iykeaniogbe: ![]() he saw the evil eye i gave him.....dude quickly backtracked.. |
vickerz:aiit......cool just listen to those tracks and give me some feedback on what you think.. |
vickerz:nah....U.S of A. you wld definitely love his songs then... u live in u.k?? |
they could be twins who got separated at birth. ![]() |
Lyrically:nfin do u, my brother...... |
Blackett:ur head dey dere joor......after all d rejection and insult wey d guy don chop. abeg let him lose morale in peace jare.. |
iykeaniogbe:yeah, he is........a very ignorant piece of $h!t. i've gotten used to him tho. in the song, kendrick said: "Been feeling this way since I was 16, came to my senses You never liked us anyway, Bleep your friendship, I meant it I'm African-American, I'm African I'm black as the moon, heritage of a small village Pardon my residence Came from the bottom of mankind My hair is nappy, my dick is big, my nose is round and wide You hate me don't you? You hate my people, your plan is to terminate my culture You're fuckin' evil I want you to recognize that I'm a proud monkey You vandalize my perception but can't take style from me And this is more than confession I mean I might press the button just so you know my discretion I'm guardin' my feelins, I know that you feel it You sabotage my community, makin' a killin' You made me a killer, emancipation of a real nigga" that part resonated with me deeply. so the next morning, after i had heard this song all night, my roommate came in to ask me something REALLY stupid....u can guess how i responded. |
jamex93:oh yeah.......dunno why americans hate that movie. the funniest aspect for me was the fact that his wife was jewish.. delicious bit of irony at the end. |
qbd2:its just like in every society..... not everyone would be emotionally deficient. their women that i've met, and the guys in school arent bad.. my friends who work, tho, paint a very different picture |
vickerz:he definitely wldnt disappoint.....when u finish wif the songs, if u wanna hearhis breakdown, go to youtube n search for "kendrick's breakdown of TPAB. he explained the inspiration behind and meaning of each song there.. the weeknd?? BRUHHHHHHH!!! almost everyone of his songs r awesome. but since ur starting, look for his album "trilogy"...if u dont have d patience, test the waters with songs like "the knowing", "the morning", "loft music", "pretty", "the zone"...........when u finally get into him, i would recommend some more sexually arousing songs in his arsenal... note: if ur a concentrated christian, or u've never experienced breakups, or u've never cheated on ur g.f before n have no inclination to, or u rnt sexually imaginative or romantic, or smoked weed....................................................if more than 3 of the above are missing from ur life, then dont bother, coz it means the weeknd isnt for you. #peace |
Originalsly:if u get nasty treatments from a LOT of women, then yeah, it's pretty easy to turn misogynistic.... most africans that come here actually wanna mingle with afro-americans. most of the slangs they use r pretty popular with our youths. but when u experience shit over and over, it becomes difficult to keep a clear head. the only escape point i've seen is university. if ur schooling, n ur doing really well, people wld respect you n u prolly wldnt experience it as much. its d workplace and the random guy u meet that can prove difficult. most of the afro-americans i've met r cool. but i have also mixed with africans working here, and most (almost two-thirds) hate the black americans. the africans that hate them are working tho, and their tales of hatred have a common denominator - they hated and insulted me first. |
vickerz:nah, bro.....he was referring to tyga. tyga had an interview last year on one magazine, and subtly dissed drake (drake reference it in the song). he is also dating kylie jenna, who is 17 (so when drake said "u need to act ur age n not ur girl's age" he meant "stop acting like a little b!tch" kendrick vs drake......hmm kendrick's album is not for partying, so there not really jamz with bass beats like know yourself, no tellin, star 67 etc.. TPAB is more like an awakening album..like, it's gonna make u sit up and wanna do stuff to change ur life for d better. songs like wesley's theory, hood politics, institutionalized etc would make u feel alive. the master there is: the blacker the berry..that one would make u wanna proof urself to the world.. if u have enough party songs with beats, n u want something more serious, kendrick is the better fit for you.. is it better?? for me, and many others who have reviewed it, i would say YES!!!! but music is all about taste. if u like serious rap, u wld like it. or u can just say "fvck it" and go for j.cole's forest hill drive. it's like a hybrid of the two.. #peace |
vickerz:......thereby forming the atlantic ocean. |
sinizia:the voice of the people is the voice of god. op, hope u've heard the voice of god..... |
never had the misfortune to experience such...... my own gf gan, i neva love..na my padi own i go come love?? tufiakwa |
TheSonOfMark:bro....i think you need to fvck someone with a phat ass, dog.gie style. you will be converted.... even the great singer, the weeknd, who sang the theme song of 50 shades of grey, screamed in his melodious voice "let me see that ASSSSSSSS".... and many women reported having eargasms...... |
never been in that position... i guess its easy to say i cant, but one never can tell. one of my friends went to school in a spanish region in texas. while being friendly, d chicks dere didnt want to have anything to do with him sexually (and blacks werent many there). after a while, some bushmeat came from nigeria. as a sharp guy, he quickly caught one of dem. he didnt spend much on her,she didnt really disturb him, and he had all d sex he had been missing for close to two yrs. there was just one problem. in his conversations wif me, and all our guys, he always referred to her as bushmeat, said she wasnt worthy of being pregnant for him, etc. you know, guys talk. unfortunately, one day, looking through his phone, she read his messages. she then took him out her apartment, and broke up wif him there. this friend of mine is a real don,but according to him, he didnt know when he knelt down and started begging her, with tears in his eyes. he said he recalled all d sex he had been getting for free, in this d!ck-unfriendly land. he didnt even know when he started crying and using the L-word. she forgave him and that episode ended. they r still together till today. my point?? dont think you cant kneel for a woman o........condition never reach. if e reach, u go dey roll for ground.. |
jamex93:cant remember the title of that movie..... |
vickerz:thanks man the only reason i like 6pm in new york is the diss-line "you need to act ur age n nt ur girl's age".. that was AWESOME!!!!!. |
hehehe... he should feature in one of bastille's videos |
iykeaniogbe:oh yeah......funny enough, that song made me feel hate for whites..i almost bit my roomie's head off when i heard (played it non-stop all day). i love kendrick |
this depresses me..... i just hope we get here soon |
qbd2:i get ur point..but a lot of africans get some pretty nasty treatment at their hands..after a while, u become really angry and dislike them....... |
