I made same mistake,
Funnily enough , to people( family ) around me, they see it as achievement doing that at my young age. .. it was earlier this year my eyes opened to something and I started regretting ever doing it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I’m not happy achieving that at this age but I could have used the money for something MORE profitable. The house is in habitable stage now but i refused to move into it. I wish I fhucking pump the money into my biz, I would have been x1000 richer .
