What is the contribution of private sector to the security of Lagos?
Which all the resource, what is FG doing in Niger delta to curb the menace of kidnapping.

Does this means that none of the family member and even the eldest brother which is ur close friend is not aware of the relationship of seven years?
It then means that you have not been to their house before, if two of you are leaving close according to you, people would have noticed your relationship.

I
I thought about that but it is not easily done. How many people will I get something to do ? How much will I offer ? Some of them are students. Do I also set up students in a business, even if I have the money ?

I don't think this will be practicable either.

if you have 50 friends in Nigeria that are asking you for money. Teach 2 how to make the money, now you people are 3 helping other, 3 of you teach other 5 people, you are now 8, before you know eat, the whole Nigeria will be affected. Who told you that student do not do business. Most of the recharge and call centers are owned by students. set them up and stop complaining. Help one person today.

Food / Re: My Boyfriend Buys Me Buka Food! by saintchux(m): 9:56pm On May 04, 2007
It is so unfortunate that instead of cooking for your boy friend, u are busy complaining of buying you buka food, you should be happy that he even thinks of buying you food.

Your work does not give you time to go and cook for him, if he decide to marry u nko, will your work gives you time to take care of house chores. Make out time before it becomes too late.

You better go and buy kitchen utensil and start cooking before another person takes over. You are making yourself a visitor in your boyfriends house. Enjoy!

Nigerians

INEC

I disagree with you.

we should blame INEC, FG, OBJ

INEC
They refused to enable a level playing ground for all political parties. The disqualify candidate at will with no reason.
E.G On 13th of April, INEC rejected a court order server on them by Ngige's lawyer to put his name on ballot paper because that day was public holiday. On the same day they accepted a letter from PDP that they are withdrawing from Imo state gubernatorial election, though is a public holiday. There are numerous breaches committed by INEC

FG
The FG refused to release money to INEC on time to prepare for the election, we can recall at a time INEC cheque bounced. The next election is 2011, INEC can start now to prepare for it, they will wait until December 2010.

OBJ
He delcared the election do or die affairs.

How can u blame Nigerians. We came out and voted and the result was changed. Are Iwu or any of his Commissioner that announce result. So what is the offense of Nigerians
