The NWC didn’t erred. It is now that it’s the turn of Edo people want to change the rule. In Bayelsa APC lost out because it is the NWC not the NEC that determine the mode of primary and submitted the names to INEC. In Ogun and Imo NWC decide the mode of primary. What the Edo APC are doing now is just effort in futility. Obaseki should start sponsoring another party so that after the APC primary he can just move to that party. All odds are against Obaseki the day Oshiomhole escaped his removal as the party chairman and the death of Abba Kyari.

You forgot that this is not a delegate election. It is all the registered card carrying APC members that will vote. As it is now the Governor can’t buy all the members. Remember what happened to Ambode.

Oshimhole will allocate figures for his preferred candidate during the Direct primary and Obaseki might boycott the Direct primary to conduct his own parallel Indirect primaries and Inec will not be on ground to monitor it.. Another thing that will work against Obaseki is that only the NWC can submit the names of party flag bearers and this is the Reason the NWC came out with the Direct Primaries in order to inflate the figures in Oshiomhole's favor.... All in all Obaseki is gone as far as this primary is concerned.

He's downfall will be worse than Ambode, reason been that Ambode did not have any Abuja Godfather fighting for him. Obaseki has tried everything to bring Oshiomhole down to the extent of using the late COS and the cabal to remove Oshiomhole as the party chairman but now He has failed. If He like himself he should just send one of his trusted man to another party to obtain the parrty nomination while He is still fighting the APC battle so that when He lost out in APC He can go to that party and swap the nomination. Obaseki is fighting and shooting his bullets all at once.

Obaseki is running faster than his shadow.. The Electoral Law has mandate the NWC of parties to submit the names of party nominees.. Obaseki should learn from Imo and Ogun state where Inec only accept the names submitted by NWC of the parties. By sponsoring the state excos to go against the NWC directives will be his early downfall because by the time He will move from one court to another the time to submit and exchane names will have elapse.. As it is now the odds are not in Obaseki's favor. Interesting time ahead in Edo APC.

By 2023 the NW would have spent 16 years both as the President and the VP. President Yaradua 3 years, Namadi Sambo 5 years as VP and PMB 8 years as president. This is democracy and nobody can stop any region from competing for the presidency, what you should be talking about is how those regions that are yet to get into that position should form alliance.

This is not about Rivers state or Wike... Food is on the essential list but why did Wike choose to deny food stuff into the state all in the name of Lockdown. Let us stop playing politics with everything.. As at today Wike is a governor of a state under the Federal republic of nigeria and i don't think He is supposed to be going against the FG directives all the time..... We all see how other states detain or return the Almajiris and give pass to the trailers conveying the foodstuffs but the case in Rivers State is the opposite. He seized the trailers with goods and even boasted that he will auction them.... Ships are on the high sea and can't berth at the ONNE port just because Wike arrested the port workers who reside inside PH and they're among the essential workers which the FG gave pass to.

During Lockdown Governor Wike did not allow food items to enter the State. Not even from the neighboring states of Bayelsa, Abia and Imo... Other State Governor allow food to enter their states. This is not about Rivers state alone the FG gave a directive that food is part of Essential materials and Governor Wike choose to only become authority among the state Governors.
