i once made a serious productive recommendations for him on what to do to make this forum highly productive but he ignored it.

had it been i am opportuned to be the owner of thid forum, by now people will be paying to comment on the politics section.

imagine paying 30 naira per day to comment in politics section. 500 naira for one month.

500 naira by 5000 user per month that's N2.5m and people will happily pay.

i told him how he can make advert placement to accommodate every click per pay add services.

by now nairaland is supposed to have a section for every country in Africa.

if he has even cared to read that post this portal would av been worth at least 30 million dollars by now.

I've been really begging the manager in the branch in my school and she's saying there's nothing more they can do, she said that even if the money gets refunded it's to the loan company not me, I told her I'm fine with that-,I no even want again, but she insists that there's nothing she can do

What the manager told you is the truth, there is nothing she can do in this instance. Only the account owner can give an instruction for the deposit to be reversed and it must go straight to the direct depositor which is Fairmoney in this instance.

This situation is does not concern Fairmoney therefore you should not expect then to carry it on their head like Gala, they asked you to submit your bank account and you did so it's not their problem if you sent a wrong one.

The issue I have with them is disbursing a loan into a bank account bearing a different name form the name of the loan beneficiary (But this is a topic for another day)

Since you say the account is dormant and the number attached to it is not reachable it can mean one of two things

a) The account owner is deceased

b) The account owner is currently out of the country (this is more desirable)


Your next step is to ask your insider to get you the address attached to the account so you can try and trace it. Another alternative is to use the email and the name of the account holder to search on Facebook and other social media sites to see if you can find the owner.

My advise would be for you to look for investors in Niger State or near-by states.

Only a very foolish person will send money to someone very far away for this type of investment without first doing a thorough investigation including physical inspection of the shop and your qualifications to confirm that it actually belongs to you and that you have the necessary approvals and skill to run this type of business.

An issue as serious and sensitive as this with the school management trying by all means to sweep it under the carpet shows there is more than it meets the eye and the girl is at the receiving end. Let's call a spade a spade and not try to cover things up in the name of analysis. The school and the boys will pay for this.

All the parties involved in this case are juveniles therefore the issue of rape will not stand anywhere in court.
