Fadman4real:I believe he doesn't need to. Isn't it obvious from the way he writes? |
omonla10:What are they selling, please? |
calyto:We are still waiting for Trump to bomb Nigeria just to give them what they want. He already promised them... Let's just wait. |
cuminside:It is a great insult when you liken Kanu to Nelson Mandela. If you are very good student of history, you'd realize that nothing makes them similar in any way. Kanu called for blood and annihilation of a race. His dream is fuelled by hatred and disgust and the only way he believes he can get what he wants is through violence. Nelson Mandela towed a different path. If you're thinking that incarceration makes them similar then you need to have a rethink. Kanu is roughly two years in prison. Just wait till 25 more years then you can come back to equate him with Mandela. |
cuminside:So why was he screaming in court the other day? You mean to tell me Biafra's 'grand plan' is to 'summon' the whole world to the trial while ultimata are issued as always ![]() |
I thought they said Kanu's capture was part of Biafra's grand plan to 'cripple' Nigeria. ![]() |
Atiku2019:Frank Edward sure has not really confessed what he did or what part of the policy he violated. Mark Zuckerberg would have probably clamped down on those 'Type Amen for Jesus to bless you clown' disturbing the peace of everyone on the website. |
sinaj:I'm off ![]() |
HARDDON:You're very correct. Just zoomed in to see that. Apologies to the OP. His 18M is intact! ![]() |
Normally, I would just read and move along but it is strange that most people commenting failed to see that the alleged Statement of Account is not actually eighteen million (18M) but eighteen Billion (18bn) Naira. This is impressive. Ishilove, Ammyluv2002, something to amuse you guys ![]() |
I really don't understand why Barcelona fans, particularly Messi fans are pained each time Ronaldo gets an accolade. Ronaldo, more than any other player, had a sizzling 2016 and Messi didn't even come close. Messi failed to win the UCL with Barcelona and also failed to win what would have been his first ever MAJOR national trophy after shooting a penalty kick into space. He announced retirement from national football afterwards... But Ronaldo...Here is a fellow whom many claimed would not edge close to Messi, trophy-wise. He has failed more than anyone else and has cried more than any football player ever to grace the game. Yet, he keeps coming back just to prove a point. He keeps shutting detractors and has given the world a reason to consider him to be more efficient than his fiercest rival who failed with his national side and made up his mind never to try again by announcing retirement from national football. Ronaldo is the reason I tend to believe hardwork can shame a born genius. Messi is outstanding when it comes to football but Ronaldo sure stands out when it comes to stamping one's name on the sands of time. Proudly Madridsta.

Icon79:Life must be difficult ![]() |
I don't understand why people think Messi stands a chance here when it is clearly Ronaldo's. |
This news is so late. The local rice has always been preferred over others since late last year. Ebonyi has been responsible for feeding many families in Enugu for a while now. |
Goodness me! Thought I was the only one ![]() Well, I have given up and have vowed never to go queue in the bank just because of this. Interestingly, I only use the ATM but the charges that come after no be here. Imagine being charged 900+ for just SMS in a month. This is a corporate scam. |
“When I met JJC, I loved his talent so much, so, I told him why don’t we have a record label. I don’t know anything about music. My husband is a good producer and singer. What talent, please? |
Friendzone:The concept of 'GOOD' FOOD/SOUP is subjective as our yearnings and tastes differ. What I consider good might not be the same for you and vice versa. For example, rice makes me feel like I'm a poultry bird. Not like I don't eat it, I do but I since don't like it. |
So many inconsistencies in both stories. I could remember reading the first thread and the cause, according to the story is that the lady claimed she is a graduate who cannot marry a dropout. Now this one says he had a low sperm count. Am I the only one who is seeing this? |
slye:Power System Engineering. |
I thought Kanu is British? Why would Britain want to kill one of her own ![]() |
LastMumu: ![]() |
Mahrez owns this. |
basilo102:I understand that most are trying to spite her as a result of the Anambra bags of rice saga. That bridge is indeed a death trap. I hope you saw a motorcyclist on the bridge with a passenger? And did you see the wide tear just on the floor of the bridge? If yes, how then is it 'good enough'? And to think you stated it's just a footpath leading to nowhere is quite jarring to the ears. It's obviously a bridge the people within that terrain consider important. Bloggers might have their problems but one beautiful thing is that social media has kept many public officers on their toes and this is a right call. |
uboma:Would be going to Lagos shortly. Sorry for responding late. Thanks all the same ![]() |
Most of these ladies don't have pet project dreams. The organizers force them to achieve whatever. Some of them are just too shallow to think outside the box. Dr Muhammadu Buhari... Just imagine. |
Luqman is what this clown transformed to LOOKMAN. ![]() |
Mujaheeeden:I see no reason why you guys have to insult her. Why not verify before lashing out at her. The most important thing is that the bridge is a death trap and it is highly dangerous, regardless of where it is. With that being stated, I think you should work on the emboldened. I understand that it is a mistake, though. However, I'd also recommend you carefully string your words before sending anyone to school. The letters in red? Oh well... basilo102:I think the lady is right after all. |
Billyonaire:Usually I don't do this but your rant is meaningless. Other than Mr. Ibu, the other two you mentioned are graduates of Law who chose to tow a different path. Perhaps it's absent in your dictionary, what they have so far brought to the fore is nothing but dynamism. At the emboldened, I would like to know your definition of the word 'illiterate'. Two things; it is either you don't have a TV or you don't have access to cable TV to see the likes of Chris Tucker, Adam Sandler, Eddie Murphy, Kevin Hart, Jim Carrey, Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson, Jonah Hill, Melissa McCarthy, Rowan Atkinson (Mr Bean), and a host of others. What they do for a living is to ACT STUPID, just as the people you mentioned. Interestingly, it might interest you to know they all I have one thing in common which is COMEDY! Mr Bean is a known name all over the world and he didn't achieve that by shooting in movies or whatever. The same applies to Tyler Perry who would don female customes every now and then, yet, is one of the best success stories of Hollywood. And the idiotic Jim Carrey who is always a clown in movies? I guess the United States is a Zoo as well if we are to go by your definition. You talk about travels, yet know nothing about comedians all over the world, yet you're quick to label some set of folks as shameless who would grovel just for coins. I was thought you were enlightened in some ways, but you just proved me wrong with this horrible post. And to think that you mentioned Kanu in reference to comedy only shows that a whole lot is missing. It is not by the pyramids of Egypt and gold transportation, my friend. Knowledge in itself is free and does not hurt. You might not like what these guys do, fair enough. They're not called to everybody, that I also understand. Your little reasoning is flawed and has no iota of truth in it ![]() |
BCISLTD:I quote understand you. But then again, we're not talking Nigerians nor a Nigerian company here. We're talking about horrible Asians who employ and fire the next day. They didn't bother to give him an employment letter because it has been a practice with them. Truth is, our law is so messed up that these folks enjoy more rights than us. They could maltreat anyone who work them and get away with it. |
This is obviously Epe, Lagos. It's a common sight there. |
Nigerian salad does not require lettuce. 'Five' beans, I believe was meant to be baked beans. Tomato paste after fresh, plum tomatoes? Mayonnaise could pass as cream. |
BCISLTD:You are very correct. There are so many ways to prove that he worked with them. But was there a binding agreement ab initio? You think he would be handed a sack letter when he was not given an employment letter? This can't happen. He was hired verbally and would be fired in the same manner. As long as it is the legal route, the 'contract' between them, which was to be his employment letter is missing. His statement of account could show he worked with the company, his colleagues might confirm it but in the end, he was just a ghost without a proof there. As far as the law is concerned, he has lost. Anyone can claim to have worked with Shell, what matters most at the end of the day is the letter which indicated that you were absorbed into Shell. |
