At the bolded please don't remove the thermostat or run the fans direct.. Your fan is working the way the manufacturer programmed it..
about the oil draining, there's a leak somewhere, check underneath the car after parking over night. The leak might be from some seals worn out.

They're doing Ward campaigns but they didn't cover all the wards in those 2 Senatorial districts you mentioned.. What they did is to go to selected wards. Even in Eredo LGA where the Governor came from, they only went to 3 wards. There are 192 wards in Edo state

Former Governor Amaechi tried relocating them to another place outside the city center, but this same Governor Wike was among those that were giving them backing in 2014 that nothing will happen to them. There was a protest back then that Amaechi is a bad person. He gave them option to choose between Igrwuta and Oyigbo but they refused.
