I had a similar experience with Stanbic about 6weeks ago, it was 160k.. I got to the bank and asked to see the manager. I reported the case, filled a form and I got my money back in 3weeks.. I believe you'll also get your money back but can't say when

While closing up a woman following a caesarean delivery, a particular suture needle broke, everyone in the theatre thought that the other part of the needle fell on the floor not knowing it was left inside the woman. While checking the stuff that was used for the surgery, we couldn't find the other part of the needle, we had to wheel the woman back to the theatre and she was cut open again, luckily the needle was found.. She didn't feel any pain because she was still under the effect of anaesthesia
