BusinessRe: How To Make Regular Income Offering HOT Digital Marketing Services On Fiverr by santuse: 1:00am On Aug 31, 2016
Venzal:
1. Create an optimized account/profile:

Simply go over to http://fiverr.com.

Click on the "Join" button and fill in the details that are required.

Experts agree that the best way to choose a Fiverr username is to use a name that potrays the services you're rendering (this could crucially be useful when ranking your gigs).

That's why you see people making use of names like fastest_writer, guru_writier etc.

So what keyword should you make use of on your username?

First it is important to know that each account you open should tend to ONE niche alone.

So the services we are offering here, are all in the digital marketing niche - like I said before.

So on that ground you can look for how to squeeze in either marketing, online, internet, digital etc into your username.

Something like: eve_marketing, marketingguru, digitalservices

NOTE; these are just for examples. I'm sure a lot of those names have been taken up already. Just come up with something creative.

The next question now is, should you operate a Nigerian-based account or a US-based?

Any of them works and works well. I have seen a lot of Nigerian sellers on Fiverr. And they're slaying it.

But I personally prefer to go with the US-based accounts. It usually has a slight advantage.

There are a lot of paid VPN services that you can make use of to make your browser IP address become US based.

But I make use of these two below (they're free and trusted):

1. The anonymox extension. You can add it to either your Mozilla firefox browser or Google Chrome.

2. Epic browser - you can download it from here

The Epic broswer automatically uses a US IP. So you're covered.

If you're going to be making use of a your Nigerian Ip though, make sure you avoid browsing with your Airtel sim. Like I've alluded to in my answer to a question up there, Airtel has been discovered to change IP address all too often. And if Fiverr notice this, your account is gone.

Got questions? Fire away!

Updates coming up...

Queensss:
Follow these steps to play cool and make money from Adult traffic..
Way1

1. Search for the "Strip tease video" you want to use from any of these video search engine sites. Youtube,dailymotion,vimeo,tubidy..
2. Download the video to your system(I believe we can still remember how to download). After that what you will do is use your video editor

3.a. Cut the explicit part out.(Normally the video gets more revealing towards the end)
.b. Upload the first part to your PPD network(first few seconds in the beginning of the video) where the stripper still making dolly moves.
Should be very short
4. Re upload the cut strip tease video or original to youtube through your channel.
5. Put your downloadlink in the describtion box telling your viewers to "click that link to download"video or full video.
6. That's it. Get views Get comments & u set.

Things to take note of;
Try to see that the video you using is not too direct, there should be a little gap from when the stripper starts making naughty moves to when she actually start ripping off.(This is where you will cut the video)
When ppl watch to that extent , they will want to download full video.
The important thing is getting leads, remember the videO is the bait. You know the function of a bait when trying to catch a fish! Exactly, see to it that your video has those effects

Way2.

It is not a must u upload an adult content to your PPD network if you don't want to. Sometimes I play null. I just use the adult stuff as a bait. I just do whatever I want to. What am I actually trying to say?
What I mean is sometimes the file to be downloaded through the download link in my describtion box does not concern or have anything to do with an Adult content..lol
Do you understand that?
I just use the video as a bait and get sweet conversions.. Cruel of me? Not at all. Use what will really get ppl attention to get them doing what you want. That's why its a trick.

See,lemme tell ya,this's a trick many ppl out there won't want you to know.
It works like magic.
I do this not only for downloads but CPA sign ups,"email submits/zip offers"(which requires the user to submit some particular info & when done- u get a lead) All you have to do is make sure you don't go outside the box..
So that's it guys, Be smart, choose which best suits you.

HINT- do well to upload your videos on not just youtube only but other video sites mentioned- when you upload more videos on many sites all from your channel with your download link inscribed, then you have laid a solid foundation which thousands of leads and conversions will be built on..
So, I think we have covered everything on youtube Traffic.
Anybody got Questions ?

PoliticsRe: Alleged N11bn Withdrawal: EFCC To Probe Rivers Director Of Finance by santuse: 11:39am On Jun 25, 2016
DaudaAbu:
Ade Adesomoju, Abuja

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is to investigate the withdrawal of over N11bn from the Rivers State Government’s account between October, 2015 and February, 2016 under the present administration of Governor Nyesom Wike.

The money was allegedly withdrawn from the Rivers State Government’s account with the Central Bank of Nigeria by the Director of Finance and Administration of the state’s Government House, Mr. Kingsely Fubara, in cash.

The anti-graft agency is also to probe the transfer of another sum of N1.5bn from the state’s account with the CBN to the Zenith Bank Plc account that belongs to one Mr. Samuel Anya “on or about January 27, 2016.”

An EFCC source confirmed to The PUNCH that the anti-graft agency received the directive to probe what had been described as “suspicious withdrawals” from the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami, sometimes in March this year.

A document obtained from the source shows the alleged withdrawal of about N5.1bn by Fubara from the government’s account between October and December, 2015 in 10 tranches.

The document indicated that Fubara commenced the alleged suspicious withdrawals with N1bn on October 15, 2015, and followed by another N1bn six days later on October 21, 2015.

He was also said to have withdrawn N269m from the account on November 2, 2015; N300m on November 3, 2015, and N500m on November 4, 2015.

In December 2015, three of such withdrawals also took place with N200m withdrawn from the account on December 12; N240m on December 22 and N460m on December 23.

According to the document, Fubara also allegedly withdrew N6.1bn from the same Rivers State’s account between January 5, 2016 and February 9, 2016 in 11 tranches.

Five of the withdrawals, which took place in January, 2016, in the following order: N849.5m withdrawn on January 5, 2016; N300m on January 7, 2016; N250m on January 14, 2016; N750m on January 15, 2016, and N200m on January 22, 2016.

The rest of the six withdrawals in February, 2016, were N500m on February 1; N600m on February 2; N300m on February 4; N200m on February 5; N1bn on February 8; and N1.2bn on February 9.

Indicating the various sums of money was in cash withdrawal, the document stated that the money was “delivered and received by Mr. Fubara.”

The source added, “We were also asked to investigate the withdrawal of N1.5bn on or about January 27, 2016, by one Mr. Samuel Anya of 69B Forces Avenue, old GRA, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, from the state’s account with CBN through the transfer of the money to his account 0248922015 with Zenith Bank.”

The phone number Anya was said to have left with the bank could not be reached on Wednesday and Thursday as it was switched off.

But the Rivers State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Dr. Austin Tam-George, described the claim by the EFCC as another bizarre fabrication.

Describing the move by the AGF as a national embarrassment, Tam-George pointed out that there seemed to be no end to the “total” erosion of the commission’s credibility as an institution of the country.

He said, “It is clear that the EFCC is now a fully integrated unit of the All Progressives Congress with the sole mandate of hunting down opposition politicians and critics of the Federal Government.

“When will this embarrassing media roulette they call anti-corruption fight come to an end?”

All attempts to speak with the spokesman for the EFCC, Mr. Wilson Uwujaren, proved abortive as his phone indicated that it was switched off while a text message sent to his phone had not been responded to as of the time of filing this report on Thursday.

AgricultureRe: Making Your Own Cheap Organic Fungicides by santuse: 6:15pm On Jun 13, 2016
organicfoods:
Making Powerful Fungicides and Pesticides from Garlic, Ginger and Neem oil.
We will be using fermentation methods to make this powerful organic insecticides.

Materials Needed
1. Ginger
2. Garlic
3. Neem oil
4. Palm wine
5. water (unchlorinated water)

Method

Ginger and Garlic are one of the most amazing organic ingredients to produce fungicides. First I have to apologize for the little delay in updating this thread. We were busy conducting demonstration on seaweeds liquid fertilizer. The result was astonishing, and I can tell you a liter of the liquid will sufficiently cover one hectare of vegetables with guaranty, it will be release to the market this week....amazing you would say. Anyway back to the topic, blend equal amount of ginger and garlic separately, of course add water to make it blend well. After blending if you have one liter add one liter of palm wine each to the ginger and garlic separately in two containers. Allow this to stay for 24 hours, then add 1kg of brown sugar each to the broth...allow this to stay for 7 days. Strain the two liquids and add one liter of alcohol each to the broth. The alcohol will halt all microbial activities and extract nutrients from the broths. Allow to stay for four days and your broth is ready for use. You can now mix the two broths together...I love the sweet smelling aroma of this mixture.

Uses
Insecticides: When combined with neem oil and hot pepper you have the most potent organic insecticide to battle any pests. Use 1 table spoon for every liter of water for application.

Immune booster for Animals. This solution will help with improving the immune system of animals in organic farm significantly.

AgricultureRe: Preserve Fresh Tomato Paste For A Year (no Refrigeration Or Preservatives) by santuse: 4:05pm On Jun 01, 2016
vanpeele:
Hi everyone,

I'm happy to see how everyone's crying for the "common" tomato. Most people (wey get sense) will start preparing for next year by either farming, gardening, or preserving.

My first thread was on very cheap farming but here's another for preserving our darling tomato when it becomes cheap again.

With this method, one can store fresh tomato paste for over a year but guaranteed 1 year, that's if everything's done right.

What you need are
1. Tomato
2. Jam jar (it must be the sort you see in the pics....plastics won't work at all)

Step 1.
Blend your tomato or take it where it's grinded in bulk (you don't have to squeeze the water out unless it's spoilt)

Step 2
Put the blended tomato in a pot (small or big depending on the amount blended). Boil the tomato till all it's water has evaporated and has become paste (try not to let it burn).

Step 3
Let it cool down. Scope some paste into a jam jar till it's filled up, then seal it properly with its cap.

Step 4
Put the sealed tomato paste in a pot of water till it's completely submerged. Allow the pot of water to reach boiling point, then leave to boil for 10-15 mins (don't worry...it won't break). Take them out of the pot and allow to cool. Put then in cartons and store in a cool dry place. No need for fridge. #Shikenan

PLEASE NOTE:
1. No matter the amount of jam jars you put in the pot of water, MAKE SURE THEY'RE COMPLETELY SUBMERGED BEFORE BOILING.

2. JAM JARS WHICH KNIVES WERE USED TO OPEN THEM WON'T WORK. Only normally opened jam jars would work because they're still air tight.

3.Once you open the jar, use the amount you need then refrigerate.

Feel free to ask questions.
Thanks Opp for the Info
BusinessRe: 5 Entrepreneurs In Africa Who Started A Successful Business With $100 Or Less by santuse: 9:45am On May 27, 2016
dammy13:
Let me start by saying that there are terrible lies about starting a business. One of the dumbest lies is that business is for people who are illiterate. Jeeez! That’s pathetic. Another fat lie is that you need really huge amount of capitals. Another lie from the pit of……….ignorance!

Now, i want to debunk those lies by sharing this short stories of 5 Entrepreneurs in Africa Who Started a Successful Business with $100 or Less in hand. Guess what? They are smiling to the banks after just having started a few years ago.

Now let’s meet them…

1. Heshan de Silva (Kenya):
https://i0.wp.com/maverickexcel.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/heshan.jpg

In 2007, Heshan de Silva dropped out of school and as things got worse for him in the US, he joined his parents back in Kenya to get his life back together.

Aged only 18 at the time, his parents gave him 10,000 Kenyan Shillings (US$116), which he used to start a new business. He targeted the bus travel sector in the country by selling insurance bundled with the bus ticket purchase. And it is widely reported in the media that by the end of the year, the business had made 90m Kenyan Shillings (US$1.05m). Isn’t that amazing!? Heshan has since invested that money in his new business, De Silva Group, a venture capital firm.

With an incomplete education, no capital, not even a great deal of life experience and yet Heshan made it in a short period of time. He was featured in CNN and Forbes Magazine as one of Africa’s most successful young.

2. Abasiama Idaresit (Nigeria):
https://i0.wp.com/maverickexcel.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/abasiama.jpg

Abasiama Idaresit graduated with an MBA at Manchester Business School and moved back to Nigeria in 2010 to start his own business. Today, he is the Founder and CEO of Wild Fusion, a digital marketing company.

Guess what? He started his company in 2010 with a gift of $250 from his mother and it took him 8 months to make the first deal. Just three years later, Visa, Vodafone, Samsung and Unilever as well as several large Pan-African corporations are his clients and his company is valued at over $6 million in revenue. Yes, you heard that indeed right; $6 million! And yes, he started in 2010. Wild Fusion has now become Google’s certified partner in Africa!

3. Axel Fourie (South Africa):
https://i2.wp.com/maverickexcel.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/axel.jpg

Take Axel Fourie from South Africa. By the time he was 27, he had tried unsuccessfully to set up several businesses. When his iPod was faulty and he was told by specialists that nothing could be done about it, he searched for a YouTube video online and learned how to fix the iPod himself!

He then put an advert into a local newspaper and offered to fix faulty iPhones and iPads. The response he got exceeded his expectations as he was flooded with calls and requests from potential customers. He knew he was onto something!

Axel opened his company iFix and started fixing iPods and iPhones from his university dorm. This was in 2007. Today, Alex runs a chain of 8 stores and employs 85 people. He has since expanded his business into manufacturing mobile phone accessories which he exports into 12 countries across Africa. Oh, we forgot to mention the amount of his starting capital. Here it is: Zero! (unless he paid a little for that newspaper ad).

4. Anna Phosa (South Africa):
https://i2.wp.com/maverickexcel.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/anna.jpg

Anna Phosa started her pig farm venture in 2004 in Soweto with about $100 in hand. She bought four pigs with that money after she was introduced to pig farming by a close friend.

A little less than four years later, in 2008, Anna was contracted by Pick ‘n Pay, the South African supermarket and retail giant to supply its stores with 10 pigs per week. This was a first breakthrough and the request by the retailer grew quickly to 20 pigs per week.

But the really amazing bit happened in 2010 when Anna signed a breathtaking contract with Pick ‘n Pay to supply 100 pigs over the next five years under a 25 million Rand deal – that’s nearly 2.5 million US Dollars!

She did not even have so much land or enough pigs! With a contract in hand, Anna received funding from ABSA Bank and USAID to buy a 350-hectare farm property.

Anna started with 4 pigs in 2004, today her farm employs about 20 staff rearing 4,000 pigs at a time. Her perseverance has made her a millionaire!

5. Jacky Goliath and Elton Jefthas (South Africa):
https://i0.wp.com/maverickexcel.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/jacky.jpg

The venture ( De Fynne Nursery) started in 2001 by South African entrepreneurs, Jacky Goliath and Elton Jefthas, in Jeftah’s home backyard. Market demand grew fast and steadily which meant that they moved the nursery to a 0.5 hectare land in 2005, and in 2008 had to move again to a 1.5 hectare area outside Cape Town where they hosted 600,000 plants!

Today, the De Fynne nursery supplies its products to retailers such as Woolworths, Massmart and Spar in South Africa and it was reported that they since moved to a whopping 22-hectare commercial property. This is a simple start up idea on a shoe string budget anywhere in Africa where you have a booming housing & hotel sector and expanding city areas!

It’s Your Turn…
What are you waiting for? Will you allow your mum, dad, sister, brother, friend, enemy, the government, college degree or whatever to stop you? After reading this, do you still think that you need a million dollar to start that business? I don’t think so. While you’re not guaranteed success but you’ll never know if a business will succeed or fail when you start. Just start anyway.

I hope this article inspired you to start your business today. Not tomorrow.

Share this to Inspire a Friend.

PropertiesRe: Calculating The Numbers Of Blocks You Need For Your Fence by santuse: 12:58pm On Apr 27, 2016
HsLBroker:
The Simplest Way To Calculate The Numbers Of Blocks U Need For Your Fence

The simplest way to calculate the numbers of blocks you need for your fence project, assuming you are fencing a land measuring 120 feet by 60 ft, a standard plot

This calculation is based on 9 inches block fence .
The measurement we are using is 120 ft (length) and since we have two lengths that is multiply by 2 which is 240 ft. (120 x 2) = 240

The breadth is 60 ft and also since we have 2 breadths that equal 120 ft (60 x 2) = 120
Then (240 + 120) that is 360 feet perimeter line fencing.

The calculation

(we are to convert this 360 feet to inches ) since a foot is 12 inches , now let us multiply 12 inches by 360 ft which is 4320 inches.

Now to get the line numbers of blocks that will go around the fence perimeters of 4320 inches or 360 feet, we would need to divide 4320 by 18 inches, since the length of any block be it 6 inches or 9 inches is 18inches.

Now 4320 inches divide by 18 inches is approximately 240 line of blocks , then we must multiply that by the numbers of coaches of blocks you want for your height, assuming 7 ft which is 9 coaches that means 240 multiply by 9 which is 2160 blocks and that is all you need anything aside from this is fake and fraud, this calculation is derive by me professionally and i have been using it without any mistake, but always remember to add 10 % of blocks to it because of broken blocks, and for this work, you only need 30 bags of cements, one bag of cement to 70 blocks, is standard.

for your pillars between the fence, let assume 6 blocks far from the next pillar, that means 6 divide by 240 which is 40 pillars, 1 bag of cement to 2 pillars standard, that is 17 bags plus 40 bags that is 47 bags is need by me to do this fence, if i'm in position and you should also to add 15 bags for floor blinding of the fence making 62 bags of cement.

Then, we need to minus the gate and the pillars that are also taking space in the fence.

The gate is 12 ft, let us assume the gate columns or pillars is 14 inches each, we have 2 pillars holding the gate, that is 28 inches or 2. 4 feet plus 12 feet that is 14.4 feet or approximately 15 feet.

Remember we already calculate the pillars that 40 pillars is need for the measurement.

Each pillar or column for 9 inches concrete is 9 inches square, 9 x 40 = 360 inches that is (30 feet + 15 feet = 45 feet ) / 18 inches = 30 blocks multiply by the number of coaches, 30 x 9 = 270 block minus 2160 blocks = 1890 blocks in total.

40 lengths of 12mm iron rod, since one pillar is equivalent to 1 length.

3 lengths of 16mm iron rod for the 2 big pillars holding the gate.

90 planks of soft wood for the framing.

1 truck of granite (granite would be use for the wall foundation and columns)

5 trucks of sharp sand

Thanks for the opportunity giving me to explain this simple arithmetic.

Adeniyi
