How many amps does your inverter provide the battery?
Try and get some self diagnosis like voltmeter and amps meter..

But without this the cheapest will be the display on the inverter. It might dispaly the voltage of your batteries has they are in absorb or float. You must have an idea your type of battery absorb or float voltages. Written on the body.

Personally if you already have an inverter and panels, if you can't get new deep cycle batteries get tokunboh batteries and experiment.
Better than a single car battery that will die too soon..

How will he use a single car battery and enjoy. Ls elaborate.

Bro there is no problem with asking for inverter seller on this thread but your initial post did not in any way indicate that you just want to buy a 2kva and that's why folks(including my humble self) were trying to make sure your inverter meets your expectation.

Besides phc or primary health center are not hospitals or full fledge clinics. They are basic referral points where a health worker meets the community to either educate or admister vaccines, or refer to general hospital if the case is serious.. no need for fancy asthethics.

Experts in the house, pls why does a solar set up harvest more when in use ( I.e loads on them are on) than when they are not in use ( I.e when loads on them are off)?

Simple when load is on the panels it provides current or amps for the load you are using and also tries to charge your batteries the same time. It is only if your load exceeds the current generated by the panels then some amps is depleted from your batteries to add to the panels current.

I support oga Chris on this, encourage the guy not go all out and insult his product when you haven't tested it. Pls what are the warranty on your products and after sale services.... @solar

I hear that a lot and makes me wonder; if the standalone CC dies, what's the use of the standalone inverter that is still alive? especially in a off-grid set-up.
The main gist for me is that anyone that wants consistent power source should keep a copy of their hybrids or the standalones. May master J bless our hustle.

For standalone, If your cc dies in an off grid situation, which we all know you must have a gen for backup, you will still survive with your inverter . Besides all I have to find is a backup up cc and life goes on.(less expenses).
But in hybrid, cc get yawa you withdraw the whole system how do you want to operate with batteries only. Ok you get back up let me guess another hybrid (more expenses), or a standalone cc and stand alone inverter (more expense).
Any how you look at it, it also boils down how the devices are built, I have used my episolar standalone for 6 yrs no yawa, but within that period I have repaired and changed my inverter so many times no brainier...... N

I just bought this, you are very right. The fan makes a very loud blender like noise. As for hybrid taking over I think what is ruling nigerians is the cost implications of buying a separate inverter and charge controller.
But in reality, if your hybrid as an issue with the inverter or charge controller and needs repair you are left with only batteries, start looking for a backup inverter and charge controller...
