Finally wrote the test this evening after days of getting "Verification for ID .......failed" while trying to login my Nasims test portal....Guess what? I wrote my test using ordinary operamini on my phone, no hitches no glitches only I was bombarded with maths questions....scored 70%.

'Verification for user ID: NPWR/2020/04......... failed' is what i get when i try logging to take the test. I have updated my profile and uploaded all necessry documents. Pls any solution? M getting fed up.

At his age, there is nothing much that can be done. Just make provisions for your mum to spend time away from him, intermittently.

Don't think my mum will want to do this now after enduring all these years.

My dad over 70 years+ is a perfectionist,in my whole life i've never seen any mean human like him, this is a man you can never please. He finds fault in everything you do. In short he's a saddist.
Growing up was hell with him, hardly would a week pass without him quarreling with my mum (his wife) and raining insults on her, sometimes it get physical.
Well, i earlier believed that as he aged, he'll change but to no avail cause he is now worst.
Sitting him down advising him as well as praying for him has no effect on him.
Has any one experienced this? Pls share your views and profound solutions if you got one.

A Senegalese man abducted 51 children when he hijacked an Italian school bus and set the vehicle alight in a protest over migrant deaths in the Mediterranean.

Ousseynou Sy, originally Senegalese but with Italian citizenship, stopped the bus he was driving, with two classes of high school students on board.

He was said to have ordered the children's hands to be bound and threatened to kill them and himself during the drive, before setting the vehicle on fire when he was stopped by a police blockade today.

Officers broke the glass in the back door of the bus and got all the passengers to safety without serious injury before the flames destroyed the vehicle, authorities said.

As he was apprehended, the driver said he was protesting migrant deaths in the Mediterranean, Commander Luca De Marchis told Sky TG24.

The incident happened in San Donato Milanese, a town near Milan, Italy.

The 47-year-old father of two, whose ex-wife is Italian, has been arrested and charged with carnage and kidnapping, worsened by the fact that most of the people involved are under age.

De Marchis told Sky TG24 that the driver, an Italian citizen of Senegalese origin in his 40s, threatened the passengers, telling them that 'no one would survive today' as he commandeered the bus carrying two middle-school classes in Cremona province, some 25 miles (40 kilometres) from Milan.

ANSA quoted one of the students as saying the driver took all their phones and ordered the chaperones to bind the students' hands with cable ties, threatening to spill gas and set the bus ablaze.

The student, whose name was not given, said a classmate managed to conceal his phone.

Authorities said that an adult called an emergency operator, while one of the students called a parent, and they alerted authorities, who set up roadblocks.

Special Forces of the Nigeria Army on Thursday killed hundreds of Boko Haram terrorists in massive clearance operations in Borno State.

The troops made up of Nigerian Army Special Forces, the Nigerian Navy Special Forces as well as the Nigerian Air Force Special Forces however lost an officer and a soldier during the clearance operations.

According to the Nigerian Army Spokesman, Brig. Gen Sani Usman, the operations which commenced on December 28, cleared several towns and villages of Boko Haram remnants.

Usman, in a statement, listed towns cleared as Zare, Gudumbali, Kukawa, and Cross Kauwa while troops have also taken control of Baga and are clearing the fringes of Lake Chad.

He lauded the troops for their gallantry in giving the terrorists a bloody nose, saying the Air Task Force of Operation Lafiya Dole also gave maximum air support in dealing a devastating blow on the terrorists.

Brig Gen. Usman said: “In the determined efforts to wipe out remnants of Boko Haram terrorists that now goes by the appellation of Islamic State of West Africa Province (ISWAP), the gallant troops of the newly formed Nigerian Army Special Forces Command (NASFC), Operation LAFIYA DOLE, have given the terrorists that attacked troops location in Baga a bloody nose.

“The triumphant troops, particularly the highly revered 707 Special Forces Brigade which is the vanguard of the great exploit, dealt the decisive blow that neutralised several terrorists along that axis despite prior warning to them by some unpatriotic elements.

“The Special Forces commenced clearance operations on 28th December 2018, where they cleared Zare, Gudumbali, Kukawa and Cross Kauwa without any resistance from suspected terrorists. However, at Cross Kauwa, the unfortunate ISWAP terrorists made a costly mistake of raising their ugly heads.

“In professional fashion the troops exploited the situation to instantly and decisively neutralise the insurgents and captured some equipment.

“Though some of the terrorists attempted to infiltrate troops camp at Monguno, the gallant troops lured them and neutralised many of them and recovered some arms and ammunition.

“The troops who are in high spirit had since linked up with other forces in Baga where they cleared the Naval Base and the surrounding areas.

“Unfortunately, in the process, the Special Forces lost one officer and a soldier, while five other soldiers sustained injuries.



“The remains of the two fallen heroes and the wounded have since been evacuated.

“The injured soldiers are in stable condition and receiving medical attention.

“The troops are busy consolidating and clearing vestiges of the terrorists within the northern Borno State axis with special emphasis on the Lake Chad region.”
