Strongfaze:i'm not saying that we would never bounce back if we bounce them off. but, at the moment, our own economy sef need help. with the oil issue and us having to borrow money from world bank, we cant afford any hits on our economy..... if it was two years ago, i'd have agreed to chase them off, but in 2015, no way. |
u did say "A NIGGA"..... not, "a hardworking, sensible, vision-oriented man" case closed |
i think we need to chill, take a step back and reexamine this situation...... closing down MTN, Shoprite and co would be counterproductive to our economy, coz let's face it, we r still not out of the woods yet in terms of revenue. bluntly put, we need these companies.. something nedds to be done, but closing them down is not an option..... i just pity the sensible and law abiding South Africans in malawi n everywhere else..... when the guilty are suffering, the innocent sometimes partake.. |
center of gravity to g-status..... check well well..i'm sure she knows d difference and just wants to mindfuck you.. ![]() |
this is a very difficult choice to make... op, cant i have both?? after all, since childhood, we've been advised to share... |
alberto2k:it seems someone else read the report too..... ur head dey there #NoHomo |
Kennywills7:u think that kin girl nor fit pour man acid if she fit get away with am?? i postulate that she isnt in my beloved country...... |
last year, i watched a youtube prank where a guy used a ferrari to entice chics to hook up wif him... one of the girls was walking wif her boyfriend. he went to meet her, and without acknowledging the dude, asked her if she wanted to ride wif him. the dude was like "WTF?? n***** she's taken". the prankster then decided to leave when the said said " babe, i'll come back. its just a ride" and chased the prankster for the ride. i was angry at first, then my padi told me that it isnt a big deal. most people would never get to ride ferraris in their lifetime...... i pity the chump tho....his confidence go reduce die. |
righhhhhhhhht #facepalm |
there are two paths to follow the alladin way, or the alladin way.. which do u want?? ![]() |

it looks cool now.. but see it on the streets, and u'll laugh ur balls off..... unless he is very muscular. that is a different game entirely |
yeah, this is good. can they act like this against russia, or even isreal?? they talk about foreigners taking over their businesses, and yet its the shops they burn and people going on the streets they kill. if they really wanna send off foreigners, they should send away the europeans they claim to hate, not those who toil to look for their bread. and if you check well, from the pics i've seen, it seems its the jobless poor unfortunate souls who r d culprits. sensible, hardworking SAans r busy chasing dough. For the first time, i understand what my igbo friends have been telling me. i feel SO PISSED!!!!! freeze their businesses for a while. freeze it all. |
sensible and sensitive.... welldone, op |
vickerz:he also said it in the blacker the berry "that shit made me kill a n**** blacker than me" i also watched his interview on mtv with ron chapman. when he was talking bout it, there was so much emotion in his eyes..... i honestly think he has.....hood life is really rough. |
vickerz:heheheheheheheheh you cant listen to "the blacker the berry", then go off to "the weeknd" so quickly.. it is a huge no no. there's a lot of negative energy in "the blacker the berry". to transmute that to sex, or relaxation (the weeknd songs) is ultra-difficult. yeah, the song does make u feel some kinda way against whites. it's even making me feel vexed about south-africa. if we dont love ourselves, how is the world gonna love us?? anyway, i use it as my motivation.anytime i start feeling insecure over my accent, or some fool asks me ridiculous questions bout nigeria, or i feel tired but i want to hit the books, i play "the blacker the berry". king kunta....is more of letting people know that africans are the kings, hence the name "kunta". i think its south african or ethiopian.. it's an attempt to get rid of self-directed hatred many blacks feel by saying that we were once kings, and we r still kings. hood politics.....i think that's just for the hood, to let people know that he hasnt left his roots, and compton is still in his heart. he isnt selling out. complexion........i diidnt really vibe to it. i'll listen again and tell u what i think. you know, i think its very likely kendrick has actually killed someone. |
Udmaster:sadly, our generation is one that espouses unity... i have a dream tho.. |
qbd2:yeah, i guess so too. its a vicious circle. guy leaves africa, travels to the us (prolly without knowing anyone there), meets an AA, expects hospitality (since we'r d same color and all), gets spurned, experiences it a few times, finds others who underwent the same treatment. they discuss, ego sets in, prejudice follows, and the flames of hatred is born. AA meets aforementioned africa, expects to be treated politely, instead get contemptuous looks and condescending talk, feels snubbed, meets other AAs who talk "sense" into his head, and his perspective changes. the next african he sees who makes the mistake of coming to ask him for help get treated to the AA special: insults. the cycle begins anew... it is well..... |
qbd2:it's the stylish insults jare...nothing so obvious, but the dude was an emotionally intelligent guy, so tho he didnt understand pidgin, he still got d "Bleep off" vibe dey were giving off..... it was my fault for bringing him. they honestly didnt wanna meet him, but me being emotional and all over the connecting with naija thing, i kinda forced the issue. i still cringe remembering it |
qbd2:a sad incident happened tho.... one of my AA guys told about how his mom traced his ancestry to nigeria, and even further as yoruba. he was talking about osun and orishas and was proud of it. i felt all mushy and decided to introduce him to some of my nigerian uncles (not family, but in terms of age and respect). let's just say, it didnt go well. we still talk, but not as much. n thus, what might have been a beautiful friendship died before its time. so i guess its a matter of experience. |
milychocs: ![]() when i first got here, the smell bothered me to no end..... i think we all really do smell... |
![]() hunger is no respecter of persons.. |
guess it depends on where u r living at the moment, and the people u associate with.. |
macof:exactly..... i feel that one currency for the whole of africa wldnt work, but one currency for west-africa is where it starts.. the whole west african army mash-up against bokoharam is a good thing too. if egos can be left behind, and it gets really funded, it'll be a glorious thing to behold. |
when you name ur country and get asked where it is, more than once, you learn to not bother.... most times i just say africa and leave it at that. only when the person engages me further and displays geographical intelligence do i say nigeria. |
