deltateam:Juve is out. |
I wanted Barcelona out but humiliation is too much. Setien will be fired this weekend. Chelsea put up a better display after the restart than this. |
Amotolongbo:The match never existed. |
Joke of the year. Nigeria and space exploration should never be in the same sentence. We are still on oil exploration in the North ![]() |
wingmanIII:It is not in your place to weigh which sin is higher or lower. If you understood the position of the Temple in the Old Testament, you won't have directed that toward me. Back then, serving Levites die in the inner chamber of the temple just because of tiny blemishes because it was the abode of God's Spirit (Holy of Holies). Up until the veil in the temple was rent in two, it remained the abode of God until the passing of Christ and the entrance of the Holy Spirit. If you understood this, you'd know why Jesus did what he did. The Spirit of God is no longer confined to the temple but in our hearts. Stealing from a church now means nothing, compared to way back. The act in itself is the problem, not where it is done. |
pocohantas:LMAO, at the emboldened! ![]() Nothing will happen to the priest because it happened in the East. Over there, priests live like Kings and get away with a whole lot. Reminds me of one priest who was reported for sleeping a Corp member during my service year. It was swept under the carpet and the criminal was the "most disciplined" among all the priests in the missionary school at the time. |
wingmanIII:Of course, He did. The Temple was polluted with buying and selling. The case here is different? What was Jesus's response toward prostitute who was caught committing adultery? What was Jesus's response when His disciples suggested they called fire down like Elijah did? Jesus is the standard and the litmus test against any spiritual head. You can't act like a rogue and molest people's wives and daughters just because you are spiritual head. |
pocohantas:"Horseband"? Lol! I want to keep an open mind here. I saw the video repeatedly and noticed the woman looks good and not like haggard like most thieves caught. She could have done what she did as a result of greed, lack of contentment, or as a result of (let me go superstitious a minute) some strange spirit. It could have been anything. About respect, most don't even think of the other person until the die is cast. Regardless of whatever it was, she has dishonoured the husband and brought shame to her household, which is no doubt bigger than what the priest did. That said, beating a married woman in the church and raining multiple slaps is not the way for me. Would I feel the same way if it was a family man caught in the act? Definitely. Spiritual heads are many things rolled into one; counsellors, teachers, advisors, etc. This one failed, like many others before and many others after who will behave the same way. |
stagger:Well, I'm not, so stop hyperventilating and stop thinking like your crude priest for once. She could be kleptomaniac for all it's worth, or not. This is something you don't see everyday. So jumping to conclusions about using the money to feed is a bit absurd. You can't condemn the act because it is a priest involved? That's a man with no control over his spirit. Guess what Proverbs refer to such people as...? |
victorazyvictor:Tithing was an Old Testament practice to feed the priests from the tribe Levi God assigned to serve in the Temple as they were the only one that had no inheritance from the 12 tribes. The practice died in the Old Testament and was never preached in the NT because the tribes were scattered already and had mixed with other nations. Jesus taught on every topic bothering in faith, everyday living, down to paying taxes, but not on tithing. Your pastor knows this but he can't tell you. |
kingzizzy:Strange that no one condemned the act until I got to your post. This is near what Oyedepo did to a lady that at Shiloh some years back and he got away with it. A lot of these so-called clergymen are pure humans with no spiritual connection to the SOURCE. Would Jesus have beaten a married woman who stole at the temple or would He have prevented the mob from stoning her to death? If the priest was aggrieved, which is understandable, the best thing he would have done is summon the husband or hand the lady over to law enforcements. Her might be kleptomania or just sheer hunger. Regardless, she was wrong but the priest had no rights beating her. She is a married woman, which he should have considered. Heaven forbid it, if I were the husband to that lady (God forbid), I'll pursue a case here and see that the priest is punished for his reckless action. |
cosade:You were making sense until you ruined it with your last paragraph. There are classes of Obas or Kings. The Igwe title in Igboland will pass as Baálè or some third class king title in the West and South. Why? Most of the first class king titles had long been in existence before the formation of Nigeria and long before the system of government we adopted came into being. It is why most first class stools are revered and greatly feared. NO GOVERNOR IN THE WEST WILL TALK RECKLESSLY AT THE OONIRSA, let alone Oyetola of Osun State as a sitting governor. And none will dare the Aláàfin of Ọ̀yọ́, except a fellow first class king in a scuffle with him as is the case between the late Ooni and the current Aláàfin. The same applies to the Ọba of Benin. As crazy and destructive as Obaseki is, he wouldn't dare talk in a condescending manner at the Ọba, let alone ever dream of suspending the Ọba, just because he is the "state government". Does that mean he can't? Heck, no. He can but he wouldn't dream of it. All he can do, at best is cook a cold War and that's it. As for the Emir, the status has been abused greatly. Unfortunately for Sanusi, he was rewarded with the position and it was wrestled out of his grip same way. I don't understand the story of the Sultans and won't dabble into that with my limited knowledge in that aspect, but I sure as hell believe the Sultan is not under the control of the Local government. Unlike the first class Kings of the South South and South West, the Emir, today, is more of a manager while the formers are regarded as custodians, reincarnated gods and divine beings. First class Kings wield an unbelievable amount of power over vast areas, including multiple local governments. That of the Ooni transcends beyond Ifẹ̀ and even Osun State and that of the Aláàfin runs across the entire Ọ̀yọ́ State. The Ọba of Benin, I'm sure you know. Please get it today, the kingship of first class Kings IS NOT UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY. They are answerable to their State government who doesn't have any outright control over them. There is more to this than what applies with Igboland. |
elvisco44:Lol! At all, bro ![]() |
OAEMPIRE:I am not selling. I was only saying I bought mine recently for nearly the amount he asked for the console. |
odimbannamdi:"YELLOW LIGHT OF DEATH". It is a common problem with FAT PS3 consoles, which was why they went further to make other variants of the PS3 console. For your mental health, AVOID FAT PS3. |
Invest1:A fat PS3 that is prone to YLOD with just 3 games for 30k on a clearance thread? I got a slim with 10 hacked games for N32k. May greed not wreck you guys. |
Olalekanbanky1:I doubt, since it is a custom made device. Plus, fixing it yourself will most likely violate the scheme's rule, which could get you into trouble. Your best bet would be to have it sent to the service center. |
Olalekanbanky1:A wild guess... Npower should have a service center to fix their devices. |
Olalekanbanky1:Hi! If your ACPI Compliant driver is missing, a possible solution is to download your machine's exact driver from the manufacturer's drivers' download repository. While at it, be sure it is the official drivers' page of the manufacturer and select your PC model to be able to download the proper ACPI-COMPLIANT driver. In the event that some hardwares are malfunctioning already, you should troubleshoot and use the recovery driver manager on your PC. HP has this feature. Apologies for not responding in time. I have been away. |
Afam4eva:Leemao! No. I remember your comment very well each time I see your kinsmen wail about being marginalised. It's similar to the proverbial glass house parable, don't you think? The comment haunted you quickly because I recall the shameless Ohaneze Ndigbo submitting a long list of demands to a government they opposed prior elections. The politics section is small. Infamous posts, threads or comments are archived perfectly so we can all revisit them. I think my sexual festish are elsewhere and not in comments. I can't deny that it is orgasmic seeing you take down that post after it has haunted you and your divide. The same you intended to rub on the face of a particular divide. How hilarious! ![]() |
Afam4eva, I can't believe you deleted your now infamous post on this thread. It's hilarious. I remember that comment like it was yesterday and today, you can't even leave it there for the world to see. Funny. |
Veiniously:Okay then. Modified Just checked again. First off, the site has no feel of a tech blog. And that's because you're using the wrong theme. There specifics with these themes and reasons why they are classified. Your footer section is hilarious. First off, remove the card images as well as the "advertise" link. You honestly don't need it as much as you think or feel you do. You might need it after a year if you know what you're doing but not now. Look for a tech theme with a tech feel and possibly one that supports reviews (don't go and install multiple plugins to do this to cause your theme to bloated and then a horrible user experience). Research themes for WordPress and choose a decent one. Most times, I spend up to three days mapping a new blog layout before settling for one and customizing to suite my needs. Cc Veiniously |
Veiniously:You posted it one time on a particular thread when you claim AdSense approved your account. And I'm sure I pointed it out to you then. |
pocohantas:Pythons aren't found in estates or some exclusive high-brow areas. Those who live close to forests or heavy bushes are likely to see its meat as "Bush meat", and of course, they aren't wrong. |
Veiniously:Well, true. You need a decent amount of visitors to be able to use that ad zone or earn any decent amount of money. For now, focus your UI/UX and contents. I personally hate your site, no offence but I don't see myself visiting it again. That should tell you to focus on a very good design before setting out. Monetization should be the last thing on your mind right now. |
In page push is more ideal for blogs. Stop creating threads at every turn when Google is a search away. Don't expect to be spoon-fed. Research and read extensively. |
ashiwaju11:Always, bro. ![]() |
ashiwaju11:You're welcome. I think by 'iframe' you're referring to 'API'. If that's yes, then go here: https://www.programmableweb.com/api/travelstart |
acorntree:Thank you for the clarification on BIOS. I suspect corrupt data as well but then that would mean newly installed windows get corrupted within a short period of time. No. All applications loaded fine and quickly save a PC game that is played using a mouse. It not only hanged but the play screen barely loaded and the sounded looped like it was skipping. |
acorntree:Imagine! And I have disposed of everything ![]() So the problem is with the motherboard. Do you observed that when you run on battery the system runs smoothly and once power supply is connected it freezes or screen turn blank. if you observed this, once you install new os boot into window in same mode and disable all the multiprocessor configuration. At the emboldened, it doesn't happen, actually. It is as smooth as butter whether or not it is plugged. The only thing I noticed is power draining 5 times faster on Windows 10, which is a common problem with 10 until I had to disable redundant apps. Can a passworded BIOS be capable of doing this? |
