What i did.
1. stoped visiting nairaland home page to stop distraction of any form

2. Deleted all social media app except WhatsApp because i receive importan updates

3. Disabled youtube and UNINSTALLED TIKTOK men that app distracts alot.

5. To cap it all i disabled all app that will distract me..
