I don't see why people are blaming Buhari or apc... The blame should be on poor arrangement by the officials of PICA Lagos chapter, I also visited the Kano centre and things are coordinated well and the main problem is that some pensioniers did not come with complete records... Instead of blaming Buhari I rather blame pdp and the past leaders that refused to pay these people that served Nigerians and Nigeria when they were young.

The first question should be, Do you have a permanent voters card(pvc)?if yes, who would you vote for pmb or atiku?
