I will give you a summary of how the business works What you do is you go to a site that is suitable for dredging and you pay for a lease. There are several dredging sites on the Lekki-Ajah expressway, there is one beside Heyden filling station just before you get to VGC gate if you're coming from Victoria Island it is on the left side of the road. There is another one just after you pass Sangotedo just before you get to Abijo. When you get to Awoyaya there are about 3 different ones that I know of there including one that is owned by a politician. Now after paying for the lease and settling the omo oniles you move in your equipment which consists of the dredger and a payloader. The dredger usually consists of s barge that has a large hose connected to it for sucking sand from the bottom of the river or lagoon and the payloader is used for loading sand onto the trucks that came to buy sand. Now the process is that the dredger when switched on will suck sand and water from the bottom of the river and will pump it to the bank of the river. The water will flow back into the river leaving just the sand. When people come to buy sand the payloader will scoop sand from the heap and use it to load the truck. On average it takes about 6 or 7 scoops to fill up the bucket of a 30 ton truck. The main risk of this business is that money comes in everyday therefore you must be on ground to monitor sales otherwise if you'tr not physically present if your workers sell to 15 trucks they will tell you that they only sold to 10 trucks and they pocket thhe rest of your money. In this business you don't ever sell sand on credit no matter what! Let's assume for instance you sell 5 trucks of sand on credit the person who bought from you will not come back to pay you, what he will do is he will divert to start busing from another dredging site thereby leaving you to bear the loss. If you invest your money in this business you will loose big time if you don't have tight internal control or if you do not understand the business! RealEzee: Noemic: |
TotoNaRubber:Before you fall for this scam first go and take a look at this thread below. https://www.nairaland.com/6478403/seeking-legal-counsel |
Naturescorner23:I won't waste my time making any appointment with you cos I know you're talking crap! If you truly know how to use 780K to generate 3milion every month you would have sold your family land to raise the capital! |
lalalista:It's best for you to accept the loss as a lesson and move on. If you decide to pursue it I can guarantee that the Nigeria police will milk you dry! |
Naturescorner23:Shut your stinking lying mouth! ![]() There is no way an investment of just $1,300 which is roughly N780,000 will give a monthly returns of N3 million! |
You people will just be lying anyhow just so you can trend! |
Tundex911:The purpose of this discussion is to share experience regarding why Nigerians borrow and refuse to pay back, it is not about loan apps! |
Prevailing:What she needs is a practical advise whose time line can be determined |
Sanchez01:You people relocating from Nigeria and also encouraging others to leave also contributed to the rot in the country. The problems in Nigeria were caused by Nigerians! Anytime I visit a country in Europe and I'm returning to Nigeria I notice that Nigerians always behave prim and proper at the airport but once the flight lands at MMIA in Nigeria their senses take leave and they all start behaving like mad people. The reason why this is so is because people don't get punished for bad behaviour in this country(you can virtually get away with anything especially if you're ready to spend money), this is not just the fault of our politicians, every Nigerian is complicit in this! |
8by6incher:To answer your question what you're offering as collateral can never qualify as collateral. Here's why: - Only you have the password to your online account and your profile on Piggyvest or whatever - The investment was done in your name therefore by default you are the first payee when it matures and is due for redemption Only a very foolish or ignorant person will accept this as collateral cos it's as good as having zero collateral; lending money to a Nigerian without first obtaining a good collateral is a suicide mission |
Channah1:The fact that a person did not provide financial assistance to you does not necessarily mean that the person will also become broke and need your help in future. Get that into your thick skull! |
Make una do finish this project make person see road pass ![]() |
successmatters:Innocent man? If you were a relative of one of the policemen who were needlessly murdered by his brainless followers would you call him an innocent man?! ![]() |
Why is he hiding from a man like himself? |
Halo22:Yes exactly. That is one area where Governor Wike excelled by putting a stop to the nonsense before it took root in Rivers State |
pinkPUSSY:A group of misguided touts are threatening the peace of the community and you expect the government to keep quiet? You and the sixty something people who have liked your comment so far are the ones who lack common sense. |
byrron:He's a nutcase! |
Niece:Which show did he steal with this rubbish he's wearing? ![]() |
I don't believe this story |
Urheadmaster:Our ex-Super Eagles player always ask for bribes before they field qualified player in the team! |
PARADIZEPRIEST:You too can set up your own bank then anytime someone you don't know comes for a loan you give him the loan sharp sharp without asking for collateral or guarantors! ![]() |
I still do not understand how we came to be sharing the same country with these brainless animals in the northern part of the country! ![]() |
So you mean to tell me this guy is 20years old? So you mean to tell me this guy is not really doing Yahoo Yahoo and using crypto as cover? ![]() |
LongBig:Ya money don already enter voicemail! Una no dey hear word! |
Pierocash:Beggars can't be choosers ![]() |
Desperados:Go and do the business yourself with your own money then come back and give us feedback based on your experience. The reason why the Yahoo guy is not feeling it yet is because his Yahoo Yahoo is still paying him so he has not yet noticed that a lot of money is missing from the dredging business |
agrowell:If you put your money in this businesses they will steal you blind!!! OP no matter how drunk you are do not invest your money in sand dredging or haulage business if you cannot guarantee that you will be physically available to monitor the business 24/7. |
