2012... Ex had a party in school... Travelled from Lagos to oyo state with cake, she claimed she was not celebrating, asked me to drop the cake and head back to Lagos.
Cousin who followed me said we should wait around till nightfall to see the real situation, turns out it was the biggest party in that hostel that year, all funded by SIMPle me... Turns out I was Number 5 of her boyfriends list...we were six all together

Firstly, check your blood sugars to ensure you are not prediabetic or diabetic. Secondly, people that practise what you doing are usually advised to drastically reduce carbohydrates in their meal and replace it with healthy fats/fatty food.

Thirdly, you should give your body time to adapt..... You cannot adapt to such changes in a day but make sure you eat well and healthy within the window you've given yourself. Some folks even practice a meal a day but eat that meal very well.

In a bid to lead a healthy lifestyle, I've decided to be taking my dinner earlier and yesterday I had it around 5:30pm, Eba and egusi soup.
I went to bed at about 11:30pm and slept off around past 12am.
I woke up hungry at few minutes past 2am and till now I'm still feeling the hunger pangs. I even decided to get up and pray but I almost fell down so I just remained on the bed.
The annoying thing is I was home all through yesterday, so I wonder why the dinner couldn't sustain me through the night
Who else experiences this and what do you do about it?

Before you begin any exercise regimen, you must know the reason why you are indulging in it in the first place.
Is it for any of the below?

- Fat loss
- Muscle gain
- Strength
- Fitness
- Aesthetics/Physique

With this in place,then you will know how to train. The frequency or volume of each exercise.
You must also know the base factor for any reason at all one wishes to engage in exercise is DIET. That is a very important component. No matter how you exercise,if you eat junks,the desired effect is almost invisible.

When exercising always make sure to take proper form(position) with your belly sucked in. This is very important.


Consistency,persistence,hardwork, determination are very key if one is to achieve much in exercise regimens. Fitness is never a sprint but an endless marathon. It is a lifestyle.

Wow! Thank you.. Even though I've a kinda bad habit with food.. I love chocolates and I eat food a lot..
I used to believe in the nonsense saying "instead make food waste, make belle burst", that has changed now..
Henceforth, my belle no be dustbin abeg..

You do not have to give up on your exercises... Remember, there are other benefits to all you are doing other than having a flat belly. Focus on the other benefits.

I remember when i started working out to gain muscle mass, even my immediate family members would laff at me that I was just punishing myself.

Years later, it all began to show

Just kidding with the above statement... Keep at it, the results will start to show with time. It has to do with your body type.

Ok o.. I'll give it some time but if it fails, I'd stop exercising..

With the aid of Roberta's gym on YouTube, I do the following almost everyday;

Leg drops
Reverse crunches
Knee tuck crunch
Russian twist
Heel touch
Single leg jacknife
Plank
Thigh lifts
Donkey kicks
Bridge

Before I started exercising, I used to have a near flat tummy but to my greatest surprise my abdomen started protruding following my keep fit routine.

It seems exercise is counterproductive for some people or is it just me?

It's really worrisome

Undergoing cardio pulmonary resuscitation in ICU but from the look of things, chances of survival is less than 1%..

From my observations on NL, a vast majority of males here are married and they are mostly the ones that send DM to ladies for whatever reasons..
Few months ago, one funny one even had the temerity to tell me to visit him at his apartment somewhere in ikeja and I should be prepared to pass night.. Before then sef, I had a strong feeling he was married.. I didn't even bother to ask whether he was married or not because I know he would likely deny, I just asked him about his family and he said they were in Calabar or so..

My response afterwards was "sorry sir, I don't do married men". The yeye man was now talking about how immature I was blah blah..
I just blocked the guy immediately..
