zanogo:
hey!! you are not that wrong, but higuain at his peak is very good at positioning, he just usually misses than he scores, when at madrid, he would replace benzema at the 60 minutes mark and would still see more good chances than benzema who played more minutes, musa has always been like this, that is why he is not great, just only good, great speed, average dribbling but poor execution, we dont have to blame ighalo here, musa has always been like this, he is not decisive at all, for a player of his calibre, i think it is shameful, when u beat a wing back and dashing towards the box 18, you look up to see available team mates, if they are few or they are not reachable, then you can go for the kill, but musa will just throw an aimless pass into the box waiting for miracle to happen just like The over hyped Townsend during his tottenham days, great speed, great dribbling but no end product, i would prefer onyekuru and Chukwueze on the wings. musa is an expert dog used for hunting, and an expert dog used for hunting does not spoil the meat of his games or else he pays with his own skin , musa needs to sit on the bench for sometime.
Benzema has more positioning than Higuain but isn't as clinical. Higuain barely lost a one-on-one encounter while Benzema lost a lost. Why Benzema is considered a better alternative to Higuain is because you'd always find him in the right place and at the right time. That is the only one edge that Benzema had over Higuain at Madrid.

Blaming the Super Eagles' Team is unfair. Most of these guys are not used to one another as we think. You wonder why the Argentinian Messi is not the same as the Barcelona Messi, it is because of understanding as this. National sides barely allow their players play together for long. They never stop experimenting and introducing new players to the team, while the story is different for club teams who play over 50 matches in a season.

Musa is an incredible player and his presence in that team means everything.

Not a fan of the nonsense show though but these guys think the world revolves around them?

Nigeria is a secular state and except there is an attempt to go Saudi Arabia on us, then; ONLY THEN can MURIC be relevant.

I am interested in MURIC's opinions on RUGA, the ongoing Muslim cult riot in Abuja and the activities of Fulani Herdsmen.

Enough of the celebration, biko. We have more concerns right now. There is Feghouli, Mahrez, Delort, Ounas and Slimani to worry about in our next game.

Whatever happens, I pray Drake does not famz us and wish our dear Super Eagles well.

holllandis:
Have you noticed that Ahmed Musa is being unselfish the but the problem is he passes the ball to ighalo who either waste it or the ball is passed to no one in particular

Please let someone tell the coaching crew this
Musa is doing the work of a winger. His mission is to run down the line and create chances from the outside into the 18 box. He does that fairly well but most of his balls are wasted because you hardly find players in the box when his crosses come in.

Ighalo is an incredible finisher, to be fair but he lacks positioning just like Higuain. Speed is obviously not his strength. Musa might not take on the opponent's goalkeeper head on if he doesn't find his way into the 18 box. Him being selfish would mean every tiny chance he gets would be blasted into space, or at best, we get a corner kick.

The proper thing would be to ask the winger to spot out his man and counsel the striker to be more mobile and move when the winger poses a threat to the opposition.

Don't expect every winger to be like Ronaldo. It's unfair.

Long but interesting and insightful. Unfortunately, the practice is still very much active and around despite the public show of 'abolishment' last year.

Culture is forever an identity and valuable to us as Africans, but this right here, is demonic. How is the next door neighbour better than me or how am I in any way better than the next man who has no control over the type of family he is born in?

The earlier it is discovered that this one aspect of culture is too dangerous, the better it is for the sake of cohesion.

We have played Senegal in competitive football (18) than South Africa (14). Why then is South Africa considered as one of Nigeria's top 3 ahead of Senegalhuh What happened to Ivory Coast?

The so called North Africans don't see themselves as blacks/Africans but as Arabs, believe me, almost all countries in middle east and north Africa dislike blacks, from Saudi Arabia to Iran to Iraq to Egypt to Libya to even Isreal, they all see us as subhumans, my only concern is why will a black country like South Africa hate his fellow black people, it's quite saddening.

lol, you they mind that one. I don't even know what's wrong with some people, can't they just rejoice with those rejoicing, at least our performance last night made some of us forget about our little challenges and problems.

Who do you think we are meeting next?
Those black South Africans are horrible and I mean it. The funniest part is that they consider Nigeria as their greatest rival in Africa when in fact we don't see them as one. They are not even in our top 5 as far as football in Africa is concerned.

Truly, the match made us forget our problems. I wish the Eagles could play once every week, win and make us forget the problems we have in this country like most of us did last night.

The Algerian team seems better than the Ivorians. I'd prefer we meet the latter than the former, not because I think they are better than us though. North Africans share a similar dislike as the South Africans towards other Black African countries. It would make so much sense to seize the tournament and turn it to an all Black African tournament.

No matter how well we start protesting in this country, justice won't be served as long as our present judiciary passes judgment on the matter. The law is designed for the poor.

Webmasters › Re: How Do I Tell My Husband I No Longer Want His Hosting Services? by Sanchez01(m): 5:21pm On Jul 05, 2019
Godmother:
My husband runs a web hosting service and hosts a few sites. Unfortunately, the websites on his hosting hardly pay and he uses his own money to pay.

There have been times he didn't have money at the time and his hosting had to go offline for days and even weeks.

This is happening too often. The web hosting goes offline almost every month these days.

I have suggested to him to give up this hosting business since it doesn't bring in money but instead, takes from him each month(been going on for over four years).

He hosts for me but I'm thinking of transferring the site to a different host as the monthly downtime that spans for weeks is seriously affecting my site's ranking (my Alexa ranking has dropped drastically to 18,000,000). The only alternative is to start paying the monthly subscription of 15,000 as against paying 17,000-25,000 yearly if I host with another company.

I want to transfer my site out, but Im scared doing so will hurt my husband and I don't want that.
Well, you already made the mistake of mixing family and business together. Don't tell him directly as he might not take it too well, considering the fact that his hosting availability is erratic.

Gather stats from your site, i.e, from Jetpack (downtime monitor), Google Analytics (crawl errors) and Alexa, etc. and present them to him. He'd need solid proof to align with you. If he understands how his service has impacted your site negatively, he'd reason with you swiftly.

God bless Pastor & Pastor (Mrs) Adejumo for this wise advice. I am still so shocked the way people reacted to Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo. This incident (if at all it ever happened) happened long time ago, pastor Fatoyinbo May have still been growing in the Lord then. How old was he then. The pressure may have pushed him to do what he did that time. What happens if this man has secretly begged God for forgiveness and what if God has pardoned him. In our daily life, we commit one form of sin or the other and we plead to God for forgiveness and God forgives us. Why are we castigating Pastor Fatoyinbo as if we are all innocent. Lot of people that want the downfall of this man may be those who last night went into their house-help’s room to also carry out the same thing Busola alleged Pastor Fatoyinbo did to her.
Let’s us be wise is judging this man and let him have his peace. God is a merciful Father, He is always forgiving us anytime we err provided we confess our sins and plead for forgiveness.
That he did it a long time ago isn't the point, but that he claimed no such thing happened in his so called press release. I am not perfect and I am not God but I do understand that admittance of sin or whatever it is I did wrong precedes forgiveness. Has he come out to admit it happened a long time ago? No! He claimed it never happened and that this was the first time he was being accused directly when in fact Ese Walter's graphic details of whatever went down between them is still scattered on cyber space.

So why was fact finding the first thing she mentioned, What busola said is just an unproven allegation ,and that is whythe first thing she mentioned was fact finding, someone cannot accuse one of doing something and such is proclaimed guilty , your guilty needs to be proven first before passing sentence . As for the rest she is just trying to be as neutral as possible to appease both parties involved and not necessarily supporting busola .
There's an aspect of linguistics called DISCOURSE ANALYSIS. It focuses on analyzing a text, speech, speech patterns, text patterns and how words are communicated. Discourse Analysis are used even in courts of advanced countries.

I analyzed the text just as I would do any statement, facts or otherwise.

1. Busola raised allegations against Fatoyinbo
2. Pastor Funke admitted to have worked behind the scenes, meaning Fatoyinbo has likely been pressed to give account of whatever happened.
3. She also admitted it took her time to come out because 'serious work' had to be done 'behind the scenes'.

Now see this...

1. She thanked God Fatoyinbo stepped aside to allow for fact finding
(a possible obstruction of justice would have happened or that he would rope the church in his mess. COZA was never accused but Fatoyinbo came out to dismiss the allegations leveled against him, using COZA's letterhead paper. He never seperated his church from his person and this was what Pastor Funke meant).

2. And then she mentioned HEALING (who is to heal, the accused or the 'victim'? Is she implying that Busola, seeing Pastor B on the altar or knowing he still preaches would hurt her?)

3. And she mentioned RESTITUTION immediately after healing (who is restituting here?)

4. And then 'JUSTICE CONTINUES' (this, here, is everything. What justice is implied here; that the truth continues to come forward or that Pastor B continues to be the subject of social media trial or that Busola continues to 'suffer'?).

5. ... THAT THE CONGREGATION THAT GOD HAS ENTRUSTED INTO OUR HANDS ARE GUIDED WITH LOVE, INTEGRITY AND WISDOM (love because the truth and pure concern for the church must be exhibited; integrity because Fatoyinbo must deal with the church with all honesty and not sway the members because he is the manager and finally; wisdom because the congregation must not be led astray and support the foolishness of what is thrown at them)

6. THE HOUSE OF GOD SHOULD REMAIN A SAFE SPACE FOR All. (this is more declarative and assertive than a suggestion. Statements as this are often directed at or towards someone or a people. It could be towards Fatoyinbo, members of the church, social media jurors, even Busola and the family).

7. NO FORM OF ABUSE SHOULD HAVE A PLACE IN GOD'S HOUSE (notice she said 'no form of abuse'... Also note this is coming at a time after she has 'worked behind the scene' to make her findings.)

8. MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY IS WITH EVERYONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED BROKEN TRUST FROM THE CHURCH. BUSOLA. EVERY GIRL. EVERY BOY. EVERY CHILD. MAN. WOMAN.

Perhaps you might want to ask why her apology is coming after she stated that abuse of whatsoever form should not have its place in God's house. Also notice she was specific by mentioning 'Busola'. While you could say it means nothing, understand she is the purpose of her piece in the first place.

9. THE CHURCH IS EMBRACING ACCOUNTABILITY (how? By making the accused responsible, regardless of his position subject himself to justice and allow for it to 'continue'?)

Her statement alone attests and admits certain things even though she was generic with THE CHURCH and not specific. But this is coming after:

IT HAS TAKEN ME TIME TO SPEAK PUBLICLY ABOUT THIS BECAUSE WORK FIRST HAD TO BE DONE TO ENABLE THE PROCESS OF RESOLUTION.

You said she was NEVER raped. So how is statutory rape different from rape?
And you missed THE PART OF MY POST WHERE I MENTIONED THAT SEVERAL PERSONS WHO KNEW BUSOLA AT THE TIME CLAIMED SHE WAS MORE THAN 17?

What is the age of consent in Nigeria? It has always been disputable; 11 is but some quarters claim it is 18. Mind you, Northerners marry a girl child before 18.

What I am implying is that FATOYINBO'S LAWYERS WOULD HAVE A FIELD DAY ON COURT if statutory rape is the basis for the case. They would digress from whether or not he had sex with her to contesting her age and digging up details about her age.

If he is charged on grounds of sexual predatory assault, he won't scale through. Even though she consented, questions around her innocence would be the focus. Did you not follow Bill Cosby's, Surviving R Kelly and Michael Jackson's eventshuh

Youthful exuberance Exploited by an older person?read what you just wrote again and tell me how that's different from statutory rape
If you have been following my post over this ish, you'd have realized I have mentioned 'statutory rape' from the outset. In her video, she made it seem like she was threatened when she wasn't. She prolly liked him like most church teens would crush on older people. I am very much behind Busola on this but her narrative isn't just about right. The picture she paints is that of brute force, which made many question why she still worshipped there years after the incident.

There are already several angles to the statutory rape ish. Some who claimed to have known Busola way back claim she was older than 17 when she and 'Pastor B' were gallivanting. It is contestable, that aspect and can easily be lost in any court, particularly if her age isn't what she claimed it was.

I rather Fatoyinbo be slapped with sexual predatory assault charges. That would nab him based on narratives by some ladies and what they experienced with him.
