samayansola:
I had a friend about two years ago who was interested in selling to everybody

HAD - Because we are no longer friends

He doesn't want to hear the truth

And he is always in a hurry to make sales...

Whether he sells a quality or inferior product, he doesn't care

He doesn't even check on customers after sales to know whether they are satisfied or not...

I told him two important things he needed to know if he wants to succeed in business

There are obviously many things to note as an entrepreneur and a business owner

However, what I'll be sharing with you is VERY IMPORTANT

Let's get to it...

A. IT'S NOT EVERYBODY YOU CAN SELL TO

And that is why you must get to ask yourself certain questions before you

Either launch a product or provide services...

QUESTIONS LIKE:

1. What product do you sell?

2. What does your product do?

3. What audience will be interested in buying your product?

And the list goes on and on...

(I have a well-documented template I use when consulting for business owners)

So Number 3 is in sync with the the point A I raised earlier

IT'S NOT EVERYBODY YOU CAN SELL TO

There is not one product in this world that meets the need of everybody (age, gender, location or marital status)

in this world...

Take it or Leave it

So ensure you do a thorough research before starting out a business

And if you are a business owner, "Once the foundation is destroyed...

You know the rest, right?

There is nothing you can do.

However, To offer this pitfalls in your business or startup, whatever name you give it

I DON'T GIVE A DAMN

Our priority in Phatland company is we love to reach your business goals and grow your business

By providing Business Consultations, Marketing and Copywriting Services.

mannatech:
Madness dey some girls body because then think say man keep them for house mean say dey go dey forget their manners anyhow.

A lady really annoyed me this morning.
I had gone to the park to board a taxi back home. The guy who was loading for the driver directed me to the taxi that was loading. An elderly guy sat at the front seat while a lady was seated by the door and she was the only one sitting at the back. Note that the drivers take three passengers at the back.
Immediately I saw how the lady sat at the door- her body language- I decided to enter from the other side but another passenger beat me to it plus I was approaching the taxi from her side to I just decided to enter through there.
The lady rather than shift to the middle came out for me to enter without any form of excuse which I found annoying.
I made my displeasure know to her but she just kept mute as if no be human being dey follow talk. I still repeated myself.this lady just start blowing out like burning charcoal, shouting at the top of her voice that "do I think she is a baby for me to treat her like that".

To make matters worse, the passengers and driver were telling me to not retaliate because na women. Na so we go continue to dey tolerate nonsense. Even na guy, I go still tell am wetin he do no correct.
The lady is not under any obligation to shift to the middle.

By the way why are you even so bothered about sitting near the window for a journey that will last 3 hours at the most, and it's not even your own vehicle!

Business › Re: CBN Should Introduce e-Dollar Instead Of e-Naira To Stabilize Economy by SavageResponse(m): 9:46am On Oct 26, 2021
micellgevity:
In my honest opinion, I have read and read over and over again, but I still can't comprehend how eNaira is different from the Naira in my bank account that I can transfer to any other bank account. This feature which seems to be the flagship of the eNaira. The CBN banned crypto currency in Nigeria, but still went ahead to introduce eNaira which they claim use blockhchain technology. I don't think they know what they want. The best the CBN could do for Nigerians is to create an eDollar wallet where everyone will have access to forex without going to bank or bureau de change. This is how I think it should work:
1. You download the eDollar wallet and register.
2. Fund your eDollar wallet with Naira from your Naira bank account. Upon funding this eDollar wallet with Naira, your Naira automatically converts to dollars based on the CBN rate, which you can use to do do international transactions.
With this, there won't be any bureau de change or Aboki Fx to speculate the dollar price. The reason being that only the CBN will have control over the rate because the eDollar wallet belongs to them. Also, they will be able to monitor every dollar that goes out of this country for international transactions. There will also be a daily limit to the amount you can transact or transfer. Terrorists can be put under watch as there should be a law banning physical dollars in the circulation. Let all dollar transactions go through CBN eDollar wallet. In my opinion, I think the bereau de change will be out of business, the commercial banks will be boycotted and won't be able to cheat customers, speculators will not have anything to speculate and there will be one common dollar price.

Hello Investors

I have something very important to discuss with you.

It is about investing/funding a profitable business where you will earn 15% percentage on a yearly basis (above bank rates)

If that's something you are interested in, drop your number and tell me when you will be available for a call.

P.S Copies of national documents and face to face chat is a pre-requisite.
If you were an investor and someone with an unprofessional sounding online name like "Bitchlover" makes you a business proposition, would you take him serious?

tobiih:
If you are just hearing of the word prop firm (where have you been shocked undecided), they are registered firms that help traders with large funds at a fee. They make you do a couple of challenges (usually in 2 phases with some set of rules) and if you ace these challenges, they fund you with accounts from as high as $10k to $1m.

You trade these account and get your share of the profit alone (in a certain percentage cut). Example of these firms are FTMO, E8Funding, MFF e.t.c

Get the knowledge and funds aren't a problem

I recommend MFF (the cheapest) - https:// / 3m7oBEs

By the way, I learnt fx, smc and wyckoff from https:// / tffxchart (also organizing a competition)
What happens if the person makes a loss, how do you get your money back?
