NYSC didn't announce this on any platform,but LGI's are confirming it..

In the past days,a circular was released as per the date of pop for 19B1.
The bone of contention is,LGI's are confirming this,but nysc are yet to post it on their platforms..Coupled with the fact that lots of Corp members have traveled back home and there's a gridlock in almost all states due to the growing pandemic,how do these people go to their states of service to collect their certificates??If it be possible,can anyone with better info let them know what's up??Am part of them.
