Stillthebest: Rape is bad. Anyone who engages in it is near animal.
But I consider Timi a foolish man by just deem it to allow his wife to come out this time. It is late. How does he know if his wife is saying all the truth. Why couldn't the lady talk before now?? How many men of God has controversy brought down? Instead it makes them more popular and strongER. From TB JOSHUA, TO OYEDEPO TO SULEIMAN TO FATHER MBAKA ETC. If Busola(Timis wife) is just coming out now to talk even after many years all by trying to create a public disgust for Fatoyinbo, it makes no sense to me. Rape and sexual predatory cases ARE NEVER LATE. As a matter of fact, I think now is the best time, because others have come out before them, which somewhat cements or reinforce Busola's claim. Suleiman has only had one controversy and one person roped in (Stephanie Otobo and Daniella Okeke). Another would cause people to believe the man is what they call.. What happened to R Kelly, Michael Jackson and Bill Cosby after donkey years of alleged abuse and statutory rape? Should Busola pursue the case in a court of law and other abused ladies summon courage to come out, Fatoyinbo would be good as gone. Have it at the back of your mind that cases as this are never late. Never! |

I hate to say this but Fatoyinbo is quite looking like an animal. Some of us tried to shake of the graphic details of Ese Walter's ordeal and thought his village people were behind but so far, more than five persons have come out saying the same thing about this one man. The world has been waiting for his robust response since Ese Walter's.
A cheat would forever be a cheat even if he answers God's call. And except God touches him, he'd never change. Fatoyinbo is a total let down. |

Rochas embezzled govt property for his personal use, incured so many debts.. I'm quite sure Rocha's maids have hotels in owerri too. Allow this man to do what he's doing, judge him after a year. dont be too quick. Rochas is part of state problem, he's dealing with it really well But it was witch hunt to you and your ilks when Buhari and the EFCC went after PEJ and Jonathan's cronies shey? I have said it from the outset that Ihedioha has no agenda for Imolites. If you must fight your predecessor, do so from a legal standpoint! Seyi Makinde, Sanwolu and a handful of newly elected governors have been making noise through their works and this one isn't really bothered about governance.
He might end up not doing a thing till four years pass and then he'd come around to grovel and probably share one common household item just to get a second term. The South East is super blessed with incredible governors. |

Kenturkey048: the governor himself is more or less the statutory issue of Benue state... 1)The Tiv indigenes are the most occupant of Benue state. 2) among them have very few persons with the capacity to logical rationalism. 3) atleast fayose had several persons that understood him and backed him up,,here in Benue state, the indigenes dont see anything positive from the governor's angle.. 4)Fulani would continue to run them for ever and ever even without the ruga settlement.. I feel they would align as long as he is acting in the interest of the people. The attack on Benue is way too much and disturbing. |

Two things: either some Fulani elements planted made the move or that Buhari did to test the resolve of Ortom. Ortom, unfortunately, is a weakling. How he allowed himself to be bullied by one tiny ethnic group beats my imagination. |

kellord: While I deserve every curse you rain on me, I'd like to apologize for all that has transpired. Firstly, to Czarina who painstakingly called me to advise me and secondly, to catwalq who is bearing the brunt of my greed. And finally, to the entire nairaland for what I've done is terrible. I didn't set out to scam anyone initially. Truth is both my mom and dad ran away when I was a kid, my grandmother has been taking care of me ever since. She's old now so it's my turn to take care of her. I blew everything out of proportion. Not everything was a lie. I still owe my school three sessions school fees and can't get a good job without my papers, so I resolved that I was going to go with the kidney stuff. Well, that was before Czarina called me. She was more interested in my mom's "supposed illness". I was using the illness as an excuse for the 'kidney selling' but after she advised that I share the story on nairaland, I hesitated. I've never done this before. But the thought of having enough finance to clear my debts at school and off it, lured me into this. I'm really sorry. I'm a freelance writer but freelancing pays me just enough to cover my feeding and lately, jobs have been few and far between. I'm really sorry. I'm embarrassed! I hope this doesn't stop you guys from helping those who truly need it. I goofed. I messed up big time. Sorry once again. I'd try to reach out to catwalq to see how I can transfer back her money. I've been feeling remorseful since yesterday, can't even eat and I decided to tender my apology. Once again, I know I deserve the curses and abuses and nothing I say or do will change that but please forgive me. I played on your conscience and good hearts. I'm sorry. See, I am not really one to judge people but you are a hardened criminal. You took your time to appeal to people's emotions before wanting to pull off your little scheme and to think that you used an alternate to get the thread going meant you are good in the art of deception. You are only sorry you got caught. If you had gotten massive help, I'm sure you'd have deactivated and disappeared into thin air. If I were your parents, God forbid, I'd take you to a staunch with garment church to have your head washed with a black soap and an iron sponge. You never thought about your reputation or name before choosing to pull this, now you turn around with another brand of sub-story; a third at that. I pray karma doesn't take too long to take you on a date for the troubles you put people in on the thread. It is always your first time when you are caught. Criminal. |

AllenSpencer: Great news!
This will end the farmers/Herdsmen clashes.
The Governor should capitalize on this initiative and completely ban open grazing without clauses.
Benue state police commissioner should be put in loop of development and anyone found straying or wandering should be arrested henceforth. Outside this settlements, No other settle ment for herdsmen should be allowed in state and a database of practicing herdsmen should be maintained by the state government. What is great about a supposed forced move? Why are Fulanis/Herders bent on establishing colonies in every part of Nigeria? Why is the Federal government pushing against the will of a state and her people? Buhari is a cancer, no doubt. He can't remain in power forever and if I were Ortom, I'd sue the Federal government. This is a security issue which must not be taken with levity. Ortom is too quiet for a governor and the FG knows this. Fayose tackled this menace well Fulanis stayed away from Ekiti up until his tenure lapsed. Any governor who means well for his people would do the same. Enough of Fulanis overrunning Nigeria. |

The thread is run and supported by criminal elements. There's no way an automated text message would be sent into the 'future'. Getting a SOA from the bank is unnecessary here. One can easily pull this from the bank's app transaction history.
Plus a simple image search would have prevented a lot.

We know them reach like that. No, you don't. The groove is an ancient, sacred forest and now doubles as a tourist attraction. It is forbidden to kill the monkeys in the groove and tourists find them fascinating, particularly those who have never seen monkeys in real life. Ideally, they'll breed, multiply and become a menace to houses and organizations around should they decide to stretch their territories. I observed this the last time I went there in 2014 but the guide said the monkeys have been in the groove for donkey years. |

They're almost out of the Copa American tourney. Qatar just needs to quash their dreams and that settles it. |

This thread used to be very interesting but it has become the Instagram of Nairaland where people go all out to impress people they've never seen. 'Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE!' and people are going as far filling syringes with raw Tomatoes/Ketchup. Far from reality, if you ask me. It is one thing being a chef on a professional level, it is another thing when you're alone in your kitchen. I can't imagine the pain of filling a cooking syringe with ketchup on a normal day in your kitchen... Haba! The essence of every meal is simplicity; not how it is prepared but how it looks when it is finished. It would be a different ball game entirely if you were cooking for a gourmet or a critic. The pressure has pushed some to use slay queen filters on meals just because they don't want to be left behind. To the Amiedi and Starch eaters, God bless your originality, the Okra cooks, the jollof variant cooks and lovers of simplicity, God bless you lots. To the complicated cooks, God bless you as well I just pray we don't start seeing Crepe Bandages in plates, in the name of artistry. |

ChristianNorth: Why won't they attack when we have a clueless president backed by spineless moslems from a waste land.
Can Russians launch an unprovoked attack on Americans in Russia without dire consequences?
Never!!! Stop sounding someone whose brain is on leave. Is the president responsible for the horrible things most Nigerians do in other people's domain? Should Russians misbehave in the U.S., believe me, they would be messed up! You lots fail to understand that the government is not responsible for what happens to you guys after you've messed up other people's lands. The unfortunate part of this is that a few honest Nigerians would be affected but if this is what would birth a revival and and chase away that criminal spirit, then I say so be it. |

pupsyd: My fellow Nairalander's, I apologized to bother you with my personal problem, it's just that this burden is too much for me to handle.
It all begins after I lost my first job, things becomes so had that it's so difficult to have two round of food per day. To the extent that I couldn't afford to pay for my house rent. This made me to relocated to my mother's house with my wife and children. Both I and my family had been staying with my mom for the past 2years now. Recently, I was graceful to get a security job in an estate, with a pay of #20k per month.
The biggest problem of all that I'm facing now is that of my wife, she insisted that we should leave my mother's house, that she doesn't feel comfortable with her anymore. She told me this like 3-4months ago. She quarrels a lot with my mom and siblings on petty issues. Now, she began to sick, one sickness after another.
I had seek help from both families and friends but I couldn't get any. I have been neglected and deserted.
And all I could save from my salary was just #35K
Please Nairalanders' kindly save me from this disgrace and shame. help me to save my marriage I want to rent a new home!
I'm infact, addicted to this forum, which prompt me to seek for the assistance of my well to do fellow Nairalanders.

I'm for real please help me. https://www.nairaland.com/4311308/nairalander-need#64511065In the very early months of last year, you claimed you couldn't go home and had ran to your family members and they couldn't help with a certain debt you owed. You claimed you needed about 20k to offset your debt and return to your family. A year after, you're here again. What then happens when you move your family from your mother's house? How do you intend to feed them after leaving your parent's house? You cannot keep running to people on cyberspace every time. You should be more concerned about getting a job that would sustain you and your family in the long run. |
